Yolanda Foster posted an image of her daughter Bella being treated for Lyme disease amid doubts over the family's health.

 

The Dutch former model, 52, posted the photograph to her Instagram page on Tuesday night after a bombshell episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

 

The picture, taken last year, showed the 19-year-old model in bed receiving fluids through an IV with her mother by her side.

 

Yolanda has been battling Lyme disease since 2012 and she revealed in October that both Bella and her son Anwar, 16, were diagnosed at the same time.

As a mom, I am not okay with Yo posting this picture of Bella.  It smacks of Yo's typical self-serving nature.  Bella looks miserable, and there's Yo, being the all-caring mama bear, with a half-smile that says, "See?  I wasn't lying!  Bella's sick too!  Look!  She has an IV, just like mine!"  And heaven only knows what's being pumped into Bella's veins.

 

Wow, this gets under my skin for reasons I can't even verbalize.

So I did a quick Google and Yolanda herself proclaimed at the Lyme gala that Bella and Anwar were diagnosed in "early 2012." Now, she is writing that Bella was diagnosed at the end of 2013. Both dates confirm that she would have known about the Lyme before the DUI but how does one come up with a two-year difference on the timeline? It's details like this that make me question whether or not Yolanda is actually mentally ill or just consciously and persistently leveraging Lyme for her own self-aggrandizement.

Thanks for posting.  I didn't read all the comments but the ones I did read were overwhelmingly negative.  In her blog she says that they've been in extensive 'holistic' treatment.  She also says Anwar still does regular Ozone/UVI treatments and has had great success with LDI. I am glad to say that he is doing much better and finished a football season with great scores and healthy energy.

 

Bella is traveling doing fashion shows.  So why is she posting this crap?  She's the one who says that she looks at the glass half full instead of half empty.  She also says she has nothing to prove.

Any breast implant is place either under the skin -epidermis or under the pectoral muscles. In order for the silicone to travel INTO HER chest cavity, It would travel between her rib and past the layers that encase her lungs, heart etc....Had they needed to go into her chest they would have had to have cracked her ribcage.

 

She is full of FN shiat.....Also, her claim that HER operation/situation was the worst the doctor has ever seen was funny.

Perusing books and literature - and posing for photos while doing it - does nothing for any disease. IF anything? It gets you even MORE paranoid and every symptom you come across manifests itself in your mind. I was a medical record clerk and read 1000's of reports, histories, operating and discharge reports and it got to the point where I needed to stop reading, I was making myself sick.

Her so -called research is nothing more than fodder for her next gala fund raiser.

Yolanda claims she could breathe better once they removed the implants from on top of her lungs.  I am quite certain the lungs are under the ribcage.  Maybe not in Dutch Supermodels but last time I checked they were in us mere mortals. 

 

I think Yolanda stumbled upon the Perfect Storm of hacks.  Those doctors have her with heavy metal toxicity which is generally not found in the standard population. 

 

Anybody notice the implants were now 26 years ago and not 20 years ago.

I find it hard to sympathize with Yoalnda when she goes after the other women for talking about her condition.  If they don't bone up on her condition, they are thoughtless, if they do and have questions about one of her 1 million and counting inconsistencies, they are horrible people.  I would think people in Yolanda's circle (I hate that word now) are pretty much just confused.  It is nice her ex-husbands stand by her but my guess is if they were to be treated as pariahs they jump ship in a minute. 

 

At this point and it is a little on the dramatic side, I think Yolanda is committing child abuse on Anwar if she is subjecting him to any of this crap or a questionable diagnosis.  It is bad enough she does it to herself but to the kids.  Maybe Munchausen by Proxy isn't such a far out idea.  Munchausen and then Munchausen by Proxy.   It seems once sympathy died down for Yolanda she came in with the big guns, silicone poisoning, metal toxicity, removing her teeth again, and now her poor sick babies.

