About the blood plasma donation, I think it’s the fact that Ramona didn’t understand the plasma donation process vs lying.  She probably gave a blood sample and thought that was a donation.

These girls were all worked up about Ramona’s statement at the time. First off, she’s Ramona, it’s highly likely she used the wrong terminology, yet truly believed she was telling the truth. Leah is ruining this show for me. I may stop watching. TPTB give her undue airtime. Some of these women I love on the show but would drive me crazy in real life.

Leah, she’s not entertaining, unnecessarily mean, and deliberately escalating things that don’t need to be escalated.

Does Leah even know Heather? These women are so jealous of each other. Sonja is jealous that Lu has a boyfriend. Of course she is drunk and might not remember what she’s saying about Garth. 

The rest are jealous Ramona decided to continue living her best life in Florida during the lockdown.

Why bring it all up again?  Leah is a nasty, self-serving, irritating woman.  She is trying to bring down the OG's - is she trying to force them off the show?  I don't think Leah realizes who she is messing with.

And, if the producers/Andy/whomever are sooo friggin' into Leah and her "cool vibe" - give her a spin-off with her sister and their downtown friends, and find a couple of more mature, less judgy, less Leah-ish replacements.

I agree 100 percent. Let Leah and her younger posse have their own show.  Eboni can stay on this show if she takes a vow to never say the words “bitches” and “help” ever again. Likewise, Sonja should not be allowed the utter the word “Morgan” even if asked for her name.

Between Sonja and Leah this show has become unwatchable for me.  Sonja season after season drunk on her ass unable to speak coherently and screaming and making a scene everytime she drinks. She really has a problem.  I am surprised that she still has an apple. She needs to think about what happened to Dorinda. And Leah is just mean and too full of herself.  Pulling out her phone and reading what Heather said about those at the table so that she can work them up into an angry mob that will turn on Heather when she shows up. I do not see any redeeming qualities in Leah.

Dorinda didn't get fired for being drunk, though. She got fired because she kept going after the other cast members (mostly Tinsley, but she went after Ramona and Lu, too) like a rabid dog week after week and no one wants to watch that. I don't enjoy watching Sonja get hammered to the point of complete incoherence (and, like Eboni, I'm surprised by how little it takes to get her there; you'd think her tolerance would be higher), but Dorinda was on a different level. Dorinda was so full of rage last year that the producers were probably worried that the clock was ticking before she escalated from nasty words to getting physical with someone.

I think we somewhat did see Sonja getting physical this episode though. Dorinda was anger and drinking but Sonja seems to be a whole other level of psychosis.

Leah is such a pill. Things are going well, then she brings up some drama to stir the pot. I understand it is part of the show, but it is so obvious it is taking the fun out of the show. I don't feel she is the kind of drama NY needs.

Luann looking around while saying "what man?" after Sonja mentioned the guy complimenting her made me laugh out loud. Talk about never changing. 3 people are never going to change: Ramona, Luann and Sonja. What you see is what you get.

Seriously!!! And I actually don’t really mind Leah overall, but goddamned if she made for a far more entertaining sloppy lush last season versus the judgy bitch she’s become this season; maybe I’m in the minority here, but talk about a dry-drunk who seriously needs to get back on the sauce!

Or maybe her drunk antics came off as far more amusing/entertaining back when she had equally sloppy drunk foils in Dorinda, Sonja and Tinsley to play off of...Tinsley and Dorinda also managed to somewhat soften her edges otherwise, so between both of them being gone and her sober new Season 2 ‘Woke Babe’ schtick, she’s lost some of that natural luster she once had.
And I like her interactions with Eboni so far, but it feels slightly forced sometimes, especially when she’s already desperately trash-talking her nemesis Holla Heather to the group(and let’s face it: those two are probably both way too similarly try-hard in their competitive urban-ified white businesswomen ways to get along well anyway).

I think I’m finally over Sonja and her drunk antics. She often makes me chuckle somehow when she’s in that state, but she just annoyed the shit out of me with the way she was acting at the dinner table. 

Poor Lu having to smoke her anxiety away. Did anyone else wonder if she was just sneaking sips of her own special flask between puffs?

Damnit, everyone needs to leave Ramona alone already, for chrissakes...like her or not, that’s your hostess!! Good on Eboni for recognizing this and informing fellow company to behave appropriately.

They *really* need several more housewives in this cast now; and despite their awful fighting, I’m seriously missing Dorinda and Tinsley in this mix.

Sonja is embarrassing. Being around her would make me feel so uncomfortable. She needs legit help I think. Not gonna lie I like to party but when you are acting like how Sonja acts it’s time to maybe stop drinking. Get the fuck over your ex husband from like 10+ years ago. It’s his family not yours.

Leah needs to find something other to do then constantly trying to call ppl out. It’s annoying.

Welcome all to the Motherf#cking Leah Hour. Sick of this already. I hope that Heather can put her in her place.

Ramona is what she is and I thought that the rest of them were ganging up on her accusing her of  being a liar about the plasma donation. Thanks to Ebony for being the voice of reason and talking some sense.

