I just noticed how rough Jesse’s skin is in the Park scene .  Boy is full of himself - he’s a mess and a nasty d^ckhead. He LOVES mentally and emotionally torturing Darcy ( she’s a loon too but he’s a sociopath)

*Drowning for Ricky apparently means waddling through chest deep water.

Y'all, I know we make fun of Karine for being bratty and slobbish but watching her lose the baby was heartbreaking.

Jesse, maybe you did think it was the right thing to do to break up with Darcey in person. But it is the same dynamic with the two of you. It is exhausting and demeaning and disrespectful to her. Perhaps you got some satisfaction after the last 'dig' at her. Darcey, you really should have cut him off a long time ago. The drama and the garbage was far too much. It wasn't working, he wasn't going to propose to you, whatever clothing deal or whatever arrangement you have is dysfunctional. Maybe you two will get together 5-10 years from now. Who knows.

Ximena, what you see with Ricky ain't what you're getting. There is probably a lot more you don't know - like the $30,000 debt he has to his ex-wife. You may be working to help pay it off. You are going to say yes to a guy you have known for a week, that you were his second choice, that he has two former wives, probably child support to pay, that he has left out important things to you. You are a confident woman but you will get bored of him.

Rachel, you really do need to trigger Jon's anger to see how he reacts and then decide if you want to spend your life with him. You have physically spent a couple of weeks with him before and it was a honeymoon period when both of you behaved well, and Lucy made a nice little diversion from having to really get to know each other. Both of you have past baggage. No, you don't have to tell everything about your former loves. And no, no snooping around social media and his passwords.

The Paul/Karine hospital stuff could have been handled by a subtitle or information frame on the show. Was Paul the father? He can count. Paul also needs to learn Portuguese in order to function without a translator app. He doesn't understand stuff and things that are not true can be told to him on the belief that people are translating for him. And he is being told the truth.

Wonder if Hazel is growing her hair to sell it at some point. She seemed so lifeless with Tarik - like she is selling her soul for this dude. He is not the best catch and does she really want to be a stepmother to his child with special needs? Totally unanimated, doesn't want him to touch her. Surely there are other Americans out there.

Nice of Angela to wrap the ring in an American flag. Just seal the deal, lady. Yeah, you don't have an exciting life and Michael will not like living in Nowhere, Georgia with you and being your errand boy. He got his golden ticket, for how long it lasts.

Marta, why are you wasting time on the dude from Algeria? He may be 'hot' to you but there are a boatload of cultural and religious differences. He is not likely to change his ways for you. Don't understand why some of these folks don't meet each other halfway instead of one spending the life savings - for a two week desperation trip.

Like, Stacey, you know...: "She was like, you know... I mean, like, you know? And I, but, you know, you know, and, like, I mean, like you know? Like. But, you know."

What an utter and vexatious waste of time it is to listen to #TwinAirhead. If she wasn't blurting out a "like, you know," she was straight up lying about everything. Her account of the shoe throwing was completely different from Darcey's own version... and it surely didn't escape the viewers' notice that Stacey wasn't even there, so who is she to take a side, or even a gander as to which protagonist was telling the truth? She downplayed the fight they had where they called the police, no one was fooled.  She lies the same way Drama Darcey did in the car with Jesse, when she completely denied anything had happened. The only good part of that mind crushing interview was Michele Collins who looked like she was sitting in a doll house, and Stacey looked like she walked off the set of Honey I Shrunk the Kids 4.

On her way to the park, Darcey had already worked herself into a self-sabotaging lather of viper venom while simultaneously hoping Jesse would come to rekindle the romance. She stood around the bench in stilettos of vertiginous height, enough luggage for a trip around the world, and dressed like a bride, if weddings were officiated in night clubs.

The Flying Dutchman of Integrity arrived to meet with Darcey to propose, just as she expected... with the plot twist of proposing a permanent breakup. Is there a ring for that? Because a proposal at a beautiful quiet park bench is the stuff memories are made of! I'd sure want a ring.

