Not a property person but wouldn't long term be better to acquire properties and use them as rentals instead of flipping them?  I mean the long term gains would be better.

Well of course. Flipping is hard work, I can't imagine that Chuck and his crew of misfit toys can buy, quickly renovate, and flip properties fast, which is the whole key to flipping. They are idiots.

One of the best deals was at Holts when the Stuart Weitzman combat boots arrived late and went on sale. $149 from $750 or so.

Wowza. I would have bought some, even though I would have nowhere to ever wear them. What a buy!

Had jury duty Friday (have to go back for round 2 Thursday).  Because the walk to the courthouse is uphill and I’ve been as physical as a slug this whole time, I didn’t wear my mask until I got to the building.  It was heavenly ! But anywhere inside, I’m going to continue wearing a mask even after being vaccinated.

They were clearing out the Rebecca Minkoff bags and I got a wallet at $19. You just need to be at the right place at the right time and hit the final sale plus extra percent off. I visit some stuff til it drops.

Yara stayed with Mom Jovi for a month or more when she was pregnant and Non Jovi was away.  She should have either been looking forward to it again, because it was such a good time, or worried that she was imposing again.

Instead, Yara cries that she is all alone in a strange country again and again.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but I got a refurbished Dyson for half off on the Dyson eBay outlet store last Cyber Monday. And yes, it really is all that they say and yes, if I travel with it it's going in my carry-on.

In the early 2000s, I took my Tivo in my carry on...

My former hairdresser (a great hair dresser, but I can't afford her prices) has a Dyson dryer, but the employees get a discount.    I'll stick with my $25 cheapies, I'm not worth $400.    Like that L'Oreal commercial where the women said they spent more for that hair color, and they're worth it--I'm not spending that much on hair color or anything else.    I may be cheap, but I'm not shelling out big bucks, for hair color, cuts, or dryers.  When I can do my own hair color for less than $10 when even when I use two kits, and it takes 30 minutes once a month, and get a great haircut at a chain place, for less than $20, then I'm not spending $200 including tip at the other place.   Besides, that was at Ulta, and good luck escaping that place just paying for the color and cut, and not picking up a lot more stuff to add to your bill before you get to the cashier desk.

I love my $25 or less big box store hair dryers, and if I drop one and it cracks, or I occasionally get a bad one that doesn't work, I don't care.   For the price of a Dyson, I can get a bunch of my cheap ones that work very well (and if I clean the screen off regularly, they last a long time).

Andrei and Chuck, truly the gruesome twosome.

Daddy Brandon, and Betty are so creepy.

By the way, Green Cards aren't really green.   I was surprised to find that out (I used to work in a library, and people left the most critical stuff in our copier).

I'm happy for Julia.    I wonder if Daddy Brandon has a special wedding song with each marriage, or does he reuse them?

I need to send a condolence card to the crew, for whoever had to film Angela, and her escaping nipples, and the poor person who had to blur them out, and anyone else on production that had to live through that.

So it was still about $200? I just can’t do it, but did splurge on a Dyson vacuum. That’s all you need to know about my sad pathetic life

Could do without the horrible music.    Sad parting...

My girlfriend was watching reruns of "The L-Word" today (the show that dares to expose the truth that women routinely take off their clothes and get into hot tubs to make out with naked women they don't know 🙄 ) and the music on that show is the worst!

They act like the people watching the current season have never seen any of the previous seasons.  Yara and Gwen have spent a lot of time together.

Me too, Boston. I went to Market Basket in Nashua a few days ago and I didn’t have to wear a mask. So liberating.

My ex loved my Dyson vacuum—said more men needed to know about it. I never had to vacuum while we were together. Wonder if I should put my vacuum on my dating profile?

Here, things get fully lifted on the 15th, so we’ll see but most places still want you to wear them inside.  I made it all the way to Friday and had to report, but they aren’t doing the big room full of people, now you just go directly to the courtroom in small batches.  There were only 7 of us in this pool.  I guess they do more weeding out on Thursday.

You are worth it but I get your point!

I was going to get a Dyson but I went with a Sebo. German manufactured and made. Best thing ever!
