Florida had several small labs where 100% of their results were positive. They immediately retested using different labs. Nobody is faking results because reality is horrible enough. And people who pass on this shit should lose their social media privileges until it's over.

As you've all surmised, this story is completely made up baloney.  All COVID samples sent to the lab have to be labelled with the name of the person being tested.  That person has to exist within the medical records system, all of which are online.  That means it cannot be a made-up name on the sample, it has to be linked to a person with a unique medical records number, a birthdate and contact information.  

Then, any COVID tests that are positive are automatically reported and, while contact tracing hasn't been the best due to the length of time it sometimes takes a week to come back, but any hospital doing testing is going to be contacting everyone with their results.  If a bunch of tubes are sent that are not labelled, they are automatically discarded.  That is standard lab protocol and labs that ignore that kind of thing will be shut down and fined.

A patient of mine, a nurse at one of the local hospitals, tested positive about a week ago.  I have thus far been contacted 3 times by the lab that did the test informing me of the result and outlining the steps they are taking to trace contacts, etc. and I'm her gynecologist, not her internist.

No way anyone is sending bogus samples to the lab and not getting caught and fired immediately. Amongst other things, there have been ongoing shortages of the swabs and testing equipment and every single item used has to be accounted for.  I know several nurses who've worked at the testing sites, anytime they 'waste' a swab (it breaks, it falls on the floor and can't be used), they have to account for it and dispose of it in a special container so a count can be made of how much wastage there is.

Years ago, I worked at a place that had lovely grounds. People would always walk or have lunch outside. A co-worker had on a blouse with big flowers.... she was chased around by the geese. They are not toys.
