I'm really not that claustrophobic, but OMG that picture from inside that plane packed with Duggars gives me hives. The idea of all those people crammed in there, being stuck in a tin can with any number of Duggars, and a Duggar flying the plane all make me uncomfortable. I'm honestly more uncomfortable thinking about Kendra and baby flying in that than I am thinking about her snow tubing. (And I flew in the early second trimester of pregnancy. I know there's no issue with doing so. But doing so with the Duggars in such a tight space would drive me crazy.)

I don't know what it is but this picture just gives me the vibe of "this isn't going to end well" in regards to Duggar aviation.

Also, Amy. Have a seat. Yes, you have wealthy freak family members with a private plane who can take you on trips. We know. #Blessed and all. Barf.

Did me as well.  I have a fear we will be talking about that plane going down sometime.  I know next to nothing about planes but in my inexperienced mind all I see is old plane, barely educated pilots,  family not known for common sense, and risky behavior in other areas of their lives.  But as they say, everything happens for a reason.  Prayer closet go I!

Don't worry! God is on their side. I will meet you in the Prayer Closet.

It's a sad situation when the mother, who's 73 looks better than the daughter. Although Grandma Duggar looks quite tired in that photo. I don't think her children realize her age and most likely still treat her like she's still a young woman, energy-wise.

She always looks incredibly schlumpy and stank facey to me.  I have never liked G'ma Duggar.

I wish I could find it, but I read a post somewhere else about shows like that, from someone who'd worked behind the scenes, and they said the stuff they don't show you, is that everything the people wear in the 'after' of any makeover show, is tailored (even off the rack stuff), and the trick to getting clothes that fit, is to buy stuff that fits your largest body part, and then have the rest taken in. Or if you can sew, do it yourself, because who the hell can afford a tailor for all their clothes. Maybe that's obvious, but it never occurred to me. I just assumed the makeover people someone knew just where to find stuff that fit non-standard body types perfectly, and would be all frustrated any time I tried to find something to wear that wasn't my standard jeans and t-shirts.

Back on topic, I see Kendra wanting a cutesy name, spelled non-traditionally, especially if it's a girl. Bring on Destyni Duggar!

You know, it really isn't that expensive.  I lost a ton of weight years ago and bought clothes a little sooner than I should have so they were all 1-2 sizes too big.  I had several pairs of pants, 2 dresses, a pair of leather pants and I think the total was about $150 to get them all tailored.

NICE!  I got snacks but I am kinda parched!  Got any cold drinks??

Whatever they name this kid there will be an 'i' with a heart of it.  Maybe to really suck up to JB and Meechele it will be Juli <heart> Joobili <heart>.

You said yourself it was years ago. I had a standard-length coat zipper replaced two years ago and the shop wanted $60 just for that.

Could be things have changed and its more expensive however, if one is spending good money on clothes and something doesn't fit right or needs fixing, it is more economical to get it tailored than buy new.  It is also better to spend a little more money to get the right fit in higher end clothes.  I would NOT spend money to tailor clothes I got from Ross or some other lower cost store (where I get the majority of my clothes by the way) but if its a GOOD piece, yes I am spending the money.

I worked with a woman who had a daughter who married a man with the last name of Alexander.  They named their daughter Brandy.  Brandy Alexander.  Turns out she is gay and joined the army.  Not that there is anything wrong with that.  I have a gay son.

I’ve known both a Crystal Snow and a Candy Kiss.

I read about this fundie family in a fundie blog, they are "friends" of the Duggars and Bates. They named their daughter Heistheway.

Could they have mentioned organic food any more often?!

This fundie family is busy though, with good, home cooked meals, homemade quilt on the wall, home sewn dresses, and daddy got deployed so I assume he's in the military.

Daddy not only got deployed, he's a Navy pilot who attended the Naval Academy.  He was also the CO at the Naval Recruiting Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee where a Muslim terrorist attacked in 2015.  He returned fire on the guy and helped others escape.  Despite the fact that he and his wife gave a couple of their daughters rather weird names; any resemblance to the Duggars, living or dead, is purely coincidental.  He's a real man with a real education and a real job.  His wife, while kinda obsessed with organic food, also seems to be fully involved in her children's lives and it doesn't look like Heistheway is being forced to sistermom her 6 younger siblings.

Oh my. She’s so tan. Just realized she looks like Chris Kattan here!

On which syllable would be the emphasis in Heistheway?  I think of it as He-IS-theway but how would you say it?  HE-istheway?  What are the other kids’ names?

One of my friends is a teacher. She had sisters in one of her classes named Shampayne and Shardonnae.

Of course, the Duggars don’t drink alcohol, so maybe it would be Pepsee or Milque.

Milquetoastee?  Cokee?  Koolee?

I rather like the sound of Shardonnae.  I usually go for red, though.

A friend of a friend has a couple of daughters one of whom is named Chantarelle, like the mushroom. The sister's name is also something foodie, though I don't recall what it is right now.

She is still in the "OMG I'm so happy to be a part of this family" stage. When I got married a million years ago, I recall being in that stage. Then reality set in and I woke up really fast. I recognize that look.

I am embarrassed for Anna that she did the M thing, and even more so as no one else follows suit. Perhaps if she had been a little more mature, she would have done her own thing.

The other day I caught sight of a Kiersten spelled "Kierceton", and I cringed down to my toes because I thought, really, parents, if she's not a stone-cold hottie or is even 25 pounds overweight, there are a hundred kids lined up to call her a whole host of puns that end in "Ton", like "Two-Ton".

Those parents should be shot.

Nothing will ever beat the infamous Toddlers and Tiaras contestant named "Corn" yet it was pronounced "Corinne." Parents like that should never be allowed to breed again.

If Kendra has a boy, they could always make him a Joseph Jr. and call him J.J. for short. I agree she'll probably go with something obnoxiously cutesy, trendy and horribly spelled if she has a girl. After all, this is the same child who asked for a Clare's gift card on her wedding registry, ffs.
