Because David got supremely pissed off and confronted Shannon and her lawyer outside of the courtroom after the judge awarded her an amount that even she didn't expect. She mentioned that her lawyer was ready to call the bailiff which I assume was a threat that David took seriously and then left. After the confrontation, Shannon and her lawyer felt bad about the high number and went back into the courtroom to request that it be lowered to the amount that Shannon (and I assume her lawyer) had previously worked out as the number she needed to support herself and her children. I don't think many people would have done that but she said that she only wanted what was fair so that they could be done with it and move on and I think what she did is proof that she was being completely genuine in her desire to make the divorce process as peaceful as possible. David seems to want to kick Shannon down one last time before he's done with her.

Edit: I guess in fairness I should say that David's behaviour and Shannon's reference to 'abuse' does validate Vicki's claims that Shannon was being abused by David though Vicki was still a shitty person for sharing that because she didn't do it in Shannon's best interests and she could have potentially endangered Shannon by divulging her secret so publicly. In any case, hope karma hits him good.

Kelly and the “milk mans” date was beyond awkward she was trying to push a relationship with him and he was trying to throw every reason on why not to date he was physically pulling back and away from her in that conversation his body language alone was saying I’m just not that into you lol her telling him there’s no other guys but him and that old guy was old and she needed some one young his face got white lol then he babbled on about tacos to change the subject lol. That whole conversation was like pulling teeth and you could tell they had zero in common other then sex.

Shannon should have taken the $30k. She’ll need it to pay her lawyers fees. He had 2 boxes of paperwork, as well as his briefcase. It had to costly for him to spend the time (billable hours) to read everything that Shannon had (texts and emails). It could be that David will have to pay her lawyers bill as well as any court costs. She was the wronged party. He isn’t doing himself any favors by being his own counsel (I am not supporting him here as I dislike him strongly)...having to pony up to pay hers might send him over the top with anger. 

Anyone know why they called the eyebrow procedure microblading instead of tattooing? 

I think Kelly is borderline on cosmetic procedures. Her face didn’t move when she was laughing. I also think that she could do better than the “milkman” character.

and its 3-D, like mine is out of the skin and looks like hair.  Not a clue how they do that either.  and while they're semi-permanent, its like for 2-3 years, touch ups will fix them right up.

I feel badly for her...her husband went through a mid life crisis and unfortunately, she is the recipient of all of his repressed anger and rage. We saw some of this from time to time like at the dinner table with her mother. All in all I have to say he's really a horrible person....and stupid. Texting those awful messages to Shannon was dumb and cruel. He didn't think she would share those with her attorney and the court? Not only that, she's the mother of his children...his daughters no less. This is what they see a man doing to a woman and how they are supposed to process this? Same here.....I'm 54 and my eyebrows are nothing special, best money I spent in a long time.  We spend alot of the summer in pools and lakes and its so incredibly awesome to have eyebrows when in the pool  LOL  its the little things.  Tamra's are nice too, I like the color.

I think Eddie’s health is having an effect on Tamra. I think she’s in need of more sex. Telling the matchmaker that David was...well, very un-endowed (1/2”) was just not necessary. Also the milkman is Kelly’s Mr Big? Please tell me I didn’t remember that part correctly.

Well the past few seasons he's had to be the sounding board to Tamra's dysfunctional on again/off again relationship with Vicki which eventually led to stories being shared about him as an attempt to hurt Tamra. Now that that feud has settled, he's gotta deal with heart issues and adjusting to a different lifestyle. He's had a lot of shit thrown his way the past few years so while the gym may not be doing well and could be some source of stress, I wouldn't be surprised if the gym is actually the least of his worries. They may have a lot of money invested in the gym but they don't strike me as living well beyond their means. We don't see them with a driveway full of luxury vehicles or living in an oversized mansion with expensive customized furnishings. Their home was a relatively humble 1.5M which seems quite affordable given the amount of cheques Tamra has collected over her RH years, not including whatever it is Eddie did before and the money he made from it. I do like Eddie and hope that he can overcome all the challenges that has got him in a funk. I honestly think that Tamra is the best version of herself when she's with him and having watched Tamra through the years, that says a lot, haha.

Shannon's marriage/divorce story arc is over.

I totally agree with the bolded part.  This also doesn't bode well for her as an event planner.  Let's look at the situation.  Its the HW's for gods sake.  They are loud, obnoxious, big drinkers who almost never have manners.  She knows Tamra and has seen these chicks in action.  If things need to be quiet at 10pm, don't have the party at your house (a good party planner would know this).  Also, the husband, no matter how spun he was, should not have yelled.  It is rude and this show is paying his dumbass to film at his house (speculating) and paying his wife (so he can dump her, again, speculating).  I think he is a drama queen and I think she has called him a dick to her friends often.

I got eyeliner tattoos about 3 or 4 years ago.  I'm very near-sighted and it was hard to put on when I just wore glasses.   I'd like to do eyebrows next.
