Lisa totally screwed over her friend (can't remember her name), and threatened the catering company.  Lisa owns a marketing company that supposedly has a lot to do with big parties during the Sundace Film Festival.  Lisa/her assistant basically gave the catering company a choice - cater this little party for a Bravo TV show filming, or cancel that and have the chance to cater bigger parties with real celebrities.  All because this woman is a "cousin" and friendly with Whitney?  That's a pretty low move on Lisa's part.  

What was even worse was hearing Lisa make that totally shady comment "There's nothing worse than a party with no food".  Nasty bitch move!!  Talk about being a "sniper from the side" (RHOBH/LVP reference)

Lisa is probably the worst fake cryer I've ever seen on any housewives show/franchise, and that's saying a lot, because there is plenty of fake crying throughout all franchises.  

During the conversation with her friend, I noticed Lisa's chest was getting very red.  According to Judge Judy, this is a BIG tell that someone is lying or not being completely truthful.  Lisa stammering, deflecting, not directly answering the question and then, getting defensive and calling out Whitney was all the proof I needed that she was behind the catering company cancelling.  

Is this person a "friend of"?  She even got a few talking heads in tonight's episode.

Lisa is shady AF. You know she made the caterer cancel for that party. And the friend Angie got more screen time than new Jen. She sure isn’t bringing anything to this show. 
I think Jen Shah has assistants running her social media accounts. Either that or she’s a very good liar. 
It’s painful watching Robert Jr. every time he’s on camera, you can tell he’s not into it. Mary must be forcing him.

I'm really liking the housewife friend who had the casino night party - Angie, I think. I like her style, both clothing (my taste runs tacky, so she had me at rhinestones and feathers) and demeanor. She confronted Lisa, which she should have, but was calm about it. Lisa's reaction shows that she 100% did what she's being accused of (I just hope she doesn't take this out on the catering company). It's also funny that she was so adamant that Meredith stay and talk to Jen when they were fishing, but then when Meredith and Jen wanted her to stay to talk to Angie, she wouldn't.

I actually liked the woman who had the casino party too, and think she'd be a good addition to the show. She was very direct with Lisa but managed to remain calm while confronting her. Lisa is a lying liar who lies, and also sucks at fake crying. If true, (and from her behavior, it definitely seems to be) what a dumb petty move she pulled. No wonder she has an affinity for Jen, she pulls all the same moves when caught out. Birds of a feather.

She's the type of person who makes me cringe when I see them in action - there is not one genuine bone in her body. I feel sorry for her husband and kids.

I can't wait to see Jen Shah get busted. Everything else this season is going to be filler.

Lisa was so upset that Whitney was in the room - but why was Jen in the room?  She went to get Meredith to have her confirm their friendship was fine.  Jen didn't need to be there.  That was ridiculous.  Also hasn't Lisa been preaching at Meredith about not dictating who else your friends can be friends with?  Sure seems like she's doing that.

Lisa is a giant snake for forcing the caterer to back out. How childish and ridiculous. Her rapid blinking, with her mouth open when being called out, reminded me of Theresa from RHONJ (ugh the gif is too large and I can't post it) Both Lisa and Theresa have heads full of pebbles. Lol that Lisa couldn't even verbalize exactly what Whitney's supposedly done to her, and that Angie and husband weren't buying what she was trying to sell.

Let's get rid of Lisa and replace her with Angie!

Jen wants to say whatever crappy comments she wishes about the others because she thinks she's funny, but never wants to account for it or apologize. Who would want that in a friend?

The super smooth faces are starting to freak me out. There were two blonds who looked nearly identical and then Whitney, who I could tell apart because her hair was shorter. I thought it was just Whitney and one blonde girl and then-wait, is that her again? Nope, another blonde smoothface. Like they were being cloned in the next room.  Ladies, Stawp! You all look like you’re wearing masks.

I have been watching this season to see Jen go down.  However, I haven’t been able to get through of most of the episodes.  None of these woman have much going on.  Heather has her business, Whitney has started a skincare line, just what the world needs.  I’m not even sure what Lisa and Meredith are suppose to do.  Angie Harrington was a welcome addition to the show.  I actually watch the entire show.  Hope we continue to see more of her.  I couldn’t stop thinking she reminded me of Sarah Paulson.  On a shallow note, husband seems like a nice supported guy but I was surprised at his ill fitting suit.

Few thoughts:

Lisa continues to be the worst ... or nearly the worst, next to Jen.  They kind of deserve each other.  But Lisa tonight, fake tears, fake everything.

Loved Mary's reaction to Meredith's facial treatment, Lol.

I also really liked Angie.  Hope there is more of her.  And ditto who said above that she reminded me of Sarah Paulson.

When Meredith visited Mary’s house, I thought Mary looked so much prettier than usual. That may have been her natural hair, plus she wasn’t making so many weird, exaggerated faces with excessive blinking like she does in her talking heads.

That's possible! Though Angie did say that the text she got from the caterer mentioned a call from Lisa's assistant. If it were my good friend(s), I wouldn't let production -or an assistant- meddle with their party (Angie) or their livelihoods (the caterer) no matter what shenanigans they wanted to cause. Lisa is the one ending up looking bad over it all.

  Lisa was exhibiting all the signs of someone getting caught in a lie, and then tried to blame the entire thing on Whitney, lol. (But IF her assistant took that upon themself to do, I hope they got fired for it.)

Looks like Angie ordered the "Elizabeth Perkins" when she went in for an upgrade.  She does seem like a possible new addition.  Maybe they have her in the wings now as a Jen replacement once the legal situation really gears up.  