Between Jesse weirdly inviting her to a hotel instead of crushing her right there on the park bench (if he intended to meet her at a hotel, it would have been more convenient to meet in the lobby, no?), and her flicking her talons like scorpion tails at him, we knew the exchange was going to be a short one. She wastes no time dialing up the drama to 11 by declaring: "I don't want any drama!!!!!" in a clearly antagonistic tone of voice. Woman, give the coffee peddler a chance to break up with integrity! He jumps at the opportunity to remind her that she's an alcoholic (she probably is) and needs therapy, and brings up a police report that was all over the internet... which she squarely denies, because both her and her twin lie like rugs. The lovers didn't make it up to the hotel. After a brief game of chicken as to who would be first to get out of the car, Darcey takes the jump, shouting: "GET OUTTA MAH LAHF!" And that's it. The #twinflames burnt bright, but the fire department came, put an end to the conflagration, and all we have left are cinders , smoke and water damage, and the job of writing insurance claims that will be denied due to negligence.

So, I think Karine is a pain and Paul sucks, but, man, that was sad.  Like with Pao's abuela, I struggle with the exploitative nature of something so tragic and deeply, deeply personal.   So.  Imma lay off this week.  Except to say, did I catch them saying 8-9 weeks?   That timeline gets weird for me.  And Paul is the worst at giving basic human empathy and care. 

Oh. Gawd. Can Darcey and Pale Man not?! This is literally their entire existence.   Also, Darcey's biography cover should be her wearing that ridic getup inclusive of fur coat on the side of road with baggage bigger than she is.  Also.  Her luggage.  Hee.    Whomever said that Jesse thinks he is super mature is 100% on it...he thinks he is wise beyond his years and he's just an egomaniac.

That was the most lackluster acceptance of a proposal I've ever seen.  It felt like 2 hrs for her to say yes.  Can we talk about Tarik's shitty rap?!  WTF?  Did we know he made shitty music?  Is there more?  Can I torture my friends with it?  I blame Post Malone and all these Lil' rappers for making people think they can hip hop.  

Michael looked like he got he golden ticket from Willy Wonka. Little does he know the amount of work he will be putting in to earn that red/white/blue.  Should we tell him how our country is behaving toward brown/black immigrant these days?  Nah.  I'll let the state of Georgia handle that shit right quick. 

Edited to add:  Forgot about Rachel and Jon.  We've begun playing a game of "chicken little"-90 Day edition with Rachel.  Basically, everytime Rachel says something dire for literally nothing or debbie downs, the first person to note it wins.  The only flaw is that in this episode that was literally every utterance out of her mouth.  So, it loses something.  Jon's temper isn't cute, nor is his casual attitude about his many, many exs.

Shreky is such a loser. He reminds me of a guy in middle school who sent me a torrid love letter for Valentine's Day. I thought he was a Pole type of weirdo, so I showed it to enough friends that it eventually came back that he had sent 4 such letters to 4 girls he calculated were in different social circles and wouldn't find out. Ximena disappoints thoroughly by accepting Melissa's cheap ring from a fanny pack wearing, already married Priap.

So it's a "punch in the gut" for Karaoke Filter Face that her family can't attend her rushed marriage to a short-tempered, pugilistic Brit. Girl, get a grip. You don't even know if he'll ever get entry. Having said that, she's lucky he was nonplussed by her uninvited prying into his social media account. He would have been right to be upset, yet, she's acting all self-righteous. She's pretending the spying was accidental and she couldn't stop because it was like a "train wreck" but it actually sounded pretty casual and innocent, and she should mind her own business. This guy is willing to raise her child from another man, she should thank her lucky star and STFU with the petty ex-girlfriend drama... she has two baby daddies!

