Well to be fair, that has been one of my questions as she wafts around, bemoaning losing all of her things.  That was her #1 bragging point when she came on the show ("Every woman wants to be Erika Jayne") and now it's not worth a mention?  Made me wonder if she thought she could still do it.  Not that I think she can without Tom footing the bill, but I was wondering if she thought so.

I liked it when she said it was an expensive business, thus proving that it's not actually a business because they're supposed to make money for somebody. It's not like she's booked herself ragged as Erika Jayne to earn money to live in a "real" house.

I am in love with Kyle's desert house!

So am I.  It's so luxurious and yet so home-sweet-home at the same time.

I also like the way Kyle does a lot of the cooking herself for her guests.

Too bad Kathy totally jacked up that lasagna by cutting it hot out of the oven, especially after all of the work Kyle put into making it.  If I were Kyle, I'd have been incredibly pissed.

Thanks so much for the clarification @Persnickety1! You saved me from having to go back and rewatch that scene. And agreed- no affection. She seemed to only have annoyance that her dog dared to have a normal bodily function on her watch. Whereas, in our house, we still praise our senior mutt for pooping and peeing and eating and drinking and basically existing (a holdover from when we first adopted him ten years ago and he was in desperate need of confidence and praise). 😄

Yeah, I was also confused because I thought the whole purpose of her taking the dog for a walk was so it could relieve itself, and yet she acts pissed off because it did relieve itself.

This woman...ugh.

Does anyone know why Rinna’s dog had both front paws bandaged and is wearing a cone of shame?

If I had to guess, the sweet doggie probably had some type of veterinary issue with their paws.

My wee boy, Hamish, had one of his paws bandaged identically last fall after he had a run-in with a damn foxtail. I didn't spot the damage until it was too late, despite our post-walk daily ritual that involves a baby wipe from head to toe.

The damn foxtail had worked itself into his skin and had to be surgically removed. His recovery included a drain, bandages that were changed every two days and a cone of shame to keep him from tearing off the bandage for a second time.

Did Erika not pick up her dog’s poop?

She dramatically complained about having to pick up another creature’s shit (first, Tom’s metaphorical shit, I assume, and now her dog’s literal shit), but they didn’t show her picking up the poop.* This woman really doesn’t know how to even begin to engender basic sympathy from the audience. Between complaining about her “small” (gorgeous!) house and bemoaning her dog’s poop... why would any of us feel sorry for her? I feel sorry for her dog (and maybe her son, since I’m sure she considered changing his poopy diapers a burden).

I thought they showed Erika picking up the poop, but they only showed her melodramatic reaction.

Please give your sweet doggo a big: "GOOD POTTY!!!!!" from me. And a big hug. And a wee treat. Thank you.

On topic: I like that Erika took Tiago with her to the desert, but that will be the only nice thing I have to say about her. Ever.

I didn't see it in tonight's "Still to come on RHOBH this season" preview, but am I the only one who remembers the previews from the season premiere that showed Erika threatening Sutton at a dinner table and then Sutton challenged her with: "....or what?" Those two definitely got into more than one verbal sparring match this season. BRING. IT. ON.

Not enough Garcelle tonight. In keeping with the theme, it was absolutely criminal that we were deprived of our queen tonight. (I know it was a scheduling issue, not a Bravo snub, but she was still very missed.)

Unconscious for 12 hours must be a pretty serious head injury, one that would probably have made him pretty incapacitated for a while. Ever since somebody in my family had a head injury I've been very aware of how TV never shows how serious they are. I really don't think he'd be out that long and then be able to just call anyone.

And then...everything that you said here.

Makes me wonder if he was 'out' after the accident mainly because he was so intoxicated he passed out.  If booze was the real culprit, then they'd want to keep that quiet with his notorioty. (No one wants a lawyer they can't depend on.) And it would also be the answer to how he couldn't get out of his car without stumbling and falling--but down a cliff?! I'd bet he was found right in that car passed out. And any injuries could have happened getting him from the road into the house. Also if he had such a bad head accident, wouldn't that severe of a head injury leave a scar or something? If Beverly Hills is such a small community that everyone knows everybody's elses business surely this episode would have been found out and whispered about. Fishy.

Erika's serious watchful eyes as she reveals another storyline in that monotone voice was very telling to me.  Fishy!

