As far as Barbara goes....enh I just don't think she's right for this show.  I'd love to see her on one of these home makeover shows on HGTV or something like that.  She seems to be an ok person I guess but she's just not gelling with this group.

I really enjoyed this episode, and the time just flew by. I remember looking at the clock when there was 10 minutes left, and thought it couldn't be more than half over. In contrast, every episode of RHoBH seems to last two hours. Since I got two episodes for the price of one this week, I haven't even bothered to watch the first (the one that aired in the U.S. last week). 

Now that Debbie Downer Radzi is gone, I really do not mind any of the current women. They all have their pluses and minuses, but of the three franchises I watch this is by far my fav.

For me it's the same - NY is my favorite. Time flies because the show is fast paced - the women confront each other - what they say in their TH shots they have no qualms saying it right to each others faces.

I'm still into BH because I know the drill. They always have ONE fight that takes over the entire season - and since I know this my expectations are low in terms of story line - as the one fight is the story line for everyone. I concentrate on the trips, ludicrous spending, and real estate porn,

I googled that Gucci jacket - it retailed for $6500.00!!!!!  That's some ugly shit for a whole lot of money!!  Bethenny is usually so well dressed and has excellent taste.  This season, not so much.  I don't understand these housewives' obsession with some of the fugly stuff that Gucci has been putting out lately (Dorinda's sweater, and all the stuff Erika and Dorit from RHOBH wear, as I mentioned in an earlier post).  Just because it's got a designer label and pricetag doesn't mean that it's pretty!

Hello. I’m new. 

I’m an Englishman (not in New York, but Manchester) And just found this thread. Wow, it’s very fast moving isn’t it? I’m going to try and not be intimidated by you lot and join in a bit. Let’s see how it goes.. be gentle with me! 

I think they’re all extremely unlikeable so far this season. Compelling and enjoyable but unlikeable. Even Dorinda who I’ve loved until now comes off as a bit of a psycho. 

I’m really liking the way Barbara is stirring the shit. And they way she deals with confrontation (Dor’s apartment and Ramona last night) completely unphased. I see huge potential. Give the woman an apple. 

Bethenny Frankel’s desperation to be the centre of attention is very apparent. The persona being projected this season is pretty hideous. Bring back JZ 🤗

I can't feel too bad for someone who is the architect of their own misery as Sonja is, but refuses to acknowledge it. Her marriage collapsed because her much older husband was injured and she couldn't stop vacationing to be by his bedside. She's broke because she decided to play at being a movie producer, was deeply undercapitalized, pretended that JAM would bail her out, and then tried to use JAM's business contacts to bully her creditors into forgiving her debt. She might have extricated herself from her financial debacles earlier had she bothered to sell the townhouse and learned to live within her means, but she can't shake off her pretensions.

Sonja has the nerve to call Tinsley a user when Sonja has never been nothing but a user from the get go. All of her personal and financial messes of the last 10 - 15 years demonstrates that when push comes to shove Sonja will not have your back. Why on earth would a well off suitor willingly pick Sonja for a serious relationship?

I used to love Sonja, warts and all.  But she's a caricature of herself.  They are all pretty objectionable on multiple levels.  Dorinda is working her way back in my heart though.  I can appreciate what appears to be her feeling very badly over her past behavior.  And Tinsley is non-offensive.

I wonder about Sonja's family. Not the chosen family that she always mentions, but the bio family, the Tremonts, which are never mentioned of. Why does she never speak of Mom, Dad, siblings? What do we know of them?

I have been sort of meh about her except how it relates to her clothing that is way too small and her awful lipstick color choice (change that please Barb) but last night I had a change of mind.  I think she is fine and I thought she was a good sport with all the Ramona bs. I am sure that Barbara's profession seems less than to Ramona who is a snob.  I also love a wrap dress and would love to get a DVF but just cannot bring myself to pay that much for something I wouldn't wear that often.

IMO, Tinsley and Scott only worked because Carole wanted it to so she and Adam could have a couple to hang out with. When she and Adam broke up, she lost interest in Tinsley, which meant she no longer orchestrated events for Tinsely and Scott, which meant Scott went back to being himself. 

I think the break up delights Bethanny since Carole was the one that brought them together. I read that Scott is a Kennedy groupie and that he is obsessed with all things Kennedy. Maybe now that Tinsley and Carole aren't friends he's no  longer interested.

I consider Ramona's remarks about Barbara's wrap dress as a helpful intervention--like how my friends and I surround another friend to tell her, "NO MORE LULAROE LEGGINGS! You have worn them EVERYWHERE.  Put on your big girl pants (and we mean that literally)

Barbara lives in New York City so she knows the drill.  You dress fashionably in NYC.  As someone pointed out, maybe she's meant for a home design show.  She just isn't pretty.  Her face looks spackled. Her makeup does nothing for her. And she seems ill at ease.

And, both times were for filming with Dorinda.  While I love a DVF wrap dress, I wasn't crazy about this particular print on Barbara.

I just think that most people who are nervous about sharing in meetings wouldn't go on a reality show where they are playing themselves.  

It's a completely different story when you are in a room that is silent, with all eyeballs on you, and everyone waiting for you to speak. Not the same as being on a reality show. It's called stage fright. I don't think it has to do with people knowing the info, it's about public speaking on the spot.