Tardik is "more serious" with Hazel than with another other woman! Even the woman he had a child with? What a moron. "The people around me get crazy when they see me happy! They want to tear my stuff up!" He's the common denominator, thanks for letting us know there's something wrong with HIM. Not that we couldn't already tell by his googly eye dumbass facial expressions and fetish for buffalo plaid fabrics and fishnet shirts. So Hazel pressures him to propose, with the enthusiasm of a dead fish on a bed of ice at the market, only looking up to gauge his reaction and plot her next retort. There's a rich man in Japan waiting in the wings to take care of her for her entire life! "I don't react so well when I'm backed into a corner," announces Tardik, truthfully, since he proposes to her in the next scene. She pretends to be surprised, accepts reluctantly, wondering how she got there. "Do you love me for real?" asks Tardik, because that's a normal question to ask on the day you proposed. Now Hazel is effin' annoyed with his needy ass. "Yeahsssss," she slurs. He pulls out what looks like a flashlight, but turns out to be a device that plays him rapping. Hazel looked disgusted with it, but probably not as much as the collective of 90DF viewers. When asked if she liked the rap, she waited an eternity before calling the program subroutine for saying "Yes I Like It" like a robot. It's important to Tardik that he be thought of as a good rapper, you see. 

Transmission Oil Kriny wanted a bebe to save the relationship, now she worries that the bad relationship will be bad for the bebe. But bebe didn't make it because of some genetic problem, everyone weeps. Not that PyroPole could afford to support a family on the allowance he gets from his mom! It's hard to snark on that, too soon, so... next!

"I can't afford to make no more mistakes" grunts Wrinklegela. I guess grammatical mistakes don't count. I had to turn on the subtitles because I don't understand half her words. I found out that Mahkull showed her a place when people hid during the war... and she shouted out: SEX! It's like her reptilian mind never leaves the proverbial gutter. "I'm not easy to live with" she tells him, before starting to recount her daily chores, as a preface to the dumbest proposal ever. She hands him the ring wrapped in a small flag (to symbolize the rags he'll have to use to wipe her ass in her imminent dotage), he gets on his knees, gives her a ring too, blah blah blah. These two gross me out, like half-chewed snails wrapped in slimy saliva.

Rachel was being an idiot.  She shouldn't have been snooping around in John's social media in the first place, and his explanation sounded honest and sincere.   There was nothing objectionable in what he said to his former girlfriend.  Stupid Rachel seems to think John's life only began to matter the instant she karaoked into it.

Darcey's toe cleavage was singularly unlovely.

I read it as a normal reaction to receiving devastating news. I don't think he was blaming her or accusing her of something; he was just trying to make sense of things by looking for a rational explanation for something unexpected and seemingly random. I feel bad for them, especially since they have to deal with it while their relationship is in such bad shape. What a terrible, lonely time in their lives.

Tarik and Hazel continue to baffle me. I still have no idea if "marrying a Japanese man" was about a specific man, or just a general idea. And aside from Hazel's "he might be rich" comment, I have no idea what she actually thought of that option. Was it even real? Also, I've never dated a man with kids, but I would consider it a HUGE red flag if he wanted me to meet his child without the knowledge of the child's mother. That seems incredibly disrespectful to his co-parent, not to mention selfish and unfair to his daughter, who is now in the position of lying to her own mother. And if the reason for the subterfuge is because his ex is "crazy" or whatever he called her, I'd probably just nope out of there. I don't need that kind of drama in my life.

I've been waiting all season to see Darcy storm out of that van like a snow beast, but the actual scene was just meh. And he didn't even technically break up with her, so it wouldn't surprise me if they patch things up next week. I'm exhausted just thinking about it.

I liked most of the "Live" portion. Michelle is actually quite sharp and witty when she's allowed to be herself, and she asked some questions I've been thinking for a while. However, I could have definitely done without the interrogation of Abby about her sex life with Sean and Chris (shudder), and I can't believe she didn't address the elephant in the room - Ricky is STILL married! He has no right to be proposing to anyone!