Sonja is a hot mess and possesses zero self awareness. You'd think that she might have reined it in a bit after her performances last season. Definitely in Dorinda territory.

The only thing I did agree with Leah on was her counsel to Lu regarding her faux rose and the big wine glass. It's a slippery slope.

Can we go one episode without someone  saying they are "triggered"? Over it and maybe the rest of this season if it continues down this road.

I liked Eboni’s discussion with Ramona.  She sounded like the voice of reason and made Ramona comfortable with the correction. Much better than Tiffany this year on Dallas, another professional woman, who kept pissing everyone off with her tendency to correct people’s grammar like a know it all schoolmarm.

Looks like Sonja took a handful of her “water pills” before getting on the field trip bus.  As we learned last season, it’s those damn water pills that makes Sonja get so drunk so fast.  They must also be to blame for her recurring bouts of Pseudo-nostalgic  Morganitis Dementia. That’s Latin for “Whackadoo 50 year old divorcée perpetually ‘reliving’ false memories for twice as many post-divorce years as she was married”.

I never liked Leah, her voice, her personality or her sense of “style” last season.  She is 10times more annoying this season, and we are only 2 episodes in.  I would usually blame some production hijinks for prodding a cast member down a certain path, but I think Leah is just an insecure person who needs drama and chaos in her life to feel validated in some way.  She needs to be at the center of the shit storm she creates so she doesn’t have to deal with her own issues. She also can’t let things go (one of the faults that got Dorinda invited to hand back her NYC apple).  Trying to shame Romona about the plasma story is pointless.  Romona can’t be embarrassed or shamed!

Seriously.  Everyday life can bring triggers/memories for everybody for a myriad of reasons.  Rather than schooling someone on how one of their words made me sad/upset/pensive, I just think about it for a moment and then move on.   No need to hold onto that baggage.   I do understand Eboni's point, but her schooling of Ramona was unnecessary.   And Leah, please STFU about everything.

So in the trailer for the season, Leah called Heather a Karen...but has she looked in the mirror?

It would be one thing if Leah embraced being the villainess...but I think she believes she's the one everyone is rooting for.  I think someone had one too many shots of delusion.

Eboni seems cool..but being put out because her ex fiance put his kids first leaves me to think she's a tad selfish...perfect for the show lol.  And while I understand why the word help would be a trigger to her...she also needs to lay off the 'white woman' term..that she uses when talking of Ramona and Sonja...her intent when saying that is kind of dismissive and judgmental.

I'm not sure I can hold on for the season...Leah is just unbearable....she lacks Bethenny's ability to joke and lacks Heather's nurturing vibe.

I understand what Leah was saying to Lu and think it is possible she's not far off - if Lu is worried about relapsing, then mimicking the habits she had while drinking (drinking something that is close to wine but isn't, drinking it in a wine glass) keeps Lu in the drinking mindset. On the other hand, I also understand Luann's point that doing so allows her to be a drinking environment and not feel like she's missing out.  I thought that was a good exchange between the two of them.

I really don't have any problem with what Eboni said to Ramona - I think it is valuable for Ramona to understand that there is weight attached to some words that can be informed by lived experience. I thought that Ramona received Eboni's with the right spirit.

Leah's issue with Heather - who she hasn't even met - is silly. It's clear she is trying to do too much. Leah understands that this show succeeds by drama, and she's not wrong on that, but sometimes you have to let the drama be organic. Right now, she's trying to make the drama happen and it all feels pretty inauthentic.

I kind of remember a discussion where Bethenny tried to take credit for recommending Leah, even though Andy said she was already on their radar.  And, yes, I agree Andy and Bethenny need to have their heads examined.

I think Leah is "a fan favorite" in the same way Brooks Marks (RHSLC) is...Andy is THE fan that they are a favorite of. Everyone else dislikes them.

I have to agree with Heather about Sonja's former face, the new one although the change is minor is different around the mouth, it changes things enough to see some difference but not for a better look.  Sonja was always pretty and photographed beautifully, she should not had spent the money at the surgeon's office but with a good mental health care professional.

It seems that a few years ago she had an implant in her upper lip, which causes it to protrude. I have found it so extremely distracting that I have trouble looking at her when she is on the screen.

Leah has ruined this show. I am going to hang on and hope Heather takes her on since the rest of them seem to realize she's Andy's favorite and feel the need to tolerate her.  Jury is still out on Eboni for me.

I feel like Sonja is doing what is expected of her for the money. She knows a lot of people love the drunk, crazy, over-the-top woman act, so she is  giving it to them. At this point I feel she goes away to these retreats and wellness centers so she can prepare her body for the damage she knows she is going to inflict on it during filming. 

I also feel as though she knows she is going to be looked down on, made fun of, and pitied. She also feels jealous of the other women for having more stress free lives and options.

I have nothing new  to add.   HATE Leah - want her gone.    It seems they are building the show around her with all the talking heads, etc.  Not sure about Eboni,, go back and forth with her.  Sonja needs to go.   She is in dangerous mental condition and needs serious help.  Feel like I'm watching a panicked group of aging women, and I'm a senior myself.   NYC is loaded with interesting wealthy women, come on,  add some!
