The same thing appears to be happening in other 'reality' shows. Jewelry is being bought and appears to be expensive, only to later find out it's CZ and gold plated. Is insecurity fueling these purchases?

So, my husband and me both wear $15 wedding rings we bought on Amazon and we could have easily afforded much, much, much more expensive wedding rings.

We just aren't flashy people (I have a Rolex that was given to me as a gift by my parents that I haven't worn in probably over a decade), we decided titanium was the best material choice for us for numerous reasons and it just isn't an expensive metal and honestly spending hundreds of dollars on a fancy brand for a titanium ring was basically the same product as one off Amazon for $15 as far as anyone could tell.

While on vacation in Croatia, my husband bought me an engagement ring for $200-something incredibly over budget for how we were living at the time. It DOES have a diamond; if I hold my hand up to my face in good lighting and tilt it to the right angle and squint my eye a bit (similarly to how one must look at Tom to see the guy in the selfies he posts), you can see it. I love it. It means something to me. We aren't really flashy jewelry people, either. He also wears a titanium wedding band.

Maria is definitely playing Caesar for money - he sends her $800 a month. She is likely stringing other desperate men along too. While many people do not feel sorry for Caesar because he is not recognizing the situation for what it is, Maria is saying she loves him and deceiving him.  She seems cold-hearted and hopefully one day she will realize the pain she has caused Caesar and any other men. Caesar does seem like a very nice guy - though naive and gullible.

I am wondering why Tim puts up with the abuse he receives from Jennifer. She has called him derogatory names, gay and puts him down as a man. She is vain and superficial. Tim could do much better. And I am suspecting that he has not yet been intimate with Jennifer because he has a small penis. She will find out eventually though and sadly she will probably dump him.

I feel very bad for Avery's mother, Teri. It would be terrifying to have your daughter move permanently to a war-torn country like Syria. As she mentions, Avery could become pregnant over there and give birth in Syria where the government is killing it's own civilians. If Omar truly loves Avery, he would want her to remain in the US and they could have a long-distance relationship until he could move to the US or another safe country.

Although not in the same way as Jesse, I think that Tom is playing emotional games with Darcey, who is not too mentally stable and very needy. She wants so much to be loved and married but Tom is not the one.

Angela can not give Michael a child so he will likely leave her when (or if) he gets a green card in the US. She treats him more like a child than a partner. Michael may care about Angela on a certain level but I think his real goal is to get to the US.

The same is perhaps true with Zied and Rebecca. Once he gets US citizenship, he will likely leave her to find a younger woman that can give him children. He may care about her on a certain level but the ultimate goal is to get to the US.

These are just my humble opinions.

The revelation isn't that Caesar is being strung along for money, it's that she is very, very upfront about it and he doesn't care.

I like Jeniffer and strongly dislike Tim after following him on SM. I think SHE can do much better.

As @John M said, that website is pretty clear about what it is, and even if he were confused, Caesar would have only had to do a Google search to learn more. If after sending her $40,000 and her standing him up multiple times (neither of which I believe) he STILL thought she loved him then IMO, that's on him, not her. She wants a sugar daddy, maybe more than one. She is providing him a service-a hot woman who probably sexts him and video chats with him and gives him the illusion of a girlfriend. He is paying for those services. Now he seems to think that the rules don't apply to him and he wants sympathy as well as some freebies. AnastasiaDate is an adult website that basically pays women to be various levels of "escorts" for men. Also love isn't enough, a lot of it is if the sum of both people are greater together than they are alone. I was very much in love with my ex however as a couple I know we fed our worst tendencies and habits, we were frankly an awful couple that constantly enabled each other, when I broke up with him I did not like what I had let myself become.

I think that it is what really pissed me off about the "They don't even know what their favorite color is." That is trivia, it maybe helps you buy a better birthday gift. Let me know how you calm your partner down when they have a full blown panic attack.

You're talking about Jenny and Sumit, but they were on "90 Fiance: The Other Way," which has been over for a few weeks. (This board is for "90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days.") If you go over to that board, you can catch yourself up on them. Or better yet, go to the 90 Fiance board and there is a "The Couples" board where there's a whole thing for them. Incidentally, according to him, he has told his wife that he wants a divorce and has started the process and Jenny is on board with him.

If your real name is John, and you have a husband, then I assume you're talking about wedding rings and not engagement rings with diamonds that are presented when someone pops the question.

She only did it for attention.  If someone really studied the religion and agreed strongly with all the principles, they can convert, after years (at least a year) of soul searching and study.  Avery converted on a whim. What are the name so of their siblings and where do they live? What town did they grow up in and what kind of house? What kind of things really irk you? Did anything traumatic ever happen to you? Did anyone you really loved die? What was the scariest thing you have been through? Did you have  a lot of friends as a kid?

My take on Avery's conversion is this - I have gotten the impression that she was making some really bad choices in her life (perhaps the abusive ex?) and she looks at Islam as a complete 180 from where she was before - super conservative dress, no alcohol, no sex.  I hope it works for her and it seems to be doing so - for now.  The reality of years and years of that might wear thin sooner or later.

On a side, note, I really would like to see what her hair looks like - judging from the size of the pony tail under her headpiece she looks like she has a lot of it.

I still don't understand what Angela was so mad at! It had nothing to do with her. Why should she care how Jesse was treated? I never understand her mood swings. Just like when she was upset when Michael went out when she was sick halfway around the world! What did she want him to do? Stay on the phone while she threw up?

Exactly. And when Teri rushed out onto the set and tells Angela to stop attacking her daughter, Angela starts yelling at her and goes, "You didn't tell her [pointing at Avery] to stop talking to Jesse like that while he was in tears!" So Jesse was in tears??? Avery and Tim reduced him to tears??? LOL Jesse was cool as a cucumber. I think he thoroughly enjoyed the attention he got from the confrontation. He was not upset, period. Much less "in tears."

I don't think I would have been as upset at Angela.....but I generally don't like a pile on or an unfair fight.  

Jesse didn't come in there spoiling for a fight....and you can be cordial without being a kissass. 

What is Avery going to do when she doesn't like one of Omar's family members?  Or if they don't like her?  Is Avery going to refuse to interact with them, because the two options in life are to be rude or a fakey kissass?

I don't approve of Angela's behavior, but I think that if Avery wants to talk shit, she should be ready to have it dished back.

I'm just now catching up on the Darcey/Jesse season and coming to the realization that she's just emotionally unstable in general. I'm absolutely gobsmacked by her inability to learn from her past mistakes, especially where alcohol consumption is concerned. Now that I've seen her get weepy and crazy-needy/insecure in Amsterdam with Jesse, I cannot FATHOM what possessed her to get so wasted in front of Tom and give a repeat performance of Drunk Darcey and the Bottomless Pit of Need. If Tom watched the season with Darcey and Jesse, he would have BOLTED in the other direction from her because she is repeating the same pattern with him as she did with Jesse. Overly emotionally invest, entertain unrealistic expectations until losing sight of the fact that they're unrealistic, make repeated hyperbolic proclamations about "the love of her life," drinking to the point of sloppiness and weeping... 

Darce, bubbalah... the relationship you need most is one with a good psychiatrist.
