what the wha????

Good for Sonja. I was pleasantly surprised to see actual product for sale on the website; I think the last time I saw a website for her clothing, all it had were fashion show pictures or something. I hope this goes well for her.

I read Sonja and Vicki from the OC were both demoted to "Friends Of" status.  Anyone hear for sure?

I still like Sonja!!  Bummer!

I really can't stand Vicki and one reason I can't watch OC so I am very happy about that!!!

I like both Sonja and Vicki and would like for both to stay.  I'm not sure if the rumors are true so who knows.  Here is the article link:

https://www.thegoodteatime.com/single-post/2017/10/13/RHOC-Season-13-Casting-Tea-Vicki-Gunvalson-Demoted-For-Season-13

I go in and out with all these shows now-a-days.  For the OC, Vicki is the only wife of interest to me at this time (I know I'm in the minority on liking Vicki, btw).

I'm there with you, Jex-- I like Vix and Kelly, too, and don't think they are as universally derided as one might initially think from reading the OC thread. Sometimes it's just easier to ignore rather than debate the comments .... again...and again....

Glad to hear!  I think you are right.  I don't visit a lot of RH sites but when I do, there does seem to be a lot of support for Vicki (and Kelly) - in contrast to the OC thread here.  I keep comments to a minimum over there too!

In light of what is going on with Weinstein and other powerful individuals in Hollywood, do you think Sonja will adjust her behavior? Trying to kiss the server, talking about her thong underwear: I wouldn't want to work in that environment. I also wonder if Beth will stop joking about reproductive organs around her staff, etc.

Oh Sonja! Was this a true accident or was it a grab for attention from page 6? LOL https://pagesix.com/2017/10/25/sonja-morgan-accidentally-invites-1000-people-to-her-home-for-a-party/

Grab for attention.  Certainly she doesn't send her own emails, unless she's finally run out of "assistants."  Plus she was allegedly sending the new invitations out the day of the party??

But I do like that Page 6 describes the group invite as having gone out to "staff at her parking garage."  Sonja owns a parking garage?  Why would she even have email addresses for staff of the  (presumably next door) garage???

She doesn't own a parking garage, but they are neighbors. It's kind of rude to have a party and not invite your neighbors or at least tell them about it. Duh. Sonja is a 2-bit chisler. I'm sure she has the contact info for staff at the garage next door because there are times she can't pay to park and hopefully her "pal" will let her in or out. I love how she also has Page 6 employees' emails too, but she never places items or gossips to the press.

The employees of a business next door to her townhouse aren't really her "neighbors," at least IMO.  It's just more evidence that she did a group email.

chances are she keeps her car (she has a car?) at the garage, and emails whoever parked it for her when she wants it brought out, valet-style.  Would explain her having their email addresses.

Here's what Sonja's up to, these days (hint: not humanitarian work). Between dog scooting her ass on the stairs and trying to get insta followers to guess "When I said what to who in which episode" (what she's calling a "Sonjaism" -- which sounds like an unappetizing sexual practice involving monkey ejaculate, imo)  there's just no time to raise munny for good causes!

Sonja's dumbass is getting sued by her bankruptcy lawyers for nonpayment.

https://pagesix.com/2017/12/15/sonja-morgan-sued-by-her-bankruptcy-attorneys/amp/

I thought they were part of her team that she was celebrating at Le Cirque when Aviva threw her leg. "Team Sonja is no less than 35 people. It's my dog groomer, my acupuncturist, my surgeon, my facialist. I'm a lot of moving pieces, and they're the glue." It also included Montgomery Fisher, Image Guru and Mark Lazare, Celebrity Dentist. I distinctly recall her mentioning her bankruptcy judge and her attorneys as being part of Team Sonja. Maybe only her non-bankruptcy attorneys are on Team Sonja.

She also did a new caburlesque and mostly managed to keep her clothes on.

The clothes on Sonja's website are on sale at what look like knock-down prices - some of them are over $1,000 off. They are now reasonably affordable for what look like elegant, classic garments that aren't likely to go out of fashion too soon. So if that's your style, it might be worth having a look to see if there's anything that takes your fancy.

Wow, there isn't much left at all and nothing new. I wonder if this is it for her clothing line?

Last night Sonja was onstage with Luanne at her cabaret show when the unthinkable (um really?) happened. Sonja had a major wardrobe malfunction and appeared on stage only in her bikini underwear. See the story on the DailyMail.co.uk. Sorry I can’t post a link but it’s their exclusive story.

This is not the first time Sonja has flashed whether intentional or not. Is she that desperate for attention? The kind of man she is looking for does not want a woman who puts all of herself out there literally. Very sad to see her come to this.

Hahaha, Sonja don’t ever change.  Isn’t this the same dress that fell off her at a cocktail party on RHONY last year?

You too can stay in Lady Morgan's Cold Comfort (no heat or hot water) Manor to the tune of $32,000/month. These are the same digs that Tinsley thought she was overpaying for when she got them for free. In Tinsley's defense, they came with a courtesy, but never courteous, Sonja which is enough to make anyone feel like they are paying a really steep price.

I admit to knowing nothing about NYC real estate but... A five bedroom, five bath townhome in the upper east side... even if it needed work, and I am sure it does, wouldn't it still fetch a good price?

Sonja has tried to sell it a couple of times but no takers. I'm not sure who would want to rent it in the condition it is currently in either at the price she is asking.

I'm looking at those photos, and you may trust and believe that my rosy behind would move in there before you could say Rocco or Frenchy or grey gardens or whatever.  I don't get all the townhouse hate here.  It's beautiful.

Is she basically wearing a big apron?

It's a back tie closure.

I'm pretty sure she did it on purpose -- you can see that in the video here:

http://www.tmz.com/2018/03/09/real-housewives-sonja-morgan-wardrobe-malfunction/

Between the 8 and 11 second mark, you can see her covertly reach behind and tug the ties, then lean forward to move the dress away from her body.

It photographs well but there are some major issues with that place.  IIRC, I think she was wanting $7-8 million for it.  Didn't a past episode (SEVERAL seasons ago) mention that she needed new pipes throughout the townhome?  Plus, the elevator doesn't work and she's next door to a fairly busy garage which is going to impact your ability to enjoy the courtyard.  I also just have issues with the layout of the townhome.

The location is off. It is not a particularly attractive street and the noise and traffic from the garage

plus the delayed maintenance.

For the money, I am with Tinsley at the hotel.

It definitely needs work and the parking garage is a huge detractor (except for being able to park right next door to your home in NYC), and except for the dogs tinkling everywhere, Sonja's townhouse is my favorite abode of all the housewives.  What I could DO with that place!  I think it's beautiful.  It's so sad the location is meh.

Since I am going to be gifted this lovely townhouse, I will of course have plenty of equity to apply towards catching up on maintenance and reno.

See?  No problems.

Ahhh, I see, you will be gifted the house, not buying it. That said, I hope you have really good credit or a pile of money stashed because that townhouse will require a ton of money to repair it. LOL

Of course.  I personally haven't seen it, or had it inspected, so all of that remains to be seen.

I don't think the noise from the garage would affect the courtyard very much at all. The courtyard is walled which are (charmingly) covered in thick ivy.  The garage is mostly underground so the noise to the interior of the house and garden would be minimal. I don't know if its a busy garage or not. Could be just a small garage that mainly stores the cars of people who go to the Hamptons on the weekends. That said, I'd prefer NOT to live next to a garage.

As far as the broken elevator, all the current listings include 'elevator' so I've got to assume it's fixed.
