Shannon may be on uppers.  She’s talking very fast and loud lately.  Maybe the divorce is getting to her even tho she claims she’s so happy.

I think it was Braunwynn’s mother who mentioned adderol which is an upper used for ADD. I wonder if that’s what Shannon is taking. It would also explain how she’s lost a lot of weight.

They were all on that boat.....auditioning for the next season of OC!

That lady did tap Kelly on the chin with a microphone.  Hahahahah!

Yall see how Kelly didn’t mess back with her???

Am I the child in USA that had a normal childhood???

The theme with OC & Dallas is dysfunctional childhood. Stop! Just stop!

Back to crazy ladies arguing over the microphone is church lady alien voice! 🥳

Exactly! But what did Shannon know about playing/singing in a teenage "rock band"? NOTHING. But she still insisted on trying to tell her daughter's how to play guitars and sing/perform.

I don't condone cheating while still married but damn, Shannon would have me chewing on broken glass before dinner. Fuck the potato chips David used to eat.

Hot damn !  Finally someone else noticed.  If my husband who woke up at 3 am to go and build roads, come home at 3 p.m. and had to eat chips and not a HOT meal, he’d divorce me too.  He had to wait until 6 pm to eat a “ healthy meal” that probably equaled  200 calories because she cooked healthy.  Food and sex is what he needed.  It’s not that she was busy with a job and needed time to prepare.  IMO.

I don’t envy any of Tamra’s children but Ryan is basically being supported by her with no end in sight and will make up for “lost revenue” by lording it over her how bad he had it.

Does he even know what "revenue" means?

Unable to watch as well.  What does Shannon know about modeling, to teach her daughter how to walk???

I’ll tell you this, to me, that walk Shannon was showing her daughter was very much like that kiss she gave the guy in the restaurant......Awkward!

Ryan is such an entitled asshole. No one ever prepped him for the future? He think he is unique in that regard? A lot of people have parents don't help them plan their future. Ryan seems to think that because he's a heterosexual white male, everything should just be handed to him on a silver platter. Instead of making the best out of what he has been given (which is a hell of a lot more than a lot of people), he chooses to mope and be jealous of his half-sisters and brother. What a loser.

Bravo knows they can do some crafty editing. They made it seem like Braunwyn and her mother's beef was with the security guard who supposedly grabbed her, but it was really with the president of OC Fashion Week who was unprofessional as hell. I do think Braunwyn and her mother overracted, but shouldn't the president of the event have tried to diffuse the situation instead of escalating it? And what was up with that bizarre speech she gave about bullying and verbal abuse? The woman seemed either crazy or high. Furthermore, that fashion show was so bootleg. I thought you had to know how to walk to be a fashion model. Hell, I can walk better than most of those models at the show...and in heels. I thought Adeline was one of the better models, and I didn't think she could walk either. On the plus side, I actually thought Rowan's collection was quite cute. I hope she gets to the REAL fashion week in NYC someday.

I'm not surprised Matt wanted to get back with Gina. Some men are a trip. They don't want you until they see another man does.

That shade Kelly threw at Gina about her hair wasn't nice, but it was also true. Gina is a pretty woman IMO, but her hair is horrible. The color is wrong, and her hair has no type of style whatsoever. I can't believe she actually pays whoever that was styling her hair. Gina's makeup and clothes aren't much better than her hair either. Hopefully, with a few more paychecks, she can hire a proper glam squad so she can look her best. I hate seeing pretty women look bad when they don't have to.

We finally got some clarity as to why Emily chooses to stay in a bad marriage. Shane is the father of their kids that she wishes her own father had been to her. I actually find that admirable, but I also don't think it's healthy for kids to see their parents in a dysfunctional relationship.

Brownstone was dressed like a half assed couture white swan, but looked like her goose was cooked. She’s very ruddy.

