I had a lot of issues with NJ letting Teresa slide on so much - I think a lot of the folks who never got paid in full (or paid at all) were small businesses and that really didn't sit right with me. But Erika constantly juggling all these plates of deception coupled with her yes-men is too much. 

There's something very damaging & discouraging about watching this every week and frankly I don't know that I could do it at all without being able to vent here.

Big Kathy clearly effed her daughters up.  She died in 2002 and they both have meltdowns when talking about it.  (Not criticizing anyone getting teary over the loss of a parent, BTW.)

I keep saying that what really irks me about Erica is her speech cadence. She thinks she is the gun moll playing the sweetheart in a 1941 (or 39?) film. The way she spits out her words. She really bothers me.

Even if Big Kathy wasn't mother of the year, it sounds like Kathy loved her a great deal and still feels protective of her memory. I don't blame her. I'd feel the same way. It must have been really shocking and painful losing her when she was still quite young, only a year older than Kathy is now. 

I think Kathy is really adorable and sweet. Really enjoyed her this season.

I agree, Big Kathy pushed her daughters into acting for the money and then encouraging them to marry for money.  She was also married 4 times and a bar fly.  That’s why Kyle was driving illegally at 13 or 14.

That’s what’s going to have to happen to get it through Andy’s thick skull that normal, sane people DO NOT consider this entertainment, nor a good use of time.
