Don't know about Amy but Jill is (or was). On their birth episode both Josiah and Lauren made a point to say to the camera that Jill was there to help with the birth. They did not show Jill but you could hear her talking to Lauren. Of course, things could have changed.

I don't think they think twice about traveling with newborns. Evie Jo and Brooklyn were newborns for Justin's and Jed's weddings. Brooklyn would have been just days old for Justin's TX wedding and Evie Jo 2 months. And Justin and Jed were both married a year into the pandemic.
