Someone at Reddit said they read an IG somewhere that Joe and Kendra were seen at an OB's office.  Of course, take it with a grain of salt, but I wouldn't be surprised.

That doesn't necessarily mean anything other than that she's a woman, who needs to see an OB/GYN.  It could easily mean she's pregnant and it could mean anything else. There a myriad of reasons a woman might see a doctor, and bring her husband.

The person had posted 'OB,' not 'OB/GYN.'

You could be right, but who knows.

Except for a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist, the vast majority of docs who do OB also do GYN but lots of people refer to us as OB's, at least where I practice.  I don't even do OB anymore and still patients will refer to me as their OB.

Especially in this crew if her OB/GYN is male.

This is the first time that Kendra hasn't been pregnant before the baby's first birthday. (Unless she is, and they're keeping quiet).  Congrats, Brooklyn. You're the first of your siblings not to be a big sibling by their first bday.

That's okay, Brooklyn, mommy still has time to have a baby before you turn 2. /sarcasm.

She still has a few weeks to announce a new pregnancy. Brooklyn will be 1 on the 19th.

Do we think that the Duggar women get care from a gynecologist when they're not expecting? I doubt it.

Kendra didn't grow up as a Duggar woman, so it's possible she may have been exposed to different things as a Caldwell. Granted, I doubt that Paul Caldwell could afford health insurance or preventative health care. Plus, Joe would likely have to OK it as her current headship.

Seeing as Kendra's pretty much been pregnant since she was 19, she's been in the care of an OB/GYN for the last 4 or 5 years. I think PAP smears are every three years now, for healthy women, so other than a problem or pregnancy, I don't think she would need to go in.

I was just about to say that. Kendra has been consistently pregnant or post partum since she married Joe, unless she had an issue I don't see her needing to go in. I don't think Joe is the type that would want Kendra to neglect her well being, and I think Kendra would go in if she needed to, but again, she's been consistently pregnant or post partum.

Joe wouldn’t want Kendra to neglect her well being because then he’d have to take care of all those babies!

A “stunning” $133,000 home, to boot… 😁

It may not be stunning, but it shouldn’t be occupied by the irresponsible, hyper breeding Caldwells. I can’t stand how irresponsible they are. I’m not a Duggar fan, but Joe was able to provide a new home for his growing family. Pa Caldwell and Pa Duggar got into a spat and both their kids, and grand kids paid the price.

I don't feel that what our parents endured makes it a good thing for two or three generations later.

I agree.  My mother grew up on a farm (depression era) and they had an outhouse, complete with an old Sears catalog for TP.  As my grew-up-also-poor dad used to say, "times were tough."

Oh, surely a fine news organization like The Sun wouldn't stoop to such things.  **clutches pearls** 😂

jk - of COURSE it is.

They clearly have the best fact-checkers in the business! Just look no further than their stellar identification of one Jed Jeremiah Duggar during Josh's trial. LOLOL

Joe is still listed by the AR real estate commission as being a Principal Broker with Good Neighbor Realty with the post office address. JB and Jeremiah are listed as Sales Person with Good Neighbor realty and have the post office address as well. The realty place still has the duggar office being in the small building in front of the TTH next to the warehouse.

Joe has been selling houses. Most of them new builds on lots owned by dwain swanson. Some are built by other contractors on lots purchased from Swanson Properties. Dwain also has a contractor's license which is a higher level than what the duggar boys have.

this is the new duggar income stream. buy cheap lots in bella vista. Hire James' llc to clear the lot, hire Jase's llc, or Austin's, or Jeer's, or Josiah's to build something, hire jana's llc as decorating consultant and hire joe's llc to sell it. spread the profits out to pay less taxes.

the new builds joe sells are all pretty much the same 3 models. they also seem to be actually sold to real people not related to the duggars.

An office in the post office? This seems shady.

The Postal Service is now offering an option to its boxholders, to use the post office's street address plus "Unit xxx [box number] as an address in addition to the usual "PO Box [number]" type of address.

So, using the post office street address plus "unit 2" isn't inherently sketchy. (BTW I checked the LLC registration and it's listed as "Unit 2," not "Suite 2.") I learned about this last year when I rented a PO box for business reasons. It's legit for me to use "4747 Something Street*, Unit 2477, Anytown, CO, 8xxxx-2477" as that address, as well as the standard old "PO Box 2477, Anytown, CO 8xxxx-2477" form of address. The street address allows for UPS/FedEx/Amazon/etc deliveries to the boxholder who will then pick them up at the post office.

What MAY be sketchy is using what is in fact a post office box as the registered office address for the LLC registration with the State of Arkansas. The registered agent/office is for service of legal process. That can be documents that would be mailed or sent by delivery service, for which that setup would work. However, there are types of legal documents that are intended for "personal service," i.e., actual delivery to a person - and a PO box doesn't seem appropriate for that. Maybe there's a workaround for it, if the LLC gets sued or subpoenaed. I'm not going to burn any more brain cells on that issue. For just a few bucks the Duggars could pay a lawyer or a company that provides registered agent/office services, to be listed as the registered agent/office for their various business entities. They could probably get a discounted bulk rate, lol. Typical Duggar cheapskate move to list a PO box in a sneaky way. I hope it comes back to bite them someday. Heh.

*street address of the post office building - obviously made up to serve as an example here

We have post offices in our area that are located in and own, strip malls or offices parks, and they rent out space.

If they actually rent a space in the post office building then that's not a sketchy address. However, given that they are Duggars, I'll presume sketchy until presented with contrary evidence. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I expect those houses to collapse/go up in flames shortly. Duggar construction is no bueno.

I think it would be pretty hard to get around inspections on new builds, so I'm guessing these are all by the book. They probably are very much like Jill and Derick's home, using builder grade interiors so they can be built on the cheap.

I'm not picturing small-town Arkansas having a lot of strict regulations for home construction, but I expect the Duggars meet whatever rules there are just like anyone else building low-end housing.  They're not building McMansions for the upper classes, but, that's ok, less wealthy folks need homes, too.

Wow, this sounds shady.  It's not against the law for families to work in close conjunction, but it seems like if just one of them steps a toe out of bounds, the whole family house of cards comes toppling down.

But more importantly - where does Hilaria fit into all of this?

I'd love to see that.  Perhaps they're working on something they can pitch to HGTV.  That reminded me to check the status of the only HGTV show I've watched in recent years, Houses with History.  Hooray, it's been renewed for early 2023!

To go along with Joe's new Duggar Realty llc, Jase's Buildmaster Construction has purchased 7 vacant lots in the last 6 weeks, bringing his total to 9 lots. Josiah's llc has purchased 4 since late 2020.

they seem to be going all in on the house building in Bella Vista

It would be nice if Joe could move his fast growing family to an adequate size home.

Joes parents are living in his house… maybe they need to provide for themselves and give the house back to Joe. (Unless I’m confusing Joe with a different Duggar)
