And how exactly are you and Joy similar Meghan?  Joy grew up working class.  You grew up privileged to the nth degree.  Joy is a self-made woman.  You have coasted by on your family's money and name.

I wonder how far along she is....most doctors advise waiting 3 months before announcing because of ther high rate of miscarriages during that time period.  

Megaphone doesn't seem like the type to listen to anyone about anything.

I genuinely wished her congratulations on Twitter. I hope all goes well. That said, how much do you want to bet that Meghan positions herself has a hero battling the "stigma" around pregnancy?

Even so, I wish them the best. Let's hope that little Liberty "Libby" Johanna, John "JB" Benjamin, or Madison "Mac" McCain Domenech shows them how to lighten up.

A child is a gift no matter who its parents are; I was reminded of that just this morning when I saw a picture of Kimye's baby in an old magazine. God bless it with the nerves to survive these two lunatics.

So this means The View can actually talk about parenting topics again? Maybe Abby could work there without being harassed now, too.

The cable news channels are doing an amazing job of having the host, sometimes, and even 4 or 5 guests at a time on, with only an occasional glitch, usually the sound.  I guess even someone not usually on The View's staff (does GMA or the nightly news come from the same building?) can run things from the studio.

Megaphone doesn't seem like the type to listen to anyone about anything.  

She said her doctor told her to limit the amount of people she comes into contact with.  I would think that would have been the case for at least the last 10 days, unless he or she is as seemingly nonchalant as Whoopie's doctor is, who supposedly told her just last week that it was okay for her to go to work.

With the way Meghan was going on this past week, you would think she would have decided on her own that she should self-quarantine, even if her doctor hadn't yet given her that advice.

I doubt there are any tests yet on pregnant women being exposed. IMO the remote is fine.

But I do want to throw up about "having" MM pg and eventually as a mother ....since she never gave other women the respect.

Honestly my first thought when I read about her pregnancy was at least I knew I wasn't someone that should be having children. Hopefully their kid will have a nice nanny or two.

Honestly, I always thought Meghan wanted kids but was just scared. She's not my favorite, but I am happy for her and wish her well with her pregnancy, especially at this crazy time.

Yes!!!!

And I'm so happy that she's self-isolating to spare us the constant reminders and updates and pix (swollen ankles, naked baby bump progression, gifts of flag onesies and pacifiers) about her pregnancy. 

I know she can blog or vlog but I can avoid that shit like the plague...lol.

She can go away to AZ and give us all a break.

Megan's pregnancy means we are stuck with her indefinitely.. I would not put it past her to get pregnant as a way to guarantee job security and to also put the attention right on herself.. We will be regaled with stories by her in excruciating details about how wonderful a conservative pregnancy is as opposed to a liberal one.  She makes everything a partisan fight so why not a pregnancy..

Yes, it does have the potential to the "most insufferable preggo ever" however I don't think it is going to get the "attention" Meghan desperately wants on the show.

I was wondering the same thing.   She probably could have kept quiet for the whole nine months, then shock us all by going on maternity leave.   Given her medical history, she must be fairly well along or she wouldn't have announced it.   If ever there was a woman who I cannot picture nurturing an infant, it's Nutty.   Maybe she'll surprise me.   Because it certainly would.

What people really mean when they say they hope being a mother softens her is that maybe loving another human being might make her less of a hateful bitch to other people. But then again, I'm sure she loved herfather!herfather!herfather1 and that didn't seem to help, so I doubt a baby will do anything.