That Instgram photo...I go straight to a place of deep, deep cynicism.  They're both models who were/are successful enough to earn a living at it.  Their job consists of crafting images that sell concepts and products, or at least moving their bodies and faces to sell said concepts/products.  So...nope, I don't buy that picture as proof of some kind of illness.  Doesn't mean she doesn't have Lyme, or that I expect some kind of definitive answer (I'd rather this not be a discussion point at all, but Yolanda fed it to the cameras and Kyle ran with it) because this is so far into Not My Business I can't even (yet clearly I can because here I sit).  

 

I'm also sliding into a darker place with this whole...whatever the hell it is.  But, I think I'll save that rant for when Yolanda releases a book, because at that point, when she's fully claiming her authority and trying to impact what others do with respect to their health I can't write it off as reality television nonsense.  Then for me it becomes something different.  Until then, I'll continue to enjoy the fake song lyrics and whatnot, 'cause they're awesome.

She disturbs me in a way I've rarely been with reality TV, because we are seeing the damage done to her children. We can't convince ourselves that her kids are safe somewhere offcamera. It's not even like with the OC women, where it's obvious their children have been affected, but the women try to keep up appearances. I guess maybe I could say this is just more "honest," but it's not even honest, as she seems to genuinely need to convince herself and convince the world that her children are seriously ill. That photo with Bella - she looks so happy and at peace, seeing her daughter ill and depleted. 

 

They used to make movies of the week about this type of parent. Frankly, maybe they should start again. It would be a wakeup call to the world.

 

It's horrifying. It's unspeakable.

 

Clearly Andy Cohen thinks it's ratings gold, but I will not watch anything that involves this woman.

I had a friend who's six year old was a holy terror - hitting people, screaming, demanding, way beyond bratty.  spoiled and out of control.  The mom NEVER once reprimanded her, always made excuses (oh she's tired, oh she's hungry, etc).  This kid would scream at her mother if she didn't have strawberries in the house, and the mom would apologize and race to the store.   She would do the same in school, and the teacher wasn't having it.   When she would be put in time-out, the kid would go ballistic and scream that the teacher was going to lose her job. 

 

The school called meetings with both parents.   The father thinks they need to put down rules, consequences, etc., but the Mom says there is nothing wrong.  Not her child.   She takes the kid to the doctor.   They recommend a child psychologist.  They go see this doctor.   Well, after an evaluation (which wasn't hard), he agreed that she's just out of control - there is nothing wrong medically, but she needs to set boundaries, etc. 

 

This mom wasn't having it.  It couldn't possibly be her, the way she was raising the child, and her child was perfect.   The mom went from dr to dr seriously hoping for a medical issue.   She just snapped and wanted the doctors to do exploratory surgery to find out what was wrong!!!   When they obviously refused, she went crazy. 

 

When the wife and husband ended up getting a divorce, and the kid was with their dad, he set rules, didn't put up with the stuff, and what a miracle.  When she did something wrong there were consequences, etc.   The kid straightened up, made friends, no more trouble in school.  The only time she continued to act up was when she was with her mom.

 

So, sorry for the long post, but this reminds me of Yo & Bella.   Bella gets a DUI and wham, it's not Bella doing something wrong, its all because she's ill.   Bella can't finish school, why? because she's sick.  She's handing this kid an excuse for anything in life that gets hard, doesn't go her way, and is only teaching her that an IV of God knows what will cure it.

I can't help but wonder how much Bella is part of this because it wins her a higher standing.  Gigi likely will always be more famous and that will never be trumped in Yolanda's eyes.  But now Bella and Anwar both have a jump over the celebutant of the family by letting themselves be Yolanda proxies in her illness and sick delusions.  And Yolanda is crafty.  She knows all she has to do is have her kids looked at by one specialist for Lyme and his ethics means she gets to craft the public narrative. "under his care".  She uses words just like her ex-husband in his instagrams.   Leave a true meaning out and make sure to imply just enough to have people assume what you want.  I can't imagine what levels of success this woman might achieve if she focused so much on something simply worthwhile. Business, art, music, charity.  The problem is like most crafty and cunning people who manage to attain success, they never do anything to remedy the fact that they simply are not that bright.  Kris Jenner is of course a poster child for that.  Why improve when you can get what you want without actually having a speck of substance.  Yolanda takes it further because she is trying to pretend she has so much substance.  Because the Lyme...And now she has family sized it. 

