Okay so confession: 

Although I am not at Dr. Now Fondling Organs (C) level of enjoyment, I do like a good surgery (or even a bad one) in my M600PL episodes.  With 30 minutes left, will we have two weeks in a row without someone getting the tool that they need to save their lives?!

It's sad in general (although I can't stand Angie...her voice, her face, her flab) and a waste of an episode.  I am sure there are many people sitting in his waiting room that would be better for us to follow.
