Oh, I still think that the "bestie" was/is Josh, not Priscilla, and that the idea of this trip was to do several things: visit Josh, visit some comparatively sympathetic/supportive people, and drop off her kids for Bible school. That doesn't mean that she was actually able to visit Josh - several people have pointed out why that wouldn't have been possible - but I think she probably was hoping that an exception would be made for her.

But since she was unable to express that coherently in a simple, "Heading off to Texas to visit people and take my children to one of their favorite activities, Bible School. Hoping I can also visit my husband - but we'll see!" she really should not be on social media right now, even apart from all of the many, many other reasons she should not be on social media right now, at all.

IIRC Anna used to make comments implying how much better off she was compared to Prissy. Things like Anna was younger than her sister but married before her, she had more kids etc etc. I wonder if Prissy now feels superior? I know I wouldn’t want her life but she does seem content. And she’s definitely better off than Anna.

Not that I would wish Josh on anyone, but thank goodness he didn't marry Prissy because I think she would absolutely fall completely apart if put in Anna's position.

I can’t imagine my husband in prison for the same reason FF is and hanging with my sister or brother, as if my husband was on a 12 year business trip. 
I would be mortified and divorced in 3 seconds, but Anna most likely believes FF is innocent and he’ll get out any day now.

Priscilla turned 36 yesterday so she'd be 37 having number 7 if she stays on schedule.  She might exceed Anna or stay equal if she follows a frequent pattern of the last child around age 38.

His car lot was raided November 2019, so this pic is between then and the April 2021 arrest. 

I've wondered if Josh was high or drunk in some pictures from before the arrest.

Both her mother and her older sister continued to have babies beyond that... her mom had her last kid at 43, and Esther is currently pregnant with #13 at age 41. I'd be surprised if Priscilla didn't get to at least eight, and possibly ten.

The real question is whether Priscilla and David can continue their boy-girl-boy-girl pattern. 

Agree with whoever said Priscilla seems happy. Their beliefs are atrocious, but I think David at least treats his wife well and they both love their children. They're not in it for numbers.

I remember when Anna used to make those snide comments about being "better off" than Priscilla. That was awful of her to do that. I do not think that Priscilla has a "bad bone" in her body. She would never feel superior to Anna now or ever. Priscilla is a kind, sweet girl of a woman and would only feel pain for the situation that Anna is in now. I don't agree with Prissy's belief, obviously, but she is one genuine person. I would not mind living next door to her.

I keep wondering if Anna showed up at Seagoville thinking she would be allowed to see FF and tried the 'do you know who I am', 'surely you'll make an exception for me' crap and wound up having a little tantrum when told she has to follow the rules just like every other family member of an inmate. Every time I think about it, it makes me smile.

Anna definitely has a sense of entitlement, and I could totally see her trying to get the rules bent for her sake. I imagine that when she does get her way someone pays for it once she's behind closed doors. I bet she screams and throws things. I just don't see her as the stoic face she outwardly portrays.

I think both she and FF are going to be unpleasantly surprised when they realize they won't get special treatment just for existing anymore.   They've never really experienced that.  They tend to live in their little Fundy bubble where right up until he was convicted, he was still seen as special.   He wasn't in jail but out on bond, so other than a couple restrictions which probably didn't bother him much, he lived like he always did -- sitting on his fat ass waited on hand and foot by his hand maiden.   Even when he was with the FRC, they were like minded people who were using the Duggar name for their own ends.   So the FRC overlooked his lazy ass and her entitlement to get what THEY wanted.   Until he became toxic.  Then they went home to Arkansas where they could play the victim and still be treated special.   

Now he is just Inmate 789123.   He has to follow all the rules everyone else does.   She doesn't get to spend every moment with him.   She doesn't get extra visiting time because she is Anna - at least I have a husband - Duggar.   Dealing with the real world is going to be a huge shocker for both of them.

Twitter does make it harder for verified accounts to see responses, so even if she is checking her notifications regularly - and I doubt she is - she might not see many of those questions. So I'll give her a slight pass on the interaction part.

But not on the posting in the first place - something she should not be doing. And like you, I'm wondering why. Defiance? Attempt to return to some sort of normalcy? The first step towards trying to set up some sort of public defense of Josh? A detachment from reality?

I don't know. I just think that these posts show that she is not thinking clearly, and - not to get overly repetitive - she is in a very bad place emotionally/mentally, either in the middle of a complete breakdown or very close to one.

Preserving her eggs (younger rather than older)would be with an eye toward fertilization when FF gets out of prison, which is why I mentioned artificially stimulating her body to be able to conceive. Women LONG past menopause can still carry a pregnancy.

Jim Bob and Meech consulted with a fertility doctor. I don't think we can say very definitively what IBLP would dictate here. I can see objecting to creating and discarding multiple embryos as a line they wouldn't cross. But with Anna's eggs preserved, they can use her 34 year old eggs any time. Thaw and fertilize them, pop them into an artificially prepped Anna, and there you go. More arrows for Christ. I don't for a single second think anything more than MOREBABEEEEESSSS matters to her.

That was a TLC misdirect.  They actually saw a maternal fetal medicine specialist.  It was a TLC tease.  Michelle had her hormone levels checked to see if she was indeed past conceiving.

This probably says more about my taste in music than anything about Anna, but ever since Josh got shipped off to Texas, I’ve been picturing her as the woman in the Midnight Special song, showing up (in clothing distinctive enough to be identified by prisoners looking out the window) to pointlessly pester the warden about turning her man loose. I’ll be imagining the “don’t you know who I am?” line as part of this, now, making it even funnier.

My guess is she'll get banned in the first month.    She'll get one warning, and that will be it.  That's if FF puts her on the list of visitors.   The inmates have to put down a list of immediate relatives, and say yes or no to visits, so that might get interesting.