 

ETA:  Pete Martell  you are so right about the tv movie thing.  It kind of has that overly sinister Lifetime movie aspect to it.

How bad a guy can David F be if his step kids love him?  I just can't hate on the guy.  He was very caring towards Yolanda's mother as well in the few scenes we saw.  Mohamed seems a decent sort as well. 

 

If I was Yo I certainly wouldn't have posted that picture of her and Bella.  I think Bella's body language speaks volumes; she is turning away from her who is looking at her in a clingy, puppy dog way.  And they are both laying in the same bed.  Too much.

Interesting.  The sleeves in the beginning puffed out and just below the elbow were pretty awful unless  you are into the Michelin Man look, some stunning clothes and I am not certain but it seemed there were over 60 models.  It would seem everyone got a job that day.  I like Kendall's dress the best.  Does anyone know who the model at then end was?

Mica Arganaraz was the first model out and the last model as well. Definitely over 60 models, that's not large for Chanel. The theme was ecology, Gigi's dress was partly made out of wood.

For starters, it looks like an infusion pump, not a typical IV drip she has hooked up.

 

These idiots are going to get called on their twattery and I hope it's soon - I would NOT be surprised to hear of some kind of serious medical emergency/infection from them pricking themselves at home.

 

p.s. where is the bad of whatever she is being infused with? And WHAT is it?

What makes me laugh is that she did post the day after the show and so I start seeing things that aren't there.  I hope to god they aren't there.  But with her arm over her head and her head turned to the side its looks like it is a take on that signature look used for models to pose in haute couture where they bend at the waist a bit and twist a little to give the body a more architectural line.  I'm wondering if Yolanda is actually looking at her or at the off the screen laptop they have set up and send the pictures as they taken to so Yolanda can edit while she poses.

I thought it was an infusion pump too at first, but at closer look I believe it is a cell phone.

The truly weird thing about the photo is that it was taken from above. Did the photographer get out a ladder to take the photo? The whole thing is beyond the pale. Totally feeling Munchhausen's by Proxy is a definite possibility.

It's all FN posed and calculated. Every photo I see makes me laugh - I seem to remember her being on set for some of the kid's photo shoots and playing 'helicopter mom'? Every photo is carefully staged and I have no doubt that there is either a camera mounted over the bed or Yo's creepy lifestyle gal standing on the bed taking photos.

I rubber neck the hell out of Yolanda and Brandi's twitter/instagram.  So now I have those teeth in my brain. Ah, the price I pay to see idiocy at play. Anyway, I just saw that Yolanda, the freak, has a post about Bella, where she again makes it all about herself, with the added picture showing them both in bed, with an IV front and center stuck in Bella's arm. Seriously, Yolanda is fucked up. 

This is turning into a sick Lifetime movie. The movie starts with mommy and daughter in the bed with an IV and ends with prince charming convincing lovely daughter to get away from crazy mommy and move far away to live happily ever after.

 

I feel sorry for Gigi, Anwar and Bella. I imagine that they want to be supportive but are skeptical of Yolanda's illness too.

See, for a long time, I've thought that Yolanda was genuinely dissociative and actually believed - or at least successfully convinced herself - of much of her narrative because she so confidently denied documented reality with the Ken assault allegation. But I now have to conclude that she's actively trolling her social media followers and fans of the show as well as intentionally and cynically exploiting the plight of those with post-Lyme-treatment symptoms. There's no other explanation for the wildly divergent timelines and the similar disparate stories about contraction. It's like she wants the attention the inconsistencies garner and she's aware she can always mischaracterize any response to those inconsistencies as impugning those with Lyme.

Interesting.  The sleeves in the beginning puffed out and just below the elbow were pretty awful unless  you are into the Michelin Man look, some stunning clothes and I am not certain but it seemed there were over 60 models.  It would seem everyone got a job that day.  I like Kendall's dress the best.  Does anyone know who the model at then end was? 

 

Out of all the models, Bella looked the most stunning to me.

