Is he making these from prison? That would be the only explanation I could fathom for such amazingly shitty work. I haven't ever done forging, but I can guarantee I could make a better knife than this.

At some point they (maybe) will realize they don’t have the “star power” to sustain a business based on who they are.  Add to that how horrible of people they are, which of course they don’t understand.  She’s not going to be the next Kylie and he sure as hell is not going to be the next Chip Gaines (I cant think of any other crafty/handy popular guy off the top of my head at the moment).

The business was Jamie’s husbands.  (Jenelle’s former BFF) They moves to Kentucky then the hurricane hit.  David never got back into the water after the hurricane.  Jamie and her husband moved back, bought the business back, and they are no longer friends after Jamie answered questions online about the dog being murdered.

In a previous lifetime, I managed a store (Not the size of a Walmart). I'm not sure I'd even interview these two, just thinking about what their applications would look like. Admittedly, Janelle's medical school experience might work in her favor, until I meet her in person. I'd have to be pretty desperate for a body, to get past the creep factor of UBT to hire him. I don't think that's possible. He'd be a hard no. Not even to sweep the floors and unload the truck. I'd rather do it myself.

It's so strange to me, because Jenelle is literally incapable of learning anything. I wouldn't be surprised if Chelsea, for example, behaved horribly and was surprised when something happened, because Randy clearly never had effective consequences. However, we know that barb at least tried to give Jenelle consequences for her actions! I'd be horrified if I ever did something to make my mom so mad that she put my clothes in a trash bag and kicked me out! I don't feel like Barb was an ideal parent, but I can't imagine how difficult it was to punish Jenelle when she realized that nothing she did caused Jenelle to even reflect on her behavior. She probably started with grounding, taking her phone away, etc, and nothing worked, so Barb rightly or wrongly felt the punishment had to escalate. The girl literally can't learn from her mistakes, and it's bizarre, given that her mom tried her best with following though on consequences.

Chelsea had some consequences for her behavior, but nothing that extreme because she wasn’t a garbage human. Like when she wanted to go places with her friends and couldn’t because she was a single Mom. Those are the breaks. (Randy giggled at her) Chelsea was immature and irresponsible but not morally corrupt. Chelsea would’ve never dreamed of stealing from her parents or cursing them out etc. She may have pouted and went “DAAAAAAAAD”, but she knew her parents loved her and had her best interests in mind even when she didn’t agree with them. Jenelle isn’t capable of understanding human love- she just isn’t. Everything is always about her. She never once thinks about how her decisions effect other people. Much less her mother that gave her life, or the children she birthed. She never once thought about all the work Barb had on her plate and tried to lessen that. Not that Ashley (Barb’s other daughter) doesn’t have problems, but she was always grateful for the time Barb has come to her aid AND acknowledged how much Barb had done for all 3 kids. Especially with Colin’s illness.

Blacksmithing is a trade and I know most states you have be trained in it and then certified. I knew a blacksmith in Maine and he was one of two in the entire state. He trained for it and then was certified. He made horseshoes and made a living doing that and cleaning hooves and putting on new shoes on the horses. He also made some tools...it’s a craft that requires specific training. You can’t just one day decide you’re going to blacksmith without proper training. Idiots.
