I went to the Women's March in DC in 2017 and I wasn't invited.  And neither was my one my best friends who came with me. Who just so happens to be a gay man.  He came because he didn't agree with the policies the Trump administration was going to support.  So Meghan you are more than welcome to come but if you do you need to denounce a lot of what your tribe wants to do. Otherwise you are just going to be a real life troll.

Very upsetting that Tamika Mallory used very careful language to avoid having to condem Farrakkhan’s Anti-Semitic statements.  And, it was even more disappointing to see that none of the ladies at the table pushed back on it with the exception of Megan.  And, for the record, I am NOT a Megan fan.  At all.

I agree with you 100 percent! I read that expose in Tablet magazine and the alleged comments made by Ms. Mallory, and although she denied them her comments to the Washington post about it in where she herself says that white jews uphold white supremacy, says a lot. 

She should 100 percent step down. When you call a man who preaches that Jews are termites and should be exterminated one of the greatest of all time, then you are not a representative of equality. 

And I did notice her careful words and she would not specify which views of his she does and does not agree with. It would have been very simple to come out and say I disagree with his views on Jewish culture as well as the LGBT community.

As far as I know, a requirement for attendance doesn't include a personal invitation, nor does it include a political identification card to get past the door nor does it require all attendees to wear t-shirts that list your political, social and religious beliefs for disagreeing others to judge. There are obvious reasons why the march does not include pro-life organizations to be part of the organizing committee and as part of the speakers as they don't want to provide a platform for an organization that ultimately advocates for the government to control a woman's body and her right to choose what she does with it...which is contrary to the notion that equality for women includes a woman's right to her own body. That said, the march does not exclude pro-life individuals from attending the march and simply representing themselves. Now if you think that being pro-life and being attached to an organization  represented at the march is more important than any other number of causes that may impact you as a woman and you support, by all means, stay home. But don't blame your choice to stay home on being a pro-life conservative WOMAN (not organization) who isn't welcome there or somehow can't get through the gate.

Yeah Megan. I take great pride in my now very worn, then brand new purple comfortable Mizuno sneakers that I wore to the New York City March, Saturday, January 21st , 2017. along with 400, 000 other peaceful protesters. Nobody invited us. We just showed up en masse.

I know what posters are going to bring up, but I'm going to try for the rest of this week to not comment on a certain cast member and their outbursts.

I thought Sunny brought up a good point in that the Republicans need to stand up and take the moral high ground when it comes to issues like this, the problem is that if they do then they'll have to start looking at Trump in a certain way. Also, her question about whether Trump is a racist or the 42% who support the wall are was funny. It's easy to call out certain people, but it's harder when it comes to Trump. That being said, Abby and Sunny seemed to have a proper conversation and I appreciate that. Sunny won that round though.

I felt bad for Joy that she wanted to talk but was interrupted three times. She never did make her point and that isn't fair.
