So the only part of this story I believe is that Tom was likely cheating. In part because Erika was so much less dramatic in telling that part of the story.

Just started watching and haven’t read any comments. Sutton has an empty suitcase and a cat. I did not know that this could actually occur, I’m confused. I have a suitcase andeither a case gets in it or pisses on it because he/she is unhappy that I am leaving town. No middle ground here.

I'm trying to recreate that accident story:

1. Tom drove off the road, breaking his clavicle, shoulder, and ankle. He was also unconscious for 12 hours, indicating some kind of head injury.
2. He totaled his car.
3. He was ejected from his car at some point during the accident.
4. Tom called Erika after being missing for some period of time (that unconscious 12 hours?!) while she thought he was off cheating.
5. Erika found him.
6. No one found, saw, reported this accident to the police before Erika was notified/found Tom.
7. We have to assume Tom got to the hospital somehow to treat his injuries, but there was never a news/tabloid report about this accident.
8. Erika played down Tom's injuries in order to protect his privacy.

Unconscious for 12 hours must be a pretty serious head injury, one that would probably have made him pretty incapacitated for a while. Ever since somebody in my family had a head injury I've been very aware of how TV never shows how serious they are. I really don't think he'd be out that long and then be able to just call anyone.

I thought this episode was rather enjoyable.  It was a good balance of the women’s everyday lives, some humor, and of course the Erika drama.  Thank god for no drama between the ladies.

I always assumed Tom was seeing women on the side.  He just seemed like the type.   I wondered if she became aware of his affairs and then she used that to get Tom to fund her career.  

Maybe Tom intentionally drove off the cliff.  I don’t understand how he was unconscious for 12 hours and yet managed to call Erika.  Was he in a convertible?  How did he get thrown from the car?  So many questions, so few answers.

Having watched the Hulu doc… I just can’t with Erika. And they’re all fawning over her.  Not one word about victims cheated out of their rightful settlements.

Erika should not have been included in this season. I realize they only had Crystal/Sutton naked-gate to run with, but surely there’s other footage on the cutting room floor. 

I do like seeing the housewives having fun and laughing, but not with Erika in attendance. I don’t want to see her on my TV. The obscene wealth she’s always shoved in our faces… until now of course. Are we honestly supposed to feel sorry for her?

It will be interesting if they make the storyline about them all starting to think, one by one, that she's lying and explaining why.

Yes, we’re supposed to feel sorry for her having to live in a Beverly Hills property that costs almost 10 grand a month. Poor thing no longer has housekeepers or the world’s most expensive glam budget either. She also has to get Postmates! The horror. 

Seriously, she’s not struggling to keep a roof over her head. She’s not worrying about having food to eat. 

Do I think it’s possible Erika was unaware and her life has now fallen apart? Sure. But let’s have more shock and outrage over what Tom’s done and all the innocent people he screwed over. If Erika didn’t do anything wrong, she’ll be stressed out and sad for awhile, then she’ll be okay, find someone else and move on. If she was cool with Tom’s criminality until he got caught, she should be fired.

Couldn't help but want someone to ask, when she was saying how being a lawyer was all Tom had ever wanted to do in life and was his whole identity, if he'd dreamed of stealing from widows and orphans? Because to hear her talk you'd never know that his career was being derailed over...that. Not his declining health.

Erika's Farewell to the Good Life Tour is becoming tiring, but first stop in off-loading her beloved Clubhouse was especially tone-deaf.  Her whole approach is coming across as rather calculated - who would have ever thought our self-annointed Ice Queen would ever emote more than indifference, arrogance and disdain?  In that hug with Kyle at the dinner table at the end of the episode, Erika's got this look on her face that makes me think she was happy with her performance and now has good evidence on tape to convince any judge of her innocence.  

Lots of dumb questions from most of these ladies, except for Crystal, regarding how and why wife Erika could be tied up in the legal messes of her husband, too...all in service of getting Erika's victimhood out there front and center.  It's disgusting.  Beverly Hills has had 2 strikes now with storylines that aren't popular and alienating the audience.  The pile-ups on LVP and Denise in the last 2 seasons are now followed by this ride or die with Erika's scandal.  It's not enjoyable, but even less enjoyable will be Erika's return to form when she starts attacking Sutton (as seen in the previews of upcoming epidodes).  Jesus, can't anyone just respond 'back off, bitch,' when Erika delivers that tough-girl bullshit?  Garcelle, please come through for us!

Follow the money. That's what Deep Throat said to Woodward and Bernstein and that was nearly 50 years ago. If Erika's businesses are tied up with Tom's money, I'd say she knew and it's going to come out eventually, no matter what she says.

The money was in the hundreds of thousands spent on you being “Erika Jayne” and in the thousands spent on glam squads, and the cars, and the clothes…. That’s what Erika has been flaunting to the world for years and she thinks the judge and lawyers aren’t going to be looking at all of that? 

She’s a smart woman who is playing her current hand all wrong. There’s no way she was ever going to fully skate on all of this, but her “woe is me, I have to live in this tiny 5000 square foot house with a pool” is not the way to go.
