Well, she's not back as a full-timer.  Uh, why?  The producers & Andy Cohen don't trust her.  If she starts pulling manipulative shit again, they'll boot her off quick.  We'll see how long she'll be able to rein herself in.  My prediction is not long.

So she filmed twice with the cast.  Last year she filmed twice with the cast.  The only difference I see is that this year she called ROL and told them she was back.  Probably hoping that the masses would rise up and sing hallelujah.  Then Andy would be forced to give her back her apple.  It’s non-news to me until I see her at the parties in private homes.

My bet on Jill:

She will continue to be LuLu's best friend and plot and plan.  Lol, maybe even write LuLu's next hit.  Jill of many trades.   :D

She'll try and turn Tinsley into Kelly.

She will even try to orchestrate a trip to Scary Island ... just so she can be there this time and not get booted out.

She will smile nice and purdy at Dorinda and then draw a line in the sand after she becomes a FT HW.

With B .... she will do a 'remember when we ....  oh, how I miss those days' thing.  (Sorry, Scoobs, but she really, really wants to be on the show. B will be able to run over Jill and Jill will say thank you, I love you.)

Now, Sonja and Ramona .... I have no clue.

What say you?

I say that I cannot *wait* to see Ramonja spar with Jill—-they always were basically frienemies from the first season, so it’s likely ON.

That said, I always hated how Jill was the great dividor in this cast...hope that doesn’t happen  again.

I don't know if I can watch the show with Jill back on it. She ruined Season 4 for me although I stopped being on Team Bethenny shortly after she rejoined the show. At the very least, I hope Bravo doesn't try to rehash any Season 3 catfights - that was 8 years ago at this point! I'm sure both Jill and Bethenny have long moved on and can be in a room with each other and be cordial.

(And please! Don't let Jill bring along her Brad!)

I will say though that Bobby remains the best RH husband ever. He wasn't self-promotional, he was secure in his own skin. He was content to hang back and let his wife be in the spotlight. He let her fight her own battles, but was never far away if she needed him to have her back. He was kind and generous and I'm sure Jill misses him terribly.

I think the only time I'd draw the line on a returning character would be Gretchen and Slade. I just cannot abide that deadbeat dad, who profited while his son suffered.

As much as I loathe Jill, I'm not ready to quit the entire series. And she's only going to be "friend of". We'll see.

I 100% agree with no Brad, though. NO FUCKING BRAD.

I never watched much OC. Maybe in spurts but have to agree that if 1/100 of what was out there about Slade was true it wouldn’t be good for the show. Same way with the ‘cancer guy’. I can’t remember his name.

Jill was never a favorite in the normal definition but she was a favorite to ‘pick on’.

The part that I would find totally unacceptable for Jill would be disrespecting Bobby in any way.  And, I can’t define ‘disrespect’ in this situation.  So just about any mention or ‘continuing on with her life’ would probably be included at this stage.

As much as I want everybody to continue watching regardless of Jill’s status, that is mostly due to the fact we have no clue what she’ll be like.  And, yes, there are certain things that will make me jump ship too.

As much as I don't like Jill, I would be very surprised if that happened. I actually AM curious to see what happens with Zarin Fabrics - that was a longtime family business but if I remember, Bobby has grown children from his first marriage and probably left a succession plan when he became ill.

Isn't Jill dating? That seemed a bit quick to me, but I don't know what it's like to be in her shoes and like she said, she hasn't been on her own in decades. I can't rag on the woman for wanting companionship. I've told Mr. Archer a couple of times that if anything ever happens to me, I want him to move on with his life; I'd hate to think of him being lonely.

I guess since she won't be a full-time cast member I can give it a shot. And I did always appreciate how materialistic Jill was, because I'd tuned in to see how fabulously these people lived and Jill always delivered, whether it was a $16K handbag, chartering a private plane to swing by Scary Island, or griping over a new car that didn't have all the features she'd wanted. At least AVIVA's not coming back!

Jill doesn’t strike me as someone who does well alone. I can believe that she genuinely loves and misses Bobby but began dating a few months after he died.

And it’s not as if he died suddenly; he was sick for a while so she probably began the grieving process before he passed away, maybe around the time his palliative care began? I’m not exactly a Jill fan but I won’t begrudge her efforts to find happiness again.

