bravofan27 May 24, 2016 Share May 24, 2016 The nanny is awesome. She is like the perfect mediator. Cameron is big time excited about being in Patricia's circle. She can make a shit ton of money because Patricia only knows rich people. I get why Cameron wants to stay loyal, I think it's a business decision. That said, she's really been a bitch this season. Craig was chewing tobacco in his scene with Naomi at the cabin. His left cheek was lopsided and he was sucking on something. Craig was sure fast to let Kathryn know, all of a sudden after his discovery that Whitney is really burned, that she now shouldn't care. Okayyyyyy. Is Whitney's LA place rented for production? It looks like a house you see on porn. I don't think he really lives there. 24 Link to comment

Popular Post hoosier80 May 24, 2016 Popular Post Share May 24, 2016 Thomas was seriously thinking of going out to LA, saying oh the due date is still a week away (or her induction date). Holy crap, what an asshat. Kathryn was on bedrest, doctor ordered so they said. Even if he thought she was playing up her difficult pregnancy, they just don't admit you to the hospital because you want to cause drama. She'd already been in the hospital for high blood pressure I believe. Even if it were a normal pregnancy, babies do not necessarily follow the schedule. How many times do we see the baby arriving early before the parents can get to the hospital stories? Heck, I arrived about 3 weeks early way back in the stone ages. He wants to PLAY Daddy, he's not really down with being a day-to-day father, as it would interrupt his social life. He still wants to drink, screw random women/girls, and be that 20 something forever. Whitney is just an ass. He's either pissed off that Kathryn took away or is taking time away from his good buddy (either his drinking pal or maybe he does have the hots for Thomas - he has always pinged my gaydar, but whatever). Thomas looks to be into chicks, so if you are gay or bi, Whitney, it was never going to happen. Option B is that he was invested in Kathryn in some way. I still think Patricia told him to pursue a woman from an old name family in the south. Patricia may have the money, but she does not have the old South lineage. Maybe that was it, or maybe he did or was developing feelings for Kathyrn, or maybe he wanted her to be his beard. There is something more there. That he reacted the way he did towards Craig does make me think that Craig hit a big old nerve. Then Whitney acted like a little bitch, running away, taking his boot licker Cameran with him, then running back to mommy to then come up with witty one liners. His one line about Craig having to apologize on all fours, something he was good at? Just so gross. Then he tells Craig in previews that he was much more amusing in his former persona. Like Craig is just a little pet for his royal amusement. If Craig didn't need the paycheck, I'd tell them to piss off - all of them. Naomi got all pissed too - I'm thinking she doesn't want kicked off the show. Oh and Whitney "singing" playing his original song. What in the holy hell was that? The poor woman posing as his girlfriend could barely stop laughing. His house did look like a porn movie set. There's no way he owns that unless Pat forked over some money. While Kathyrn has had her share of freak outs, hello she's very pregnant at this point, so I'm sure the whole situation she's in plus raging hormones do not help. 28 Link to comment

It's so clear that Cameran is thirsting for access to Drunkie-O's Rolodex of rich assholes who buy superfluous houses. Plus she's been on this reality fame ride before and knows that this shit doesn't last so it's better to plan for the lean years. But she doesn't need roll her eyes and have such epic stank face. There is a way to be above the fray and ignore to Thomas/Kathryn foolishness, while not coming off like a judgmental cow. I don't know why these dipshits don't seem to understand that both Craig and Shep were given the roles as Kathryn proxies. It's not so much that they like her and it's more because they're least bothered by her. And if the rest of these morons like this Bravo cash they'd do well to be a little bit more tolerant of Kathryn because without her this show quickly turns into Miami Social, Most Eligible Dallas, and The New Atlanta. If you can't recall any of the details of those shows, that is my precise point. If these idiots are sucking up to Whitless because he's a producer, they can keep hoovering because they ain't getting shit from. He ain't in charge of shit. Kathryn would be gone if he had any power. Craig wouldn't be coming out to L.A. if he had any power. It was so clear that the real producers told him in no uncertain terms that they wouldn't film if it was just Whit and Shep in L.A. Despite the producer credit, the real producers have no problems portraying him as a creepy loser. Whitney's real problem isn't that he caught feelings for Kathryn. It's that is that she embarrassed him twice: the first when she banged him for a week just to get an invitation to a party where Thomas would be and the second when she and Thomas hijacked the show he pitched and produces, relegating him to an almost friend of role. I'm sure mama's fancy boy thought that this would be his big break where he could make a name for himself and be southern, monied, and cool. But that no good trash from Monck's Corner came in there and stole his opportunity away. Kathryn is childish and manipulative, but I don't think these guys realize just how childish and immature it makes them look when they scoff at her when she's making objective sense. For example her discomfort at Thomas being 3000 miles away the week before they induce on a difficult pregnancy. 28 Link to comment

Once again, Thomas' relationship with Whitless either has or should change because Thomas is a father of two. Doing dipshit things with Whitless after a renob show should be far lower on Thomas' priorities because he has children to care for. How do none of them see that Thomas has to grow up? Why won't they listen to Dawn? She's making all of the sense. Maybe that explains why the rest of cast is sounding stupider and more unreasonable. Dawn has stolen all of the sense in Charleston. Just listen to Dawn. She's the one in the uniform/scrubs. I wonder how Whitney is going to address him calling Kathryn a liar and the editors contradicting him at every turn. Larissa's Stella Adler classes are working. She no longer looks like someone who wants to vomit at the sight of him. What exactly does Whitney do in L.A.? He doesn't seem to have any active projects. Does she want to bring either of them to the others room if one was sleeping? Nope. I totally agree that Whit gets too riled up about Kathryn. And IMO, there is something else there. She dumped him for TRav. I think that hurt him greatly. Like or not but TRav made it very clear at the end of the show that with the birth of his son, the Ravenel name would be carried on. And no doubt to me that choosing Kathryn as the mother of his children had a lot to do with the 'stock' she comes from. 10 Link to comment

I just remembered that on last season's reunion, Andy called Kathryn and Thomas the Taylor and Burton of the cast. While I'm sure that meant nothing to most of the cast, it was probably was a huge blow to Whitney's ego. That was almost certainly the moment when he realized he had no chance of recapturing the narrative of the show and reframing it back towards his original intent. You can tell it's just curdling him, souring him from the inside out. To contrast Shep cracks on Craig, but you can tell that he isn't all that invested anymore. I don't know if it he rents or owns the LA place, but I do think that's where he may spend most of his time. Patricia even commented on Whitney's current loft space, and said that he has had three lofts in as many years, so that means that he rents a loft in Charleston whenever they are filming. And, apparently, the one he's in now must have been furnished. When Patricia mentioned something about "not being too sure about this pillow", Whit's reply was "So what - it's rented". 2 Link to comment
