Congratulations! That must have been a very hard struggle and you won! I'll bow to your knowledge of LuAnn and her demons. I'm sure you met many like her while in recovery. I don't like her. Wouldn't want to know her. But I have to think that at some level there's a small voice screaming 'why has this happened to me?!?' She could find answers to that. But not down an empty bottle.

I think LVP is as trashy as they come. She reminds me so much of Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances. She tries way too hard. And Real Deal UK Aristos tend not to have quite as much interest in cheap shiny pink satin and rhinestone gewgaws as she does. I think Erika had a tummy tuck before the start of filming and it took longer than expected for the drains to come out. That's why all the loose clothes at the start of the season that made me sure she'd gained weight. She's not wearing them that loose now. I really like Rinna. I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time with her. Actually maybe I would! Just to hear her trash all the other Ho'Wives and spill all the dirt! I also like Kyle.

They're considerably older except for Bethenny. And their outlook on the world is older than they are. And so is the way they dress. These ladies are too old for me. And I'm nearly 70. Maybe it's because I have a single daughter of similar age I am drawn to Tinsley. But Ramona, Sonja, Lu Ann, Dorinda, they're like something out of Mad Men... Drink too much. Smoke too much. Party too much. And all of it shows on their faces too much.

I really like Tins. There's a real vulnerability about her. Every so often she gets a look in her eye that says 'what in hell am I doing here with these women who are old enough to be my mother.' I want to sit her down and say 'just walk away and get on with your life'.

Wait, just a second. Carole is writing another memoir including her time on RHNY? I thought they all signed really draconian NDOs...

I'm not sure what she's going for. But she has definitely piled on the pounds. She is a very attractive woman. But looks like she's done a modified Shannon Beador.

That make-up guy Luke Henderson (Dorinda's dear dear friend) was also Caroline Stanbury's make-up guy and dear dear friend on Ladies of London. She always looked like she'd troweled it on. So I hope Dorinda tones down Luke's overuse of...er... just about everything.

Did EJ put on a ton of weight between seasons or what? Why the constant cover-up with oversized t-shirt dresses? And they really aren't flattering...

In which case Lisa's placement is a direct hit. Which surprises me. Because they've still got VPR.

I think they all look photoshopped in! I'm not kidding. Look at the lineup and how they're standing. I suspect they photograph them individually--standing and seated--and then play around with the placement to see what works. When you think about it that's the only way you can make sure you've got the shot you want of every ho'wife. It occurs to me they probably do that for all the franchises.

Well she did relate a sexy dream about Bethenny a few seasons ago. They were going shopping in some tsatzke store and I think Beth was a little taken aback but passed it off nicely. I only say this because, if Carole wanted to stay in the closet, I think she would have kept quiet about that one!

Who was that exactly? I kind of never could work that out. When Carole started out she was a Writer. Then she was just someone who hung out with the other ho'wives and didn't do much except Adam. Then she didn't even do that. I think her idea of who she was clashed with the reality of who she was.

Soo...has Terry Dubrow had a face lift? Or just extensive botox 'n' filler? He's looking awfully sculpted along the cheekbones so my guess is the 'lift. It was a good one too. I wonder who did it...
