After the first couple of episodes this season, I left and spent my time watching another reality show, whose final episode was last night.  I am afraid to try and come back to this nightmare.

Lisa did send a representative. She couldn't send one of the Johns because that would have led to a giant fight with Teddi accusing them of all kind of things. Lisa was never going to cycle. She doesn't do physical activity as evidenced on how she stayed on the beach while the rest of the women went into the water in the Bahama's. There was a representative there with some puppies and all the information that anyone could want. Lisa just didn't walk into a set up where all of the women could attack her. That is why she is now divorced from the rest of the show. She doesn't need to go to be attacked by the likes of Rinna, Erica, Teddi or especially Dorito. It is beneath her dignity and Bravo can not or will not force her to endure it.

Lisa had a competing event being filmed by Bravo at the same time. If it was a problem they would not have filmed it and insisted on her going to the Cycle bullshit to be a piñata.

And it can never be said enough.

First time poster here. 

Just wanted to say that I agree with most of you in the thinking that what has happened with these women against LVP this season is bullshit.

I’d also like to add that what Kyle did last night was beyond the pale in another way. If she believed LVP did this that’s fine. She can believe that. But after what LVP has been through with her brother it was an ill-advised time to bring it up with her. There was no reason to march into LVP’s house and start throwing around accusations when she has no proof over something so insanely stupid. Because this entire thing is just so dumb. I get where LVP is coming from when she says she’ll never forgive her, because for Kyle to think her need to be honest was more important than treating LVP with compassion at a very difficult time shows a complete lack of caring for someone she claimed to love. Whether or not LVP did anything is a non-issue for me at this point. It was not an important enough problem and didn’t effect her even a small amount and she walked in there like she was owed an explanation for LVP’s behavior.

I’d have ordered her out of my house too.

And Dorit can take her faux tears and pearl clutching and shove it. I see no reason why I should have any sympathy for her imagined slights against her kids when she has no regard or sympathy for the fact that LVP is dealing with a horrible real life tragedy.

Over the last couple of seasons, I had lost my fondness for LVP, and for Kyle, that happened LONG ago.  I don't trust Kyle at all and find her very sneaky.  ?She's a very insecure person and it shows in the way she contorts herself.  Most of the time she is so self conscious about her body, that it makes me uncomfortable to watch her.   Can't stand her nor her sister Kim.

Anyway, I do feel that LVP was being truthful about not planting the story with Radar.  She seemed truly hurt of Kyle's accusations and I know that there is NO FEELING like being falsely accused of something that you didn't do. It's HORRIBLE. That kind of pain hurts to the bone.  So, I do sympathize with LVP getting that treatment from a so-called friend. Right.  No friend for sure.  It was as if, it didn't matter what LVP said, Kyle had her lines down and she was going to read them regardless!  lol  

But, even if I were to assume, just for the sake of argument, that LVP DID plant the story.......I don't care. To me, Dorit is still in the wrong and LVP is still more in the right.  So, perhaps, some good has come from this and that is that LVP has gotten some BS out of her life.  She doesn't need Kyle and her foolishness.  I really hope that LVP is not foolish enough to give Kyle another chance to get her foot in her door.

Ken has every right to defend his wife in his own house. She was distraught at the back stabbing betrayal of a so called friend.  

Mauricio went after Brandi in a restaurant. Paul got into it to defend Adrienne. Joyce's husband defended her. Husbands get involved all the time. It is the rule not the exception. The only housewives whose husbands don't defend and get involved are the ones with no husband (Brandi, Kim) or the ones who have husbands that don't love them (Yolanda, Rinna, Camille, Erica). Otherwise the husbands are right in there just like Ken all the time.

If anything Ken was too nice. He shouldn't have interacted with Kyle at all. He should have just asked her to leave his house and to never come back.

Because it can never be said enough.

This especially, though, is borne out not only by what you stated here, but also Kyle's statement to the others that she told Lisa that she not only was going to the spin event, but that she had a luncheon commitment afterward. It was obvious that Lisa had no idea about the luncheon and just cheerfully said, no problem, just come afterward.

Kyle didn't say anything either to Lisa or the coven that suggested Lisa knew anything about the luncheon, nor did anyone else at the table question Lisa's absence.

It's kind of funny and kind of cringey that the supporting cast assumed everyone would side with them. It really shows how far their heads are up their own asses. I think Juneau Gal was spot on when she talked about how watching a mean girls gang up, complete with sets ups and accusations and mocking and facial expressions is just not fun, especially when their victim is someone who is grieving. 

God, what must they think of the fans of this show if they think we would enjoy that and side with them in this situation. Quite telling really.

It seems unlikely that Vanderpump Dogs could be a show unless they get into the people who are adopting the dogs. That would have a limited appeal since they would only want to give it to good people. If bad people got puppies and abused them it would be dramatic but completely against the purpose of the charity.

If the show is about the love life of the workers then they would be much better served by giving Lisa a show about her new bar in Vegas. Bars lend themselves to story lines with alcohol fueled bad behavior. I never thought that there would be a spin off with Vanderpump Dogs. It just doesn't compute. 

