The only one who gets a pass from me in that picture is Bella (and Joe and Kendra's unborn child) since she's obviously in no position to make decisions on where she goes. But Jim Bob and Michelle, Josiah and Lauren, and Joe and Kendra are all equally culpable, imo.

If Michelle has osteoporosis, then she most likely is shrinking.  My mom is 2” shorter than she used to be.  What’s amazing to me about Michelle is that she has no neck.  She looks like her head is placed directly on her shoulders with nothing in between.

In my state, masks are required in all businesses, offices, restaurants, and any place where you would be indoors, and it is strictly enforced.  You’ll be made to leave if you’re not wearing a mask.  However, the Duggars are outside, which is a different ballgame, even in my state.  Masks aren’t mandatory when outdoors.

I wonder if they are in AR. In my state they are mandated outside when you can't maintain 6' of distance. Like waiting in line, walking in front of stores at a strip mall, at a playground, etc.

There is a mask ordinance here in Arkansas, but the onus of enforcement falls on businesses. Essentially, if a business wants you to wear a mask and you don't, they can call the police on you and you can be escorted off the premises. But I don't think LE is actively looking for violations. I have heard of some restaurants getting in trouble from people reporting them to health departments. 

Where I live more people are wearing masks than not but it's definitely not universal.

Even without the mask issue, though, I think it is highly irresponsible for them to be comingling together with people from separate households, especially when small or unborn children are involved and they have been shown to not follow safety precautions indoors either.

If this was a picture of almost anyone else I would figure they just took their masks off long enough to pose & then put them back on. As for co-mingling families, all of them a lot of spend time at the TTH. If one of them gets it, it will probably spread to most of them.

Is there a photo in existence of JimBlob and OfBlob where he doesn't have his hand possessively on her arm?  What's that for?  So we know they're married?  So we know that she belongs to him?  Can't he just stand there like a normal person?  Because honestly if my husband felt the need to do that every single time we posed for a photo I'd smack him.  It's creepy and weird but then, so are they.
