I just learned about this horse medicine "cure" a few days ago and I still can't get over it. I think people can't possibly get any crazier about Covid and then they continue to prove me wrong. So people think a vaccine that now has full FDA approval, or masks that have been shown in study after study to help  decrease Covid transmission, are evil and harmful and eroding their freedoms somehow, but a drug meant to treat LIVESTOCK, that is not recommended for human consumption, is a better option. How the human race survived this long is beyond me.

I bought some horse ivermectin earlier this year to treat some mangy squirrels (animal control recommended). I only used a few dabs on crackers; I have wondered more than once how much I could get for the remainder of the tube. It's quadrupled in price since March.

My local farm store has a sign up stating that Ivermectin is not for human use.  The Ivermectin cures Covid nuts are pissing me off because they're creating a shortage for those of us who need it for our horses.

I might be wrong but Joy seems to be more "I'm me, and I do things for me" since Josh's arrest. We've seen her wear shorts, play golf, visit Carlin, get her hair colored, play softball. She's obviously still very conservative and all that, but in her own way she seems to be trying new things to make herself happy.

Also, I think in her weird way all those videos and pix of Evy and Gideon bathing and scantily clad are her way of promoting body positivity. She doesn't want Evy and Gideon to be ashamed of their own bodies.

It literally never occurred to me to not post pictures of my kids swimming in a bathing suit or without their shirt on, but then again, I knew all of my friends on social media. I get that Joy is a bit different than me because Joy and her sisters have millions of followers and thus are more likely to have one of those followers be a predator, but I just don’t know that Joy should be actively worried about that slim possibility. I don’t think the existence of predators should stop people from posting what is a perfectly normal picture of their child. But that’s my opinion. Everyone doesn’t have to agree.

Good for Joy!  I mean, she and Austin are always going to be politically, socially, and religiously conservative, but at least she’s beginning to see that she doesn’t have to hole up on the compound afraid to ever go out and do anything unless it’s with her entire family. And, maybe, she’ll get some swimming lessons for Giddy and Evy. Cause they shouldn’t be adults and not know how to swim.
