The child looks like an alien. Downs also occurred to me, hopefull that isn't the case.

Strange there's been radio silence from the Drama Llama. I wonder if she's being hit full force by postnatal depression. It'll make for a great story how nobody EVAH, like absolutely EVAH suffered as much as she did.

If she is suffering from legitimate PPD, she wouldn't talk about it. Depression is of the devil, not of God. If you have any real depression, it's because you're not praying enough or believing in God enough to get you through life. At least, that's what I grew up being taught in a fundamentalist church. Maybe the Duggars would discuss it in order to make them more "relatable" to the heathens.

Well I'm not too keen on Bella as a first name as to me it's a nickname of the formal name: Isobella or Annabella,

I prefer formal names myself, and would consider nicknames for children that are named after another living family member: aka grandfather or Father James and newborn named after him would be nicknamed Jim or Jimmy, Same with female grandmother or mother Michelle nicknamed as Mishie/Shellie/Elle.

No People photo shoot for poor, no-one-has-suffered-more LLamauren? Just TLC? Poor suffering mother.

LOL at Lauren being sure to insist that she loves - has ALWAYS loved - the name Bella. Those criticisms about it being close to Annabelle were heard, methinks.

I see a shell-shocked  “Just kill me now” look in his eyes.  I’m serious.

I think the reality of his future as Lauren’s husband and the father of at least fifteen kids (because you know Lauren is going to have to compete with her sisters-in-law, and Kendra in particular shows signs of being able to hit twenty pretty easily) just sank in.

Or maybe he’s worried about the homeland security raid. Didn’t he also work at that Car lot?

Not sure which car lot he works(ed) at.

How uncomfortable Si looks here

And yes, second picture Bella looks like Josie

I wonder if Josiah is over the whole TLC has to film anything important in your life, maybe he’s had enough of the cameras but knows deep down he needs the pay check.Either that or being married to Lauren has weakened him.

Cute baby.

Pity she has these two nitwits for parents and will be married off to the highest bidder on her 18th birthday.

I’m hoping because Lauren and her sister were allowed to go to college, and Josiah wanting to go go to college but wasn’t allowed that Bella and her future siblings will be allowed to go to college and not forced to get married at 18, fingers crossed.

I chucked a bit when I heard Lauren say that Josiah is having more fun dressing Bella up than she is. Wow.

Me too.  He also asked for the pink bandana on last night's episode when the guys were blindfolded for a game. His reasoning was the lighter color would allow him to possibly see through it.

If anyone wants to start a fund to send Josiah a one-way ticket to Provincetown, West Hollywood, the Castro, or Mykonos, I’m in for twenty bucks. He’d get an authentic life, DLl would have her victim pass stamped in perpetuity, and they’d probably just marry her off to the next JBro anyway.

Win, win.

Josiah's book will be called, Bamboozled: My life as a married man after I moved out of the Tin Mansion

Seriously. And I know Lauren's grandmother is/was El Salvadorean, but that twit said, when Josiah fed her shitty left over "Mexican" food, "I'm a little Salvadorean so I like that kind of food." I'm going to be so bold as to say that her ancestry doesn't count. It's very clearly not a significant factor in her life at all other than to use it as a way to make herself sound special.

Wait, I must have missed this.  She said she likes Mexican food because she's Salvadorean?

I’ll match how much you’re offering, and slip an additional five dollars to Jana and Laura‘s airfare to Lesbos.

My husband had the same shell-shocked look on his face in a photo with Baby Ponga when Ponglet was 3 days old. But I experienced complications post birth, and Ponglet was born with a misshaped head from his position in utero. Ears and eyes were unaligned, top of head was crooked, nose was smushed so much he couldn't breathe through his nose.  So my husband had every right to look shell-shocked, as none of these issues had been predicted so came as a huge shock to everyone. (Baby Ponga is now 17, his nose is still dented but everything else is fine.)

For Josiah to look this shell-shocked, when everything seems to be a-ok with the baby, seems to be odd. He knows babies are a lot of work - he has a jillion younger siblings. He may not have been responsible for looking after them, but there was no way he could have missed how much they cry.

I can't help but wonder if he is somehow tied up in whatever it is the Feds seem to be investigating. Because a newborn baby AND a federal investigation would explain the deer-in-the-headlights look.

Hell, he could just move east about an hour away to Eureka Springs and be fabulous and happy.