Maybe Mr Girardi spent hundreds of thousands funding Erika Jayne's 'career' because she caught on to what he was doing?  Or she knew all along what he was doing and he threw some her way to keep her quiet? He doesn't seem like the type of guy who would throw away that much money on her vanity project unless he felt he had to.  I see him more as the type who thinks he rescued her and her son from the bar or hostess job she had and gave her the good life as a reward for being his trophy wife (and whatever went along with that, ick!) and that should be enough.

So Harry Hamlin wants to know how Scott Disick got into their lives: Your girl is thirsty, Harry. I think that's the answer.

Maybe the thirst  has  something  to do with what's rumored to be inside Scott's pants?

Well, here's the explanation for Erika's clubhouse. Looks cleaned out. Where did it all go? I mean, it's bigger than her current rental house.

I’m shocked that the glam Clubhouse is in the Barclay! That place was sketchy and spooky. I mean, needles in the hallway, blood all over bathroom walls. They must’ve cleaned the place up.

Some Real Housewife homes are so beautiful but museumlike. Kyle's homes always have a warmth to them.

Yes! I have loved all of her homes, they’re warm and homey. I remember in her book she talked about how early marriage they were crammed in to a two bedroom apartment so I think having a comfortable home is a priority to her over style. I do prefer the Bel Air home to the Encino one though.

I also really love Rinna’s home. It’s a home not a showplace. The red brick outdoor areas, the old Garland stove, the garden.

So Rinna changed from a designer labeled track suit into a sequined track suit “to get more comfy.”  K.

I can't stand Rinna, but she was born to be a Real Housewife! You can't teach those terrible instincts.

I'm relatively new to BH (watched Season 1 and didn't return until halfway into last season) so Kyle's La Quinta home is the first time I've actually envied a housewife. It's been a long time since we've seen actual real estate porn in this franchise.

It seemed to me that Ericka thought she should bide her time until he died then realized the cash was gone and bailed. That’s the only thing that makes sense

This is what I think is true. She doesn’t want to admit that so she’s weaving this tale that grows by the episode. He started out cold and dismissive and now he’s a cheater, concussed and in declining health. She probably asked herself if she could get away with suggesting domestic violence.

Okay, a few episodes I thought well, it's possible Erika didn't know.

I think it's still possible she didn't know the extent or where he was embezzling from, but this story she is weaving is so all over the place I can only surmise that she knew he is a shady mother fucker and didn't care as long as she was getting paid.

And really -- she would've been better off pretending shock of it all.  The fact she is trying to cover him by saying he's got dementia now -- complete with the ridiculous car accident story - says a lot.

I mean, you can drive the same curvy fucking road a million times, but reach for your cell phone, lose control and crash.  It doesn't mean that you have dementia.  And why the need to lie about the accident or not divulge what really happened?  My guess is he was probably drunk. The only other reason to not divulge the cause of the accident -- attempted suicide?  Whatever the case, her stories about the car accident are purposeful yet they don't make sense.

(Also, I saw Sutton on WWHL and I could def see that she's an awkward, somewhat irritating person.  She came off WEIRD.  I'm becoming more team Crystal now lol)

Why is Erika not staying with Kyle?

Well, they aren't filming at the hotel so no one can note the suite she and her glam squad are sharing.  👿

I find it fascinating that for all the RHOBH years prior Erica stood around with an air of superiority, didn't have a lot to say, and didn't seem emotionally accessible. Now she is "Miss Open With Everyone".

If Erika is “broke” and all her assets are frozen, how can she afford the car service from BH to PS? I would have thought she would hitch a ride with one of the other ladies.

Remember Bravo will make sure she gets where she needs to be everything to do with how she was being treated at home. She was hiding it.

I should have said that sarcastically lol!

and she can afford an assistant and a couple glam squad members and she’s staying at a hotel instead of with Kyle.

I am certain that Bravo picks up a lot of the expense, especially because of Covid, they have to make sure the cast is as safe as possible to film if the chose not to stay with Kyle. Also I am not sure how many bedrooms were there.

I've loved the Lisa Rinna/Harry Hamlin home too.

Italian inspired. Not over the top ostentatious. Beautiful grounds.

They were married in that home.

Yes, everything but the kitchen sink.
