Mac and Felicia found out about Kevin keeping Ryan a secret off-screen, so did Lucy, Laura is ready to give up on her marriage within one day but has endless time to hold Ava's hand and feel sorry for her when Ava is STILL rude to her, and today Ava even went in on poor Felicia saying that her torment at Ryan's hands was worse. I knew they would mess up the fallout of this story but even still I'm amazed they did it this quickly and this completely. Laura as they are writing her must want Kevin to get killed if she is going around telling people that Kevin knew all along Ryan was alive. There was no need for Griffin or Anna to know that.

Also, how long has this been in GH-land? Kevin is flashing his hospital bracelet to people to identify himself so he doesn't have any ID on him yet. Does he have money or access to his accounts? Where is he staying if Laura won't let him come home?

Willow is again showing how shitty of a teacher she is if she is having a meeting about Charlotte's schooling with Charlotte's father and not-even-a-stepmother, without Charlotte's mother in attendance.

Wow, those "Ryan isn't dead until we find a body" anvils were dropping like crazy.  Got a headache by the 45 minute mark.

What have they done to Griffin.  Used to love him and now I just want to smack him upside the head and tell him to pull up his big boy pants.

What was the point of the Valentin/Alex scene if he's not scared of her threats and she didn't drop anything about Peter.

Alexis doesn't seem concerned enough when Molly tells her that Kristina has joined a cult and Kris is spouting nonsense that clearly sounds like she's in a cult.

Ah Willow, if you hadn't spent 345 minutes re-reading your good bye letter to the principal, Shiloh wouldn't have found you.  Also, does one write a  resignation letter these days, or does one send an email in 2019?  Also, what the heck was the letterhead on that letter?  Also, how did she get into the school?  She told Chase she was on March Break, which means the school is closed.  Oh show, how you fail thee.

Former teacher here...teachers where I worked had keys to their rooms and the building so they could get in if they needed to work in their rooms over the weekend or after hours.  Not sure how Nina and Valentin got in unless Willow left the outside door unlocked when she entered.

I can't believe the actor that plays Oscar was nominated for an Emmy! Like really? I've never liked him or his face, for some reason sorry. I did cry at his scene with Kim though yesterday. It's sad that he's dying young, but I really hope they go through with it.

Well, to be fair Lulu is now THE star investigative reporter who is working on leaking the Meuller report, so she really hasn't time for those kids she so desperately wanted

Ouch! And why oh why do people hang around that stupid pier? Man, I thought Y&R was going off the rails- it seems to be contagious!

Well come on! If they showed all of that on screen there wouldn’t have been enough time for Carly to disclose her pregnancy or Sony and Dante to escape Raj. Not to mention all the Jasam scenes. I mean, really, they’re the STARS of GH. We have to make sure they get their screen time. <sarc>

I'm not sure being ambushed in a classroom as she was packing her personal belongings before leaving for good while the school was on spring break makes her a terrible teacher.  I can't think of too many people who would have the foresight to have LuLu hanging with her in case the rest of Charlotte's family showed up while she was packing up her effects.

And the whole premise was ridiculous anyway. Why in the world would parents go to a (supposedly closed for break) school looking for a teacher? Did they never get over the childhood belief that teachers lived there? As much as I loved Willow being able to speak the truth because she was leaving, though, I think she should have gone further. IMO, Valentin is a pretty decent gray character until he gets around Nina.  Couldn't Shiloh suck Nina into his cult and disappear with her instead of Kristina or Willow?

I don't think it was a called meeting. I think that they randomly showed up during spring break (great job with believability, writers) and Willow rightfully let Nina have it.

They have to, right? He's a bad actor with a storyline where he should have died months ago. I can't stand Oscar and the one highlight of his story is Cam who could be better utilized with his brothers, anyway.

I guess it won’t be long till Valentin & Nina bribe USC (or in their case, Port Charles University) $500,000 for Charlotte “entrance exam”. Nina is now worse then Carly. I’m glad Willow told her Mother, er, Nina off.

As boring as I’ve found that poor, dying Oscar, I find Willow even more boring. I’d rather have Oscar live and Willow die than the other way around. I think Chase is cute, smart and interesting. Can’t we find another woman in PC who has some kind of spark, flash, sexiness or something to make her interesting?  Please? For Chase?

Sometimes you write an actual letter; it probably depends on your position/company culture. (The letterhead was school paper.)

LOL at the giant apple on Willow's desk. GH never is subtle. Another LOL at Nina's rather astounding about-face when Willow told her she was leaving. I liked Willow with the gloves off.

How much drunken sobbing are we going to have to see with Ava? I don't feel like this is telling me anything about her pain, since it's not too different from how she behaves when things go wrong for her. She wallows in booze and self-pity.

This Dawn of Day stuff is SO BORING. The pacing is terrible, and we know Jason will eventually save the day. Zzz.

Alex's WSB escort's suit fit him so badly. How could he look so terrible and his partner looked so good?

So with just the name "Willow", Shiloh knows which Willow it is, and can hunt her down at her classroom during school break?  Maybe Sam should ask Shiloh to go into the P.I. business, instead.

Isn't it great how despite being blind, Alex can still have perfectly applied eye shadow/mascara so she looks good when the bandages come off.

Can Ryan pop up and try to grab Ava, because I think that would be the only thing that will pull her out her drunken feeling sorry for herself and she begs other people to agree that she deserved her daughter getting killed or much more worse her life is.

If Ryan returns, angry and wanting kill him Ava would be watchable than what I am seeing now.

After Julian took Ava home, he should have stayed with her after she sobered up and then tried talking to her.

My bias re: those characters aside, it's just bad soap.  Finding out that their best friend, their ex-husband, someone they helped deal with the trauma of Ryan, someone they trusted, betrayed them in such a huge, devastating way could have been such a memorable moment.