Dr dumbass looked like she was dressed by Blossom, Some stylist Cyndi Lauper fired, and grabbed some bits and pieces of colorful yarns from Peru and knitted in her hair on the way to the cheesy fashion show she was very likely not accosted at. I loathe that damn woman, trying so hard to make fetch happen. Her and her scatty, boiled lobster daughter. And who the hell yells “We’re the best effing family in the world!” In front of impressionable children? Heifer is trying hard for a new season, and her desperate ass just started.

How is Gina’s hair different? Same bleached out straw.

LoL @ the Cyndi Lauper comparison. I always said Braunwyn's mom looks like a cross between Betsey Johnson and George Clinton (founder and lead singer of Parliament Funkadelic), but Cyndi works too, especially during her "She's So Unusual" era (still love that album).

LoL. I doubt it. What job has Ryan ever held long term? When Tamra was with Simon, he drifted from one hobby to the next. I'm suppose to feel sorry for Ryan when he's being supported by his mother who has been able to become a millionaire from reality TV? Cry me a freakin' river.

I think Kelly didn’t want to fight because that woman didn’t back down when first Brawin then Kelly tried to intimidate her.  She was cray cray enough to give as good as she got.  Both Brawin and Kelly knew  kids were around when they marched over there.  That lady, whoever she was, gave me life. The worst part of this boring, trash season is that Vicky can say, "I told you so!"

I think the security guy grabbed Deb’s arm while she was heading into a restricted area to use the bathroom.  Which can happen if you try to go into a restricted area without permission.

And the woman wasn’t being professional, but my guess is she got sick of dealing with these Z-listers obnoxiousness at the event and she went off when Deb started acting like some big, scary man threw her against a wall.

Ryan complaining that no one prepared him for life? WTF? Little man, is anyone really ever "prepared" for what life throws at them. No one knows what's coming down the road. I'm pretty sure I remember when Tamra and Simon were married, they tried helping him out quite a bit but he didn't want to abide by the rules. He's someone who won't listen to advice or reason and needs to learn all his lessons the hard way. He needs to take responsibility for his own actions and poor decisions.

He says he's not into claiming victimhood, you know, meaning that dingdong that is just what he is doing with your first sentence.

Poor Rowan.  Event though the night was supposed to be about her, her attention whoring maternal lineage managed to suck much of the energy away from her big night. I guess she's probably accustomed to it by now.

I think my favorite part of the whole episode was seeing how supportive Sophie was when her sister was modeling. (And how she tried to reign in Shannon's controlling nature)

While I find Ryan to be awful  (really, truly, naked wastedly awful) I can't help but feel a little bit of pity for him. He seems directionless, hopeless, and bitter. We are living in a pretty divisive time in our country, and it is easy to drown in a sea of constant us against them cable news and social media viewing. Especially if one already feels isolated. I think Tamra has reason to worry...but I really wish she would stop bailing him out.

After seeing that outfit Jeff Probst's wife is wearing, I will now call her Bjorkwyn

As The Countess once said, "Even Gucci makes a mistake once in a while."  Twenty things wrong with that dress, bad tailoring, bad taste, bad fit.

Her kid's clothing designs were, were...nothing.

Shannon's daughter has terrible posture but her girls are very pretty so maybe Shannon thought this is her chance to slouch her stuff on the runway and maybe get a modeling career.

Betsy Johnson wanna be, just stop. It must be exhausting trying to look that cool or be around someone trying be that cool.

Does Braunwyn's husband give some sort of vibe or is it just me? I don't even know his name.

Eddie and Tamra seem like they would be down with a foursome with Braunwyn and her husband.

New Blonde Gina looks like that Dragon Girl from GOT, a little albino-ish, Gina should think low lights.

As far as her ex husband calling 50 times and then showing up at her house at 1am and just walks in, that is not wanting to get back together, that is controlling, scary behavior. His girlfriend probably got tired of that shit and broke up with him and he probably cannot be alone so he concentrates his energy on Gina because she is low hanging fruit. He seems like the kind of guy that likes to fuck with a woman's head and Gina seems like the kind of woman that thinks any attention is good attention.

