He completely defies the idea that Beverly Hills is only about surfaces  - he dresses like an adolescent boy, but then turns out these swank-but-never sterile parties (which require discipline, attention to detail, and a sense of graciousness) so even though he looks like his only obsession would be collecting comic books or old Gameboys, inside he's ready to run Downton. Love him. For some reason it is comforting to see him. I use to love seeing him do Kyle's White Party (and am still bitter that she doesn't do it any long - at least for the show). There have to be tons of fancy and pretentious people (see the dude LVP uses) in that town that are beating down Kyle's door to handle this job. Especially to get some camera time or a mention for their company. Yet she just continues to use the same guy she has always used. I love their easy relationship and casual banter. And yes, he creates a lovely party every time. 

And because it cannot ever be said enough, I love that Kyle's dogs are clearly a big and integral part of their lives.  Always around doing their thing. I would love to see a "lost episode" at the end of the season with nothing but Kyle's dogs.

If your gas appliances electronic ignition goes out just use a match or lighter and it runs just fine.   Other cooking appliances-like gas BBQs don't require electricity and have an auto ignition. Mine is out and I am living it awaiting a part.

My guess is much of the cold stuff was brought in by the caterers.  It seemed they had caviar, sushi and a lot of cold stuff.  I too am a Glenn fan as he has been around since the Season 1.   I guess if push came to shove he could have ordered out and picked up the food and just plated it.  I am wondering if the power came back on during filming and that part was just edited out.  

I don't know if Rinna accompanying her daughters is a blessing or a curse.  I was somewhat startled when in front of the underage girl the discussion turned to blow jobs and watching porn.   It would be bad enough off camera but to have it filmed?  The underage one looked uncomfortable.   Last year the oldest one was trolling guys on a dating website.

I have been a bit over LVP and Kyle for a couple of seasons now. I do not really like or dislike them, but their friendship with Dorit might make me dislike them.

I hope the production crew requested that Lisar dress up as Kris Jenner, because it would be creepy otherwise. I couldn’t believe there were Lisar daughter “fans” at the airport. I think it’s telling that they both have all the time in the world to film for this show. Gigi certainly didn’t.

The only thing I could come up with is she didn't like that Camille was getting so much attention.  Everyone was fawning over Camille and her new man because they are happy for her.  But I'm not sure that's as in character for Dorit as some of the other attention hogs (let's be honest, they all are to some degree).

Dorit doesn't disappoint, does she, in the "Can she top her last episode of nastiness?" sweepstakes. Because, yes, she can. Not for one moment in this episode was she less than revolting. When that walrus she's married to tries (and fails) to calm her down at the dinner table, well, that's just beyond grotesque. To be honest, in the Lisa R. vs. Dorit squabble, I'm pretty much Team Rinna. Dorit *did* do things -- and continues to do them -- to hurt Rinna. She hasn't taken one iota of responsibility for her part in any of that. Rinna should watch her back, and I'm not even a big Lisa Rinna fan, not even close.

Once in a while, I'm very happy I gave up meat. Watching Erika and Lisa R. eating (or not eating) Japanese food is one of those times. On the other hand, what did they expect?

I don't know why Kyle wanted to take out the hardwoods and replace with marble. She'll regret that decision, I think.

Been there too. Although I hope I was never that rude. And she was rude at Kyle's house almost from the start. 

But as LVP pointed out on WWHL last night, she wasn't drinking Tequila during the photo shoot. And she was just as big of a bitch, although in a different way.

THIS is bizarre to me. If Rinna came up with this idea on her own? "I am going to style myself like Kris Jenner, because my daughters are clearly following in her daughters' footsteps..." It boggles my mind. So does that mean Rinna will be showing up eventually in head to toe white, with a bowl of lemons, complaining of some mysterious ailment?

 I am curious to see how much time Gigi and not-Gigi will have to commit to Yolanda's Lifetime modeling show.

Confession: I was a little relieved to learn that I was having a boy 8 years ago. I love children, but I don't think I would sleep a wink ever if I had a daughter; I would be so anxious, constantly worrying about predators. Don't get me wrong: I am doing everything in my power to raise a son who respects others, who understands that "No means NO!" and "Treat others the way you would want to be treated." But I believe it is so challenging to protect a daughter in this day and age.

I agree that Teddi is in amazing shape! But was she snarking/dissing Edwin for failing to keep up with her while he was pushing a double stroller loaded up with two kids?

I was a little disappointed when I saw the stroller. Quality Family Time hiking is a little less impressive when it’s actually mum and dad pushing the kids stroller up and down hills. And aren’t they too old for strollers?

Her kids are like 5 and 3 - definitely not too old for strollers.  My kids are the same age and we put them in the double-stroller if we're going to be on our feet for a while.  Kids that age just don't have the stamina to go for an hour walk, never less a run up a hill!

I’m not a parent, but wouldn’t it have made more sense (for a family activity) to do something other than run up and down hills? I’d accept the stroller if they were at Disneyland.

They will. They will see that mommy and daddy are moving and trying to be healthy. Pretty much all the runners that I know have strollers for their kids and take them along on occasion. My sister started running after she had kids vs. going to the gym because she liked that she could have them with her when she was exercising. Really nice to see Teddi and her husband doing things they enjoy and finding ways to include their kids. I am sure that is not the only time they took their kids outside for some fun in the sun.

I don't think they're trying to send a "fat burning" message.  They are sending a "be active and have fun" message.  And their kids will definitely pick up on that - seeing their parents running together and having a good time while being active.  As the kids get older, they'll start being able to participate more in these types of activities - going on hikes and running together.

Absolutely!  Plus we saw in the first or second episode with the parents getting on the trampoline with their kids and jumping around.

I definitely got the vibe that Dorit was flirting with Mauricio. She seemed to be a grade school girl with a crush and was doing anything to get his attention. When he spoke to Teddi she had to ask a stupid question because she wanted his attention. I mean I get it, Kyle has a lavish lifestyle and an attractive husband and they actually really love each other. Whereas Dorit got PK and definitely earns her money. I wonder if it bugs her.

Yea, I thought - they watched her eat to live vicariously through her. Very odd behavior.

But the parents won't get an optimum heart rate for burning calories if they're waiting on the kids. Yet they want to spend time with them. I think it's sweet. I'd wager they do slower paced hikes where the kids can walk around, but also use the stroller for runs like this one.

Love LVP's animal menagerie.  And loved her dress too for the meeting at her house with the magazine peeps. The detail of the colored inserts in the pleat was very pretty.  

At first I liked Rinna's slicked back hair in her TH. I thought it was different and looked good on her.  Then with all the comparisons to Kris K, uhhh... no.  I won't even type out that full last name to give her or that family any of the attention they so crave.  Rinna is thirsty, desperate (and I used to like her) thinking her girls will ever be like the K's or Yolanda's girls.  I get that she has momma pride, (I'm the mom of two gorgeous girls myself) but the Hamlin girls will have their 15 minutes and that's it.