I liked the above post, and I won't remove that, but you're right.  It's wrong of me to judge her for that.  I guess we're just used to women soldiering on for a longer period after a spouse's death.  Now men, men often move on relatively quickly.  They don't handle "alone", and well, who's gonna cook dinner?

As an aside, there has been no evidence on her Instagram of late, of the boyfriend, the clothing mfgr/tennis aficionado that she started dating in January.  Maybe that's dunzo, or maybe she was getting negative feedback.

Men do move on.  And I believe women should be free to move on as well.  There's a lot I don't like about Jill.  For a start I hate the kind of pantomime Jewish Mother act she puts on.  As a Jewish Mother myself it works my last nerve!  But I won't ding her for having a boyfriend.  Hell I wouldn't ding her if she used a male escort service!  Those last couple of years with poor Bobby must have been punishing beyond belief.  She deserves a bit of unfettered happiness.

Exactly.  I have worked around terminally ill people (did home health and hospice for several years) and it is hard on the spouses.  A lot of them move on quickly. My sister-in-law’s sister (confusing?) died of stomach cancer after a three year battle. About six months after she died, her husband (of 25 years) got remarried.  I didn’t think anything of it or side-eye it until I found out that the new wife was the registered dietician that was working with his deceased wife for the last two years she was alive.

Well Brad just lost his husband so they could mourn together.  I actually kinda liked Brad.

David Zarin took over the business in 2007.

I like her mother.  I especially liked the scene of her giving advice to Bethenny about her life about a hundred seasons ago.   It was one of the most genuine scenes I've seen on any HW show.  Did something happen with her I didn't see or something off camera?

She just irked me by making her husband and Bobby go back to the car rental place and change cars three times because she didn't like the seats. It's not like they were old beaters, they were Lincolns and Mercedes. She was critical of other things also. I did like the kindness she showed Bethany also.

Was just watching an old (2005) Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Christmas movie, A Carol Christmas, with TORI SPELLING and WILLIAM SHATNER. The mean and conniving Lawng Island aunt (played by Dina Madoff) is a spitting image of Jill with the voice of her sister Lisa.

I like it! She looks great, she is wearing that outfit.

I hope no one is expecting me to have that figure at her age, they will be sorely disappointed. 🍽

I realize that there are varying viewpoints on the subject, but I'm in the camp of just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

If I could like your post 100 times, I would.  I give her credit for staying in shape but Jill definitely should NOT be wearing that outfit.   She looks ridiculous.

I respectfully disagree after having a debate w/my dad a couple of years ago over a fifty-plus woman in great shape wearing a bikini on Survivor.

(look at Denise Austin!  LORD!!!)

I say these gals work hard on their figures!  Rock on!

I hope I'm so lucky!!! (that means that in the next five years I'm going to give up wine and chocolate.  um, chances of that?  Pass the caftan, please!!)

Ok I am probably around Jill's age. I have kids around Ally's age. I don't dress the way my daughter dresses. But Jill could pull the same style/look off with just elevating the look a little. Put on black tights, lower the boots a little to just over the knees and lengthen the dress a little not much - about 2 inches - she would still have the same gap b/w dress and knees. That's it. She can't sit comfortably with the dress that short. No way she is getting in or out of a cab.

Someone has a great stylist - I am trying to remember who it is. Dorinda does. She never looks frumpy. Ramona looks stupid a lot - just can't pull off some things.  She was wearing white booties on her instagram and it just screams, "Look at Me!" Jill needs a good stylist. They have so much money.

Joan Rivers said something similar to this:  If you have money you have no excuse not to look good.

Why do these women always end up look like cats??

Pulling the skin back from the outside corner of the eye, and relocating it somewhere behind the ear just might have something to do with that.

Joan was one of the worst examples of low self-esteem turning into a boon for the cosmetic surgery industry.  It shouldn't be a surprise, as comics very often are people with damaged psyches, for one reason or another.

It is now one of V-Spot’s most requested services. (In fact, when I reached Barshop by phone, she said she was using the at-home vaginal lightening treatment while she was speaking to me.)

Outside of porn, I can’t imagine (1) why anyone would want to do this to oneself or (2) why anyone would want to be with someone who would want one to do this to oneself.

My labia/anus could be a rather unappealing shade of chartreuse and I would not give a fig, as long as I’m healthy and they do what they’re there to do.

Must be nice to have so much money you need to invent “creative” ways to spend it!