It is just a figment of Lisa Rinna's diseased brain.

I said it's weird that the dog's feet never seem to touch the ground, and when it was pointed out to me that she had the means to keep an animal alive, I said that it wasn't always the best choice. Not everyone in the world sees dogs as fur babies with the rights of humans, paraded around in public and shitting in the ice cream aisle at Publix.  They see them as feral pack animals suitable for consumption.  They’re killed pretty much the same way as any other animal used for meat.  I don’t want dogs eaten or abused, but people like LVP who try to turn them into babies is fucking annoying.   People also eat monkeys.  Maybe she should try to turn a chimp into a baby and see how that works for her in about 12 years. 

Is Erika Jayne a porn actress?  Her talking heads with the short wig are sort of performance art, but her actual interactions and wigs are not as much fun.

and why would LVP think that grotty old dog jiggly could be in the puppy bowl?  That dog was old when I last watched this, which had to be 2013.

I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out what  Kyle was trying to stand up for - the issue that is so important as an example to her girls.   If she wants to show that she stands up for what's right, maybe she should  resist  mob mentality and go with evidence and proof before accusing a person of anything.   Maybe she should have said STOP GOSSIPING  and maybe she should stop gossiping herself.  

Oh face it production leaked the story!

The only  wrongful act was the disposal of a dog and then of course screaming at someone in their own home trying to coerce a confession.  

Erika is disgusting.  She  should be a little sensitive to the issue of evidence and the idea a person is  innocent until proven guilty after living so many years with a lawyer. But no, if you suspect something then it's true.  I suspect she's an idiot and has no scruples whatsoever.  I guess that's true based on her own logic. 

When this all broke out at the dog center,  Kyle was MAD that LVP was NOT calling out Dorit!  She felt it was UNFAIR that Dorit got a FREE pass. See where I'm going with this?   Hey, just maybe Teddie and Kyle wanted to use this dog thing against Dorit to get rid of her once and for all, and when Lisa wouldn't back them up they decided to turn on Lisa to punish her.

The hardest decision we animal lovers have to make is when to say "enough".  But it is a personal decision, between you and your trusted vet, and no outsider knows better.

Also, Giggy can not only walk - HE can run.  Just because he's old and sick doesn't mean he has no quality of life.

But LVP manipulated me into it.  You see she convinced the dog to sit at my feet and look longingly at me and the cheesecake (soooooo good!) and I felt forced into sharing.  I have no backbone you see.

And then, when the dog went into sugar fueled energy.  So I tried to corral the dog.  But it didn't work.  In the words of the immortal Sheriff Brody " You're going to need a bigger kennel".

Hangs head. I admit it!  I was irresponsible and overestimated my time and ability to properly care for a dog. Also the effects of sugar.

Boy if KungFuBunny and I were Ho wives, PuppyGate would have been over in 15 minutes.  If that.

I don't like little dogs. I especially hate chihuahuas. They're lucky other people love them, I do not.  The only small ones I'm drawn to are pugs, french bull dogs or brown weenie dogs. That's it. 

I'm a big or robust dog person and I prefer short slick fur when it comes to dogs and cats (I don't care for Persians). Give me a bull dog, an English bull terrier, German shorthaired pointer, a weimaraner, a mastiff, a great dane, a blood hound, a rottie. I like pit bulls, retrievers, springer spaniels, even giant poodles as long as they look like dogs and not topiaries.

Most any big dogs & all police dogs I'll beg to pet, but little ones... aside from pugs, french bulls and dachshunds, no. I'm kind to them and will pet them if they come up but approach one or ask to pet it ... no, hold it definitely not. 

Someone would never know I didn't like their little dog unless they know I don't like little dogs. I usually say something kind about their dog along with "I'm a cat person" but that would be shot to shit if they see me around a big dog.

If they had a baby goat I'd go ape shit fawning over it and want to take it home.

Also, Giggy can not only walk - HE can run.  Just because he's old and sick doesn't mean he has no quality of life.

My old man is showing more and more signs of his age lately. It breaks my heart to even think about having to let him go. He can still do things, but he is slower and his hearing isn't good. He does still have his puppy moments, though, especially when he gets to play in the snow or his arch-nemesis squirrel is fucking with him from the utility pole. When he stops begging for cucumber slices is when I'll really start to worry.

I would hope that Ken & Lisa would do what is best for Giggy, regardless of their feelings. Lisa did put the kibosh on cloning him for Ken by saying that they couldn't justify that expense when there were so many other dogs that need forever homes. Kudos to them for that.

I would like to know more about this Momoa trolling, @dosodog. Are there weekly meetings?

Amen, @Giselle WRT the big dog love. The more a dog looks like something I could ride, the cuter I think it is. I have two pits right now and would love to add an Irish wolfhound, sheepdog, and bloodhound to the household.

* Not that the way "we" treat "food animals" is something to be admired; it's not at all.
