agree - I can buy the idea that small girls dress themselves in random outfits because my 9 yr old grand and all her friends, most every day look like they grabbed clothes from the dresser in the dark. though they have not. they are intentional about mismatched outfits, tutus with leggings mismatched socks, etc

the difference is all their clothes are the proper size and current style. just mismatched. what jrod shows those girls in seem to be clothes or fabric picked up from a desperation estate sale that had clothes from the 1970s and hacked them up to make them sort of fit whichever poor waif

I'm clearly remembering Jill telling this story at some group church thing(there is a video in this thread many pages back somewhere)saying Amy's husband fell asleep at the wheel and that is how the accident happened. They were making some long trip or something and driving through the night. So yeah, he better be by her side and taking care of her for life.

Why does Jill need Amy to console her for the pain of "losing" Nurie? NURIE IS NOT DEAD, JILL! She's just leading a better life now than she had with you. 

Why has Jill included a disturbing, personal photo of Amy? Is Jill suggesting her own pain is equivalent to Amy's after a serious car accident? I'm almost speechless at how thoughtless and cruel this is. 

And why does Jill feel it's necessary to announce that she's trying to get pregnant at the same time as Nurie? Who needs to know this? 

I think we can conclude that Plexus is dangerous to those with mental health issues or to self-absorbed losers who think they are the center of the universe. I hope it's also bad for a mean old woman who is trying to get pregnant just to show up her daughter.

Maybe Jill will have to grift a baby. She might want to mention that to the Dingus family.

Everyone is a loser in the losing Nurie talk. It makes it sound like Nathan and his family are terrible people who are keeping Nurie from contacting her. It makes it sound like Jill cannot function without one of her daughters. It makes it sound like the other daughters aren’t worth shit because they can’t fill the hole from Nurie’s departure (can’t help around the house like Nurie). It’s all so weird.

The worst is when Jill referred to Amy’s “limp hand.” My grandfather was paraplegic after a work accident, and I can’t imagine anyone saying he had limp legs. How insulting.

I put this in the John and Alyssa thread too, but they're idiots for having a sex reveal with some sort of smoke devices. Lots of people I know are furious at sex reveals in general after a sex reveal helped start a huge fire in California. They not only had a sex reveal when those things are starting to drive people crazy, but one with smoke! They seemed to have help possibly from Up tv filming this, but no one thought anything of this.

My golden child and I haven't had a relationship and I asked him if we could have a closer relationship (since we are the only full sibs), he paused for a sec and then said "nah". I actually laughed, and his wife and I both called him an asshole.
