The Duggars post about politics on social media frequently, but these social media posts are not an invitation to discuss politics here in this forum. This rule extends to Duggar adjacent families, friends, associates etc. Such discussions are a violation of the Politics Policy. 

I understand with recent current events there may be a desire to discuss certain social media postings of those in the Duggar realm as they relate to politics- this is not the place for those discussions. If you believe someone has violated forum rules, report them, do not respond or engage.

I can't even keep track of the names anymore...I know there are all the Evy variations, but do they have an Ava? That seems to have been pretty ubiquitous for a while. That and Olivia, which is not quite the same thing, but still has a "v" in it.

There are also a number of popular and somewhat Biblical boys' names they could go for, like Noah and a couple of others which are lurking on the edges of my memory at the moment, but which I don't have the ambition to look up. Oh, and Oliver, in case they were counting on an Olivia and missed.

I can see them doing something like this, in the vein of Heistheway, since Kendra used Praise. Glory, Hallelujah, Worship, Seraphim, etc. 

I read Heistheway as containing the word Heist. Took me a sec.

She may have issues around touching and being touched, thanks to her revolting pervert of a brother.

If you weren't saying it's his birthday, I'm not sure what the mention of his birthday was in response to?

Oops. I realized it was Spurge losing a tooth. I guess that's the big milestone.

Dear God, I hope that sort of thing is not genetic! But it does rather seem that despite seeing how things worked out in her own childhood, Jessa seems to be following a similar pattern of setting her first boy-child up as golden, teaching him that the #1 rule in life is that of working the camera, and her role as a mother should be one of shielding him from "wordly" temptations and pursuits (be they dangerous or useful, because if they are not "of God", then it really boils down to the same thing). One would have thought that if she'd had an ounce of self-awareness, she would have realized that this was a large part of what shaped Josh into the warped person he is.

Jessa's the only Duggar J'slave who seems to have learned NOTHING about her upbringing. She's doing everything exactly the same as her parents, down to the lack of care for hygiene and education. Her kids look dirty and unkempt. Like ... someone find that family a comb and some shampoo.

I think that would be both way too foreign and way too "effeminate" to them. 

I was on a trip to Europe about 10 years ago, and my group was introduced to a super nice Swiss guy named Yves. He was pretty dishy too. 😁

We did a collective double-take when it sounded like he said his name was Eve. He'd obviously had this conversation with Americans before because he then immediately spelled it for us. I'd seen the name Yves before in print but had no clue how it was pronounced.

I actually really doubt the Duggars even know the name exists.
