Oh yes!!!!  @doodlebug, just like you, I am the oldest in a large family.  I’ve got 6 younger brothers and a younger sister (my sister is #4, there are nearly 4 years between #5 and #6, and 3.5 years between #7 and #8).  
My parents were not big into still pictures—mom and dad took those infamous Kodak 8mm home movies .  Many of the early ones, mainly from 1954-1959 that were taken indoors showed us turning away from those awful lights.  
Most of the still pictures were taken by my mom’s older sister, who died in 1966.  The other kids had school pictures, but did have the infamous first communion portraits taken at Macy’s and the occasional Instamatic photo taken by older siblings who had their own cameras. 

When I was looking at picture frames in Target a number of years ago, I found two matching ones—-one said Mom and Me, the other Dad and Me.  I bought them and figured out I was probably the only one of my siblings who had individual pics with mom and dad to put in them..

Josh is definitely miserable. If it was up to him he’d have a mistress or 2 on the side and his own job/$. At his age he has to ask daddy for spending $. 
 

P.S. living in a warehouse under Jim Bobs thumb must be exhausting/embarrassing. If Joshy could leave he would. I bet if Mary left him an inheritance he would have split.

Josh always looks like he wants someone to pull an Old Yeller and put him out of his misery. Even when he's smiling in pictures, it doesn't reach his eyes. I have long thought part of his tremendous weight gain--beyond just gluttony--is him eating his feelings. If he were anyone else, I'd feel sorry for him, but I think he earned it. 

I'm not sure Anna is any happier--she seems to try very hard to convince us her life is wonderful, which is a pretty good tell it isn't. But I think she is probably happier with her lot in life than Josh is.

Back when I watched the show, I remember that scene......it was the fakety fakest reality scene ever filmed, and that's a pretty low bar. It looked like that was "Take 123" and Josh was sick of it and couldn't wait to go stick his head into a plateful of food. The kids even looked bored. I think Anna was trying not to laugh. Now we know he was just trying to clear them out of there to get back to his porn and Ashley Madison website. And the disinterest was his ever-present smugness.

Anna's two years younger than Priscilla and four years older than Suze. IT makes sense that Anna would be closer in height to Priscilla as a child. So Anna, Priscilla, and Suze.

And I thought it was Anna in the middle. She really has done something different to her face over the last few years, but I can't pinpoint what. In old pictures of me, even though I obviously look different as an adult, you can still tell which one I am.

I’m not sure if Anna has done something or if her face just changed with age and weight fluctuations. My BFF’s nose has changed a LOT since childhood, it looks like she got a nose job but she hasn’t. That happens sometimes. 
 

Given the girls are close in age and full siblings I am not surprised we could get them mixed up in childhood photos.

Until I learned their ages here, I always assumed that Anna was the older sister. Priscilla seems so dim and child-like that I just assumed she was a good bit younger than she really is.

Suze is between Jessa and Jinger. This probably would have been the same time as the other pink polo shirt-fest. She isn't a dead ringer for Anna but they look very similar.
