He called Tammy Duckworth, a combat veteran of the Iraq war who lost both her legs, a coward and a fraud. I'm sure his blood would boil if that were said about a straight white male veteran. Tucker's top writer resigned after he was busted posting bigoted comments online towards Asians, black people, women, and I believe he threw some homophobia in there for good measure as well. I have no idea how the prick himself still has a job. There's a reason Tucker's show is called the "white power hour." SUNNY.   Has Sunny ever mentioned speech difficulties--or perhaps speech therapy as a child/teenager?

She has a stammer that's getting more pronounced as the weeks go on.   Am I the only one who notices?

Nope, Sunny's my girl and super smart but I've totally noticed too. She uses um in every other sentence. I don't remember her doing this as much before either. Hopefully she is okay. I wondered if it was due to recent anxiety or something.

I was trying to look behind Meghan to see the time capsule that she may have jumped out of...based on her eye shadow and white vinyl faux-crocodile jacket, she looked like she stepped out of the early 1970's.  I swear, my sister wore that same color eye shadow (painted on, as was Meghan's) and wore a very similar jacket in 1971!!!  Shades of Peggy Lipton in the "The Mod Squad"!!  

My other comment on today's show was that I feel horrible for that doctor from Texas.  What a shame that he is being penalized for making good use of leftover vaccines, following all the correct protocols and directives rather than toss them in the trash.  Compare that with the other story about DeSantis doling out vaccines to "friends and big contributors" - what hypocrisy are we dealing with here?  How could this doctor possibly be censured/charged with a crime in any way?  How ridiculous is that???  

Oh, and during Meghan's questioning segment with the doctor, two things stood out.  First, I think she almost asked him when and where "I, Meghan McCain, co-host of The View" will be able to get a vaccine, but she sort of stutter-stepped and caught herself, instead asking about the debacle the vaccine roll-out is.  I think she realized that she would have gotten ripped in the media again, if she asked what she really wanted to.

The second thing is - she asked him when he thought the country would be able to "get back to normal", or words to that effect.  The doctor sort of ignored her question, instead telling her what he misses and wants to get back to doing.  I honestly think that any health professional appearing on the show will NOT be answering Meghan's questions in regard to anything that she could use in the future to throw them under the bus in the same way she is doing with Dr. Fauci.  No health professional will want to hear Meghan, in six months or so, repeating their words completely out of context to suit her negative narrative.

Triple yikes on the eyeshadow.  When I thought she was doing her own I figured she was inept.  Now that we know she’s in a studio with makeup artist...wow they must hate her, but apparently she has no fashion sense either as she’s willing to go out like that.  Also I noticed in the Ron Johnson discussion she didn’t talk about him...she avoided the issues and went off on the insurrection itself...also getting in how “close” she was to the whole thing.  Ugh!

Yeah, I don’t get this.  You don’t want them to go to waste. I’m in the Seattle area and one provider had a freezer failure at night.  They contacted another provider nearby and gave them the doses to use.  They did shots between 11 pm and 2:30 am to pretty much anyone who could get there.  They prioritized the 65 and older people who could get ther,  but once those were done it was anyone else who could get to the place.  It’s not ideal in terms of priorities,  but nothing got wasted and that’s what was ultimately most important.

They’re flying there because they know if they have money they can get vaccinated.  And that should be stopped.  He did do pop ups in affluent areas, ignoring POC.  Florida isnt doing better than others as was pointed out and, if you look at that chart, most states are pretty much the same in terms of rates of vaccinations.  Don’t know where M gets her bad info.  But anything to support a Republican and/or diss a Democrat I guess.  Can’t believe she actually gave the correct numbers and still said Florida did better. Also CA has a population of almost 40 million and lost 135,000...not exactly a major exodus MeAgain.

Agree!  And don’t forget he recently did an entire segment on how the Biden’s don’t really love each other and that their affection is all for show and ratings.  Can he stoop any lower?

It's interesting to me,  the hosts of the show, and their appearances.   Sunny changes her hair from time to time, but then will stick to a style for a while, with minor changes.  Sarah will play around with different styles, but stay mostly in the same wheelhouse.  Both Sunny and Sarah use a lot of makeup, sometimes it looks great, other times it's overdone.  Sunny needs to dial back the contouring at times.    Whoopi and Joy have the same hair and makeup  for weeks at a time - they might make a change, but then stick to that style.  WIth all 4, there are only minor changes within one week of shows, normal variations in hair and makeup.

