Do all the Pounders have enablers like Shay?

I think they must. I was thinking of this the other day. My son wouldn't bring me food in bed and wash me unless I had cancer or something. He sure wouldn't do it if I became morbidly obese (and he'd be on my back about my weight way before I became bed bound). People from church would be asking if I needed help - not food, help. I think if you are a certain size, there must be an enabler in the picture. With COVID, most people can get food delivered, so that problem is solved, but again, if you need help getting out of bed, washing, cooking, etc., there's got to be someone else who's OK with that.

This should be interesting- my laptop crashed so have to text replies using my phone.  Never been a very speedy texter

Well it sound like we're right on track with Melissa she has:

• Anxiety (check)

• Feeling depressed/embarrassed

• Uses food as a pick me up.

• Daddy left them, her mom has been a total bitch who made her have an abortion . Dad dies which depressed her, then mom (despite Melissa blaming her) passes = more depression & more eating.

• Obligatory multiple times saying "she knows food is killing her" (complete w/tears.)

Uh oh, she has a person that she's close to.  Hopefully Shea won't force her to do anything she doesn't want.  (We all saw how that worked for Cindy.

This flight to Houston s/b interesting.

Yep. Let’s hope it’s all worth it and that Dr. Now can help her.  Lol

No firemen with stretchers. She walked all by herself, including through the airport where she could have had a wheelchair for free. Her mobility is her saving grace. Other poundparticipants who were mobile usually were in their 20s.

Did the Northwestern ad just say food is love? Guess they are targeting an audience.

Wonder how they got that filmed.  Not a car in sight at he Fort Lauderdale airport?  Normally all times of day a complete traffic jam.  Taxis, ubers, hotel vans, arrivals, etc.

Yes.  I was there LAST Jan.  Right before covid.  Well, I had just heard about it......man.  It seems so long ago.

If your gonna be on tv, I think buying a new toilet seat may be in order.  Wow what boobies!!  Funny how different people are built and where the fat ends up.  No butt wings for her!  Did she cook that soup in a bedpan?

Seems like a nice woman, dresses well, I hope she succeeds.  But I'm still be snarking on her anyway LOL.

Whoever asked, yes I'm a fellow 1,000 lb Sisters follower, not ashamed to admit it either!

That's one of the best looking apartments we have seen.  I think a few of the younger ones still lived with parents in nice housing.  She has a table so why is she eating on the dresser in front of a mirror.  It isn't like it makes her eat less.  Does she have no plates?  Eating out of a 9x13 pan is so unnecessary.  Then when the friend comes, they eat on tv trays.   Is she afraid of the table.  Or is it that she just can't get to it.

I am a little more optimistic about this one as she has gone to some college and worked in the real world.

She wears clothes and has shoes.  I think she was just too embarrassed to go to her mom's funeral.  She is fairly mobile considering her size.

Well, a least I can feel better about eating the whole order of lasagna from my favorite local Italian place. At least it's not the whole pan! (Usually I make it two servings but not always.)

The problem with good Italian food is that it doesn't have to be warm for one to enjoy it.  Room temp., cold, still good.