Do we think Gina rambles on about her ex to her new Dr. Brain Surgeon?

$4400 birthday gift for a guy who basically told you he needs a little space, ok Kelly.

So deep, the fashion show is one of the proudest moments of her entire (16 year old) life.

I was struck by what made Shan so incredibly proud. Not struggling with a school subject, persisting, working hard and then passing a difficult test, or showing kindness to someone/doing something to help others. No, it was walking in a fashion show.  SMH.

Ryan, it's time to grow up. In fact, please get in a time machine because it was time to grow up about 10 years ago. I feel sorry for him for having Tamra for a mom. But even still, it's way past time to stop blaming your childhood, the world, whatever-else-you-blame for your lack of success in life. Get a good therapist, and get to work.

Does Braunwyn's mom have another dress, or is that it? She's wearing the same thing every time we see her.

In whose kitchen was Gina getting her hair colored?  Last I knew, Gina was living in a garage, or a garden shed or something.

Clapping baby Hazel for the win!

I have been meaning to post this for a while. You know who I feel bad for? That one dog of Kelly’s who is left on the ground while Jolie holds the other dog in the tag line credits. Poor dog looks like he/she feels left out. And that is ALL I have for this season.

Note to Tamra:  There's nothing wrong with being patriotic.  I'd rather see Ryan in a flag-themed shirt than you rolling around half-naked making out with Braunwynn, and all of the other times you were running around wasted out of your mind.  Great example there, Tamra.  And you wonder why he's so effed up.

A hundred likes.  Look who’s calling the kettle.  Better patriotic than a SLUT.

I’d have to go back and rewatch the show (no DVR here), but the drug discussion is coming back to me. A few of the women were huddled and the drug adderol came up. Gina said (paraphrasing) what drug? That she’d take some now. My thought was that she isn’t capable of making responsible decisions. She just got popped for a DUI and now she’s on a national tv show saying that she’d happily taken a drug on the boat...if anyone was really carrying any and right then. With the court appearance looming I’d be clean and sober waiting to see the judge. I’m wondering if she doesn’t have substance abuse issues or began doing drugs at an early age stunting her emotional growth.

My iPad isn’t letting me quote, but upthread someone mentioned how Shannon’s daughter really didn’t have the best walk or posture. It reminds me of how some girls who are tall at that age slump, because they are subconscious of being taller than her peers...especially boys.

Nothing wrong with being a slut. Running around half-naked and wasted isn't the same as enjoying sex. Plus, has Tamra been with anyone besides Simon and Eddie while she was on this show?

Ryan and Tamra's issues probably started long before Tamra joined the show.

Ryan reminds me of a lot of spoiled kids from OC who grew up with “rich” parents...only to find out that their parents didn’t have true wealth beyond equity in their home that has been tapped out.

These kids spend their teens and young adulthoods partying knowing their parents will always bail them out. Until they approach 30 and realize while their parents can bail them out of small things, there are not endless family resources, and if you want, say, a nice house in OC of your own, you have to pay for it yourself! And houses are really expensive — think 5x what you parents paid back in the ‘80s.

Oh, you haven’t been working diligently since after high school to set yourself up to be in a position to put a $200k down payment on a $1 million basic OC tract “starter home”? YOU’RE SCREWED. And if you don’t even have a solid career path figured out by 30, there is ZERO chance of recovery. You simply cannot afford the lifestyle you grew up with. Ship sailed.

Lots of the”rebellious” “cool” crowd from my high school ended up in this situation. They have been forced east to the Inland Empire or places like Arizona or Vegas just to live an affordable life while they waffle from job to job. They are bitter and blame their parents, but that is what happens when you show zero work ethic.

Many parents, like Tamra, were selfish and indeed did not specifically set their kids up for success. Lots of boomer parents were just reveling in the lifestyle they were able to achieve — one that these boomer parents could not afford today if they were starting from scratch.