Didn't Lisa pull that "I just want John" routine during the first season reunion"? Her reaction to criticism or accusation seems right out of a narcissists playbook.  I didn't like her the first season and nothing has changed so far.

Mary looks so much better with her natural hair than she does with any of the wigs we've seen on the show.  

Jennie N was kind of relegated to the outer corners of filming in this episode.  When she first appeared during the fishing scene I had totally forgotten she existed.  Folding towels with her kid?  If that's what made the cut I can't imagine how boring the scenes that didn't must have been.

I was a young adult of the 70's. These women looked nothing like the 70's. They were all so completely random. Where were the high waisted pants, the bell bottoms,  the platform shoes with the chunky heels, the big hair perms? (or wigs in this case) ? How hard is it to google 70's style? All they did was wear shiny dresses. 

I never had any opinions of Lisa one way or the other until now. What a vindictive bitch. Watching the fake crying and stomping around was too much. Lisa, you busted, girl!  I still don't get why she hates Whitney so much. Her friend was also lying a little, though, when she said the text msg said Lisa told them to cancel. She showed the text to Whitney at lunch and Whitney said it must have been Lisa behind the party planners cancellation, Lisa was not mentioned in the text msg. Shady, shady, people!

Lisa totally was behind the catering company cancelling because when Angie told her about it, the first thing Lisa said was "What's that got to do with me? I didn't have anything to do with it."

At that point, Angie hadn't even suggested Lisa had anything to do with.  Lisa told on herself.

Yes, this is who she resembles!  I was wracking my brain thinking she was a blonde version of an actress, but couldn't place who.  I do like her and wouldn't mind her on the show.  Especially with her connection to Whitney... and that sticking in Lisa's craw!

I think they were going for Sharon Stone in "Casino" in the 70s but maybe they couldn't mention the movie?  I don't know, but that looked to me to be the aesthetic.

I never liked Lisa BUT I really don't like Whitney, she is so dumb and she is trying SO hard.  So, I am struggling here.  I root for Whitney to bring her down, but I also root for Lisa to bring down Whitney?

I've always thought Lisa was very superficial ("I love that!"  for everything she sees) and had a superiority complex (she snubbed Heather at Jen's party last season and Whitney at the Casino Night), but to me interfering with a charity event is going really low.  No one  can stoop to Jen Shah's level, but Lisa is making a real run for it with these shenanigans.

I think Lisa doesn't like Whitney because of religion, by which I mean Whitney and Heather have a blood connection to a community Lisa had to work to enter. If they wanted to come back, they probably could. If she steps out of line, though, she's probably just out. I think she resents them, and/or is trying to maintain her place by keeping them on the outs. There's no other reason I can think of for her to have gone to the level of telling someone not to recognize Whitney as a cousin (she didn't deny doing that). Also, her interview about polygamy/inbreeding was...a lot. 

She was sloppy as hell with all her shenanigans. Her attempt at crying felt like a parody of these shows, and I owe way more credit to people like Tamra on OC for their skills.

I would blame the catering thing on production if Lisa didn't walk in and make a comment about parties with no food. Why say that (edited soundbite) if you aren't expecting an issue? Did her alcohol company even sponsor the party? 

I liked the way Mary dealt with Jen. As far as how Brooks would know about a tweet Jen merely liked...screenshots are easy to take and send. That said, I'm super ready for these feuds to hit the back burner. 

I'm loving this cast because they remind me of early reality TV folk. Like, they should know the game by now and most of them dont. It's bizarre and refreshing. And it's nice to have villains who genuinely believe they're the victim.

I don't like Mary but I'm here for her not even trying with Jenn. She wanted to climb over a ledge to avoid talking to her and she was like "nope" when Jenn suggested getting the family together. 

Lisa was all sorts of shady. From snubbing Whitney when she walked in to the whole catering thing with Angie. I wonder why she did that though, because they mentioned they'd been friends for 20 years. Is it just because Angie is becoming closer to Whitney or is it because Angie is trying to become a HoWife?

I kind of like to imagine the Machiavellian band of assistants of all of the rich b!tches of Salt Lake City teaming up to take down the upper class from the inside by ruining their boss’s social standing amongst the elite circle: “Jen’s assistant” writing the Tweets and “Lisa’s assistant” calling the catering company. Now, is it more likely they’re just doing their evil boss’s biding as a good little minion? Yeah, probably. But it would be hilarious to imagine all of these assistants scheming together to protest the top 2% (20%? I don’t think these people are wealthy as they want to come across).

Well, Jen had some help buying hers!   (As a retired Kindergarten teacher, I have seen many backpacks resembling that from my alumni.  Good for LV to take a $15 product and sell it to rich housewives for $9000!)

Indeed!  This was a true snooze fest.  

I find Jen S reactions so hard to watch- it’s just bad tv for me.  Her at the boiling point time and time again is now tiresome…in Season Two.  I’m a nobody on all levels with 52 followers on Twitter and I never “like” anything that somehow could negatively get back to my employer. I can’t stand Brooks but tell your “team” if they exist- hands off on anyone that is a dependent. It’s not going to end well- fair or not.

I kept thinking Sarah Paulson was onscreen she looked so much like her!  Let’s keep her around- she is some good tv.  Holy shit at what those clothes cost.  What about that dude pledging A MILLION dollars to the charity!  Man I hope those funds are handled correctly and benefit the youth. 

I find Whitney gorgeous and quite a bit more entertaining this season. She knows how these shows work and I’m here for it. I also liked her chest was covered at Casino night. I don’t mind some boobs but man-so many others were on display she looked almost Mormon by comparison!

I’ll stick around bc I love the scenes of Utah.  Every shot is amazing.