I'm so glad this show is almost over. I watched the previews for the next round, starting in a few weeks, and I just can't. Three batches of 90 Day in a row is too much for me. There are just too many terrible things going on right now for me to spend my free time watching dysfunctional idiots make terrible life choices. I might record the new episodes and watch them in a few months, but I'm definitely taking a break when the current round of train wrecks is over.

I don’t think he was saying it was Karine’s fault at all. He was looking for answers as most parents do after a miscarriage. They wonder if it was due to diet, stress, too much exercise, etc. It’s normal to wonder why. Most miscarriages happen due to genetic anomalies but because society doesn’t talk about miscarriages like they should, a lot of people don’t realize this.

My heart broke for Karine. Likewise for Paul when he started crying, but couldn’t follow what was happening. Very sad. I read online that TLC had some kind of warning on the screen before the scene, but I missed it. Anyone catch what it said?

Almost every married couple I know dated for multiple years before their wedding.  I am amazed and horrified at how things speed up in 90 Day Fiance land.  Tarik knows she is the one after a few weeks, and Ricky proposes to Ximena days (hours?) after meeting her...

The Paul and Karine scenes were heartbreaking and slightly confusing.  She was 4-5 weeks pregnant last week, and it felt like 2 days later she was 9 weeks.

Yeah, no. No woman owes any many for sex. Not even if she is his fiancee. Not even if she is his wife. Not even if she gussied up for the purposes of attracting a husband. How do you guys manage to watch the snippets of show sandwiched between 2 hours of commercials PLUS the live show?   That's three hours at a stretch.   I made it through two, but only by the blessed invention known as Fast Forward.   I didn't get to the Live Show yet (though by now it sorta feels like I don't have to).

He's not a nice man. He's not a loyal man or a thoughtful man or even a generous one. He's selfish, self-centered and completely self-absorbed. Hazel is not a full human being to him. Did anyone else think it was odd that he wanted Hazel to facetime with his daughter, was presumably doing it through his ex's phone (Caller ID said Rosita) but didn't want Hazel visible when Rosita answered? Did he not anticipate that she would be in the near vicinity when their FIVE year old special needs daughter was using her phone? Or that, after the call, she might tell her mom that she talked to dad's new girlfriend, or mention in passing that he wasn't in the country? Not really a logistics genius there, I'm thinking.

Does anyone know what Tarik’s actual job is?  He seems super low functioning and I don’t understand how he can hold a job to support himself and his daughter.  Seems like Tarik should be living at home and sponging off of mom like Paul does.

I think Dean actually lives in reality and he needed to tell it like it is so we all could understand why he seemed so brash and mean before, he’s looking out for his brother and he knows his brother well... so he wants his brother to think before he just Marries some girl he barely knows... Tardiff is looking at Hazel like  one of his real estate transactions... the way he said I had to go for it etc.. like she’s some flip house?!? Like wtf.. he’s literally gambling taking a chance all based on her looks, you know they haven’t gotten very far when she throws out that her sister mentioned a Japanese guy and he might be rich.. she’s weighing out her options too, neither one of them know what Love is, there both coming from what’s the best option life path, for her financially who’s gonna take care of her and for him it’s a matter of good sex... weird because she looks like  someone who would be quite dull and less then average in the bedroom.. lol anyways, 

jesse and Darci, I’m actually glad she didn’t allow him to go threw his probably well thought out speech, on why he was leaving her, I’m glad she cut him off and didn’t give the opportunity to revel in his own great insight and judgement in her life, he wanted to really give it to her one last time on why he just could never be with a peasant like her, it’s discusting to me how he thinks he’s better. So she got in a fight with her sister, maybe they were drunk?? Big fucken deal none of your business douche bag... does it make her less of a person?? Not in my eyes people have fights probably especially twins, and maybe they are both drama queens but really he needs to leave her over it because he’s too good to be associated with someone of that low level??