In my case, I had to figure it out on my own. It’s not that hard to figure out, especially by 30. But kids like Ryan are the perfect example of millennials sliding backwards from the lifestyles they grew up with.

To quote Snoop Dogg - “that’s how the game go!”

Not everyone is a winner.

What kills me is that given his political affiliation you just know that lil' bitch is out complaining about entitlement programs, welfare and socialist programs but yet he sits on national tv thinking the world wasn't properly laid out at his feet to allow him to succeed. Where are his boot straps at?

That's somewhat unfair. I think Ryan wanted some  loving guidance from his parents that he never received. He never said he expected anything perfectly laid out. He admits he's struggling and feels stuck.

Tamra doesn’t owe anything to Ryan at his age. If she took a third of the funds that she’s spent on plastic surgery etc. she could have afforded a good therapist for him ages ago when it might have done him some good and put him on a path towards a better life. He’s a parent too I believe. Yikes. The thought of that is scary to me. The generations below these Howives are going to be worse in some instances than their parents.

Yep when Deb was telling the story of who touched her she said that big-  and then she caught herself and said that big security guy. He did not appear to be a big man. Have to wonder how many drinks or pills or both she, her daughter and Kelly had to cause a scene at that lame fashion show. When I go out with my friends  nothing like this ever happens. These women get so angry and ready to fight over the least little thing.  This show is so tiresome.

Yup. I caught that, too. She did some quick self-editing.

I have to say while Rowan's Dark Rabbit line was just copying looks from other designers - it's better than some of the fashions hocked by some housewives - i.e. Dorit Beverly Beach, Kyle's I forget the name, She by Sheree, Countess Evine Collection.

Now that I think of it - I think Gina bought all of Luann's Evine collection.

As for Adeline and the runway - between the practice and the actual show - she has had practice, training and coaching. So was the scene of Shannon telling her what to do - "acting"?

As for Gina's "Matt" story I don't believe her at all.

Ryan making lame excuses for why he is such a pathetic loser and Tamra quickly blaming Simon for all the problems Ryan has. Nice. I'm sure her estranged daughter will appreciate seeing Tamra throwing her dad under the bus once again. Simon may have been a douchebag of a husband but he was the only one that tried to get Ryan to straighten up his act and Tamra undermined his attempts every chance she got. No, Tamra, YOU are the reason your grown ass son is the aimless shit that he is and let's not forget she left him to be raised by her mother so she could go whore around. Maybe, just maybe that has something to do with his issues.

I am so sick of Bronte, her creepy husband and her hippy dippy mother. They are not the least bit entertaining, nor are their boring children. Did anyone else notice the huge price sticker plastered on the bottom of one of Bronte's shoes when she put them on creepy husband's lap. when she was getting dressed? I would imagine they were returned to the store after the event, along with the rest of her outfit.

The fashion show lady may have been unprofessional, but she was the only entertaining person in this whole episode. I loved when Tamra asked Kelly if she got hit with the microphone as hard as she hit Shannon on the head.

Ryan is the type that will always make his loser life someone else's fault. I remember Simon trying to help him, getting him a job at the car dealership, and Ryan blowing it off. And what is so tough about having rules at 21 when you are living off someone else? He seems to have been hanging around for years to get any morsel of attention and money he can from the show.

So Emily admits she has anger management problems? Maybe the source of her shitty marriage has more to do with her than her husband. In any case between Emily and Bronte and their dysfunctional childhoods, Gina's divorce and various dysfunctional family members of the howives, I feel like I am watching a Jerry Springer/Dr Phil mashup in a nicer setting. (Just guessing though since I have no use for those shows, and little use these days for this one).

Yes! I noticed the price tag. Let me tell you this, when you buy high end shoes from a high end store, they don’t compromise the merchandise with sticky price tags in the sole. That’s some Ross dress for less shit. I should know, that’s where I buy my cheap shoes.
