Unfortunately Joy is right on trend with posting the dental visit, I see them all the time on FB. Just yesterday someone posted their baby's six month pediatric visit.

Do any of you remember flip books? I swear, the Duggars and their generation could put together all the pictures and make a flip book of their kids' entire lives.

Honesty, I think it’s time doctors and dentists forbid picture taking in their offices . 🙂

Okay, I don't know who that other woman is with Joy but the Duggars are certainly tone deaf to homoeroticosm and anything other than their P-in-V sex, no? (see, MEchelle Duggar insisting feet aren't sexual. See pics of young women eating pickles)

Rachael is wearing shoes. I can only think that Joy hosted the shower at her house? And she's blissfully unaware about foot fetishes.

I can see the Duggar kids being that sheltered, but I have a hard time believing either Jim Bob or Michelle don't know how those things come across.

Why is there a heart out specifically over her butt?

My guess is that Joy wanted the heart sticker to be somewhat on the woman's side and didn't realize that the placement of said sticker was a bit unfortunate.

(By default a sticker will go in the center of the image, but you can then move it around and place it wherever you'd like.)

Sounds like maybe the sticker initially was over her crotch, which would have been awkward in its own right. LOL

Okay, I'm embarrassed to say, I looked at that picture numerous times and see nothing erotic about it. What am I missing?

If it's what I think it is, I've heard of this before. I found this:

https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/why-men-fetish-pregnant-women-190015700.html

"It’s no secret that some men harbor a fetish for pregnant women. According to porn-industry analytics, searches for pregnancy-related content have shot up by nearly 20 percent since 2014; and the term “pregnant” is now the 107th most popular porn search in the United States, putting it right up there with “redhead” and “babysitter.” Unsurprisingly, the NSFW corners of Reddit are filled with thousands of posts containing erotic images and ideas relating to women who are expecting."

Oh okay. Well no reason for women to hide their pregnant selves because there's whackos out there. Or their barefeet for that matter.

The old pickle pictures, while still innocent, are in a different category.

Considering Agnes has siblings named Arrow and Allove (as well as the slightly less awful Alora and Alyza, and the completely normal Adeline), I'd say she's not doing so bad.

The woman is Joy's sister-in-law, btw (Austin's half-sister).

Allove, pleeease tell me that’s not a kree8ive way to spell Olive!

I don't think it is erotic, but I think Joy and her friend look like a nice lesbian couple excited to have their first child together, which is I'm sure a connotation they would find horrifying.

That's what I see, too, which is why I used the word "homoerotic" in my original post. Sorry for the confusion.

Jensen Ackles has a kid named Arrow. Not sure if it’s a boy or a girl.

Oh boyyy Agnes and Adeline won the name lottery. The others not so much. I assume they are all girls.

I believe Jensen Ackles' Arrow is a girl, but Rachael's Arrow is a boy (the rest of her cre8tively named A-brood are girls, though).

AGNES:?????????????  holy lord, i like old fashioned names as well as the most of us.. but AGNES??  shoot me now

Too funny. That is exactly the reaction I got when I named my first son Nathan. Exactly that from many sources. He loves his name (he is 53 now) and he never wanted a nickname. But I got a lot of flack for it.

I like the name Nathan and do not consider it old-fashioned at all.

Old-fashioned depends on your generation. My mom & aunts were all up in arms when my cousin named her daughter Olivia back in the late 70s b/c it was an old lady's name. My grandma's name was Evelyn Mae and she was born in 1918. I would have never considered it b/c it's such an old-fashioned name, but Joy & Austin used it. Plus, Evelyn was the 9th most popular girls name in 2020.

Just think, in 50 years from now Aiden, Braden, Caden, Hayden, Jayden...etc. will all be considered old-fashioned.

Indeed. Names are so personal. I named my son after my beloved grandpa. Can’t please everyone, least of all us snarkers!!

Arrow?? Allove?? Alora?? Alyza?? Seriously? Just eww. My moms middle name was Agnes. She hated it. My granddaughter named one of her new kittens Agnes. So there's that.

She tends to wear them in the early stages of pregnancy. She said as much when pregnant with Evy.

Take that as you will. 😁

That's what I heard. It's not definite proof of anything, but it wouldn't surprise me if that was what's up.

Evy will be 1 in August.

I do think of some names as “old lady” names. I would never name a child Agnes or Hazel or Gladys. My mother was named after her aunt (Evelyn) and mother (Rose). She was always surprised when she would come across another Evelyn who wasn’t an old lady!

Thankfully, I’m not named after anyone.

I think the next round of old lady names will most likely include Debbie, Susan, and Linda.