Meghan must think she is Tyra Banks.   Her style goes from one extreme to the opposite on a day-by-day basis.  Hairpieces, elaborate hair styles, shiny, glittery makeup and hair accessories,  bright colors, too much sparkle, and what she looks like today has no resemblance to what she looked like yesterday.  

What's weird is that the others pretty much know that their job is a silly talk show.  they give opinions, talk about news items and sell stuff,  Meghan is the only one who thinks that she is some sort of political pundit/personality/commentator,  who has serious influence over others' opinions.   But Meghan is the only one whose appearance makes it impossible to take her seriously.

I didnt think she was talking about Snowbirds as much as she meant retirees. It’s coincidence that the warm weather states are typically red. We’re going to retire in a couple years to FL but as much as I look forward to snowless winters, I dread the political climate.

A county map of FL shows exactly who got the vaxx. The 13% (or whatever) is definitely skewed in favor of wealthy counties.

Tucker gets his views honestly from his dad. You should check out the elder Carlson’s appearance in The Lady and The Dale for that whole back story.

OMG!!!  MeAgain really effed up today.  Did anyone notice she confused Linsey Davis, ABC's weekend news anchor, with NBC's Kristen Welker???  She went on and on saying she should be the sole moderator of any future presidential debates and she, as a conservative, appreciated the tough questions she asked.  Linsey smiled.  She's thinking of the final debate moderated by Welker, who did an excellent job and was applauded by both sides, including the former guy in the White House.  How embarrassing for Little Miss Know it All.  Confusing women of color of all things.  Wonder what her BFF Sunny thinks about that.  She's as dumb as a rock.  There are no words.

Linsey did moderate a Dem primary debate and was lauded for asking tough questions to Biden and Harris.  Meg may have been referencing that.

That's an interesting point. I have noticed that her accent comes out at certain times. You can hear it in the way she says "more" in this clip. I don't think her accent is a bad thing, but I can understand why she'd want to have a more neutral accent since she works on TV.

From the article posted above on Raw Story, MeAgain's diatribe from today's show, which made very little sense when I heard it on the show, but I was blinded by the blue lights, so I took the opportunity to read it.

Or a Democratic state. She also stated as fact that California will lose a congressional seat. Although several news outlets (including NBC News' Meet the Press) speculate that California will lose one seat, the U.S. Census Bureau will not have the reapportionment results ready until April 30, 2021!  Nobody knows for sure how the math will work out with the unannounced 2020 Census.

That doesn't really bother me but what does bother me is that Sunny never looks in the camera while talking.  She did this in the studio also.  She never looks at the person while talking.  She's always looking off to the side for some reason.

I can introduce her to dozens of family members, neighbors, former colleagues, and friends, who all moved to Florida from New England and New York because there are no income taxes there. They move from RI and MA  once they retire from well-paying jobs  because of the 'no income tax' in Florida on their seven-figure pensions, because they can buy a mansion down there for the same price as a three bedroom city home in the northeast, and because the weather is warmer in the winter. It has nothing to do with Florida being a 'well run state' - ever.

Between this, and her never looking directly at the camera (viewers) as someone else pointed out, I think she still has a bit of 'stage fright' being on TV. I've heard interviews with other TV personalities who have been on television for decades, and still get nervous when the light goes on telling them they are live on television. The light distracts them, their train of thought , their head movement, etc. Remember, Sunny spent most of her career in a court room, not in front of a TV camera.

Pretty sure if Florida had a Democratic governor she wouldn't be calling it a well run state.

She can cheerlead all she wants but the vaccine roll out in Florida isn't something to be proud of.  As Sunny and Whoopi both mentioned DeSantis is distributing vaccines in what he thinks is preferred areas while ignoring areas with many eligible people.

I'm honestly thinking that Meghan is only on The View for her own personal agenda - not to be a part of a team of co-hosts discussing events and news, but to boost her own popularity for whatever reason (as mentioned here - attention, press coverage, etc.)

I get that she is a Republican conservative, but sometimes, she is so outrageous in her comments that it is hard to believe that she actually believes what is coming out of her own mouth.  Is she just spewing this ridiculousness in order to advance her own personal agenda, which seems to be the "talk" of the media outlets later that day?  I'm beginning to believe that.  

She is becoming the definition of the phrase "legend in her own mind".

Yes, she's unlike any new mom I have ever known.  Most women, with a new baby are all about what the baby is doing, infant development,  feeding, toys, all baby-related stuff. NOT taking selfies, playing with outrageous hair and makeup.
