I think that’s a little different (former serious horse person😢). That’s a Farrier and you need to do an apprenticeship (Billy the farrier at my barn was awesome and talkative).

Thankfully no serious horse owner would let David within miles of their horses. I had a mare that was pretty nasty though. I was the only one she loved. I probably could have convinced her to bite and kick the fuck out of his ass. Ah - lost opportunities...

Very very minor. ETA again- maybe he can shoe Caitlyn’s horse. Though I highly doubt that poor horse has shoes or she gets it done on a regular basis.

You’re not missing much (even with edibles). IMO - the last couple Seasons sucked compared to the earlier ones. Which IMO was one of the best series on TV. Hysterical.

Well, back when I knew this particular person it was in the ‘60’s and he was known in Portland as a blacksmith and took care of all the horses at a riding school and camp. Maybe the titles are different now but he did train/apprentice with another blacksmith before hanging his shingle up and did various other blacksmithing work besides horse shoes.  

My point was that David calling himself a blacksmith with no training, no apprenticeship or even viable equipment is just ludicrous.

Now, granted, I had to look it up, but yes, there is such a thing as a federal attorney. From what Professor Google tells me, a federal attorney is "an attorney who has been admitted to practice before a Federal court for a particular jurisdiction." So, either she knows she has committed some federal offenses or she's going to sue the federal government for violating her rights under the 82nd Amendment.

A federally LICENSED attorney is a thing. I am one. I have a license to practice law in IL (the state bar granted it) and a federal license- a federal license is required to practice bankruptcy and appear in federal court. It’s much less involved than being licensed in a state level, mostly a bureaucracy thing.

This is a great point subtly made. Jenelle doesn't seem to get something critical here about "her" products. She's not actually out DEVELOPING anything. She's merely licensing her name, like Trump Steaks. That means there's nothing at all uniquely Jenellian about anything she's selling (or any of these bozos and their slapdick products, to be fair).