I'd be the first person to say "sorry" if she posted something close to a REAL/VALID/APPROVED  treatment regime for any of her ills.

She has NEVER mentioned any steroids, meds or treatments - for her LD - that most of us have heard about.

 

And why is it we never see an IV bag in these photos? The only time we see anything close to it is when she is at one of her hocus-pocus appointments.

 

She never will lose any credibility in my eyes, she had none in the first place?

For someone who cannot read or write due to "Lyme brain", she sure posts a lot on social media.  Didn't Yo also take the US Citizenship test just a couple years back - I think during the time frame she says she has had Lyme disease or whatever variation she has today (Lyme du jour). If you can't read or write or think, how did she study and pass that exam? Ok, so it's day to day how you feel, but you'd have to study a while for that exam, not like you spent years in school learning US History and Government.  If I had Lyme disease, I'd be really po'd at this poseur.  

 

In the picture, Bella looks like she's thinking take the damned picture already.  I think Yo posted something about how they're being silent, suffering for her on her journey.  If they're really sick, isn't it THEIR journey.  Honestly, it's not all about you Yo.  And if the kids look pale and sickly, just maybe it's due to whatever the quack "doctors" are giving them, plus the colonics, plus the crazy diet you foist on your kids.

If I could have the perfect Yolanda thread, it would contain no more pictures OR links to Yolanda's procedures, surgeries, etc., either before or after the procedures.  Yolanda wants the publicity, and I refuse to give it to her any longer.  She is very obviously (to me) a sick woman who is posting her parts for a reaction.

 

I want to give credit to zoeysmom, who, in my opinion, had the good sense to tell us the subject of the pictures before we decided whether to click on the links.  It might be a thoughtful idea if all of us did the same.  Some of us would like to take a peek; others would not.  A few words about the picture would mean a lot.

The theme was ecology, Gigi's dress was partly made out of wood.

 

I don't get that.  How does making a dress out of wood say something about ecology?

 

I can't help but wonder how much Bella is part of this because it wins her a higher standing.  Gigi likely will always be more famous and that will never be trumped in Yolanda's eyes.  But now Bella and Anwar both have a jump over the celebutant of the family by letting themselves be Yolanda proxies in her illness and sick delusions.

 

This makes me feel much better about the whole thing, because now those kids both have a built-in excuse if they don't hit the fame level Gigi does.  In the end, maybe that'll make their mother satisfied allowing them to, y'know, live life as they want (albeit with the occasional IV infusion- or at least a photo that makes it look like that's happening).

He also beleive disease is caused by unhealed ancestral trauma and sleeping near microwaves amoung other things. He also believes the increase in Lyme disease could be because of global warming or government intervention.

Thanks for all the info on the good doctor.  I guess she does not need to blanket the kids with the whole "care" label to keep the narrative her own.  This guy sounds right up her alley.

 

So according to him I had cancer because, well maybe because, I had an ancestor who was a complete dick?  Better get out my genealogy because I have plenty of royal ancestors thanks to a descent from Louis XIII of France and James I of England that that lineage has to be littered with assholes.

That says quite a bit about a lot of things.....A few days ago I was reading about a man in China who has a 20 foot tape worm removed from his gut - he was into eating raw beef. He had gone to a few docs who couldn't figure out why he was having problems. I'll save the details as to HOW they found out he had a parasite?

I believe it is the rule of the board. The mod asked us to please put a description of what is in the link so they know what is legit and what is spam. I do want to give props to zoeysmom for providing us with the links to the various articles and such as they have been able to provide proof for many of the allegations. They have also provided proof of YoFo's lies.

YoFo not only took the citizenship test during the time she "literally fell off the planet" and spent "7 months in bed" (or 5, or 9, depending which interview you read), but she also filmed the show! The timeline of her 7 months in bed is on page 40. It included going to the Grammys.

Yes, that's him. I believe Wirewrap was the one who posted a link about this "doctor" which is why I refer to him a s a quack. He claims to have the cure for all kinds of diseases.

 

Mind you, YoFo was diagnosed with LD in Belgium, not here in the U.S.