I thought the same when Mac was expositing to Kevin more stuff we didn't get to see, that Felicia has been truly shattered by this, with the changing of locks and the screaming nightmares and the like.  I'm glad Mac's pissed and planning to stay that way.  And Felicia too, I wasn't liking her being all, "Bygones!" about it at the beginning of their conversation so I was relieved when she laid out for Kevin that she can't just forget what he did even if she sorta understands why he did it.  Which fair enough because I feel like Jon Lindstrom is playing Kevin's remorse kinda blandly so far.

So who punched Kevin?  I'm sure we're supposed to think it's Ryan, but I'm guessing it's not.  So maybe Franco?

This is the cult story, summed up:

''Jason, Kristina is getting in deeper."

"Jason, Kristina could be in trouble."

"Jason, Kristina doesn't know what she's doing."

I nearly kicked in my tv at the preview: "this could destroy Kristina."

Okay Sam, then bulldoze that living room of iniquity. Oh no, Kristina is attending the cult in someone's living room. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

Also aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Nina. Okay, I get why they are doing this, but don't they know that when they write these lines for Stafford it leads to people throwing out their screens out of windows? I don't want her clammy hands anywhere on Charlotte. And don't tell me her hands aren't clammy. You know they are!

Uh, positive? Scorpio being sparkly. Oh, and this:

Olivia: Carly, are you pregnant?

Lulu: That's ridiculous!

Yes, yes it is.

My thoughts exactly. I know the show wants to utilize its big-paycheck actors and highlight the (supposedly) most popular characters, but there was room for both. Incorporating Lucy, Felicia and Mac would have added more layers to the story and helped to satisfy a broader segment of the audience. It was just such a missed opportunity on so many levels.

Today was actually the first time I’ve liked Willow. She’s always been such a mouse, but the way she brought some fire to the confrontation with Nina makes me think there may be hope for her, after all.

So the name of the school is “PC Cougar Elementary”? What happens next, do the students attend PC Muskrat Middle School, then PC Dolphin High? So dumb.

I truly hate this show storyline but I have to admit I'm curious as to which family member Kristina is about to throw under the bus with her truth-offering/ blackmail - secret.

I thought it was supposed to be her own deep dark secret she's meant to spill so they can blackmail her into staying in DOD forever. I wish it would be something about Sonny but it will probably be about Alexis. I don't think Molly has any deep dark secrets, unless living a somewhat normal life, going to school and being happy with her boyfriend is considered bad.

This show is so stupid.

ETA: I only saw the last half of the show until now, just saw the scene where Shilow said it could be a secret about someone else. Duh. This show.

Heh, me too.  I agree that they'll probably go with some Alexis secret rather than "my father is a criminal and here's the proof."  Not that it matters, given Jason and Sam are going to swoop in and save the day.  Speaking of, Sam seemed put off by Molly wanting to do an intervention with Kristina.  Guess that doesn't fit into her plaaaaaan that it will be her and Jason to take down DOD.

Nina, yesterday...MAAAAAAAAAAN.  I usually find her amusing, but what was that bitchfest yesterday?  Jesus Christ, she was the worst.  Even Valentin looked mortified at her rantings.

Right. But, even if it had been a scheduled meeting, I don't think it's a teacher's job to manage the family dynamics.  Valentin has primary custody, right?  Or, if not, he at least has partial custody, and therefore has every right to discuss his daughter with the teacher.  A teacher shouldn't have to manage the parents' communication with each other.  Like, at all.

Yes, yes it is.

What I don't get, though admittedly I guess a reason may have been given-not watching so don't know-why are they keeping it a secret ? It can't be because of Sonny's dangerous lifestyle. Carly got shot in the head-if that didn't convince her to leave him alone forever, nothing will. And she only cares about the safety of her kid(s) when the threat is imminent and some danger/damage has already happened. So that ain't it, either.

I mean, keeping it a secret implies that anyone really cares other than one or two people (who already know). So....um, what ?

But I will say, that more Corinthii (or for that matter, any more Morgans(surprised Sam ain't had another little robot child) is just what is wrong with this show.

They just keep multiplying. Like rabbits. Or mold. Meanwhile, I can't get Brook Lynn Ashton to come back busting up stuff, or even Skye (ugh) or Lila Rae. Or Maya Ward, even. Some Quartermaines that are actually Quartermaines, if not in name, at least, behavior.

They couldn't have given the "perimenopausal pregnancy" to Olivia again ?

*kicks rocks*

It's hilarious they had to "manufacture" two friends for Carly to tell.  Olivia is basically stuck with Carly because of the hotel, and Lulu is family.

How nice it was for Carly to be concerned for Lulu, what with visiting her in the hospital, and asking how she was after nearly being stabbed to death.  Carly "It's All About Me" Corinthos.

And I'd just like to add what a rapid recovery Lulu has made for someone so gravely injured.

Olivia is also stuck with Carly because they both have kids with Sonny, Sonny's daughter-in-law is Carly's cousin Lulu, and thus Carly is both step-grandma and cousin to Dante and Lulu's son Rocco and (I guess) Lulu's daughter Charlotte as well.   Josslyn has replaced Lulu as Carly's mini-me on the show; when JMB played teenage Lulu and Lulu's mother was not around, the writing implied that Carly was in the role of surrogate mom/big sister to beloved cousin Lulu (especially when Lulu distanced herself from Elizabeth because she was furious upon finding out about Elizabeth and Jason's night together).  I think it's been some years now since Carly and Lulu had an actual conversation.

How would Dante have been able to prevent Ryan from stabbing Lulu? Girl Reporter was determined to get her story. I really hate how Dante is somehow supposed to protect Lulu, another adult, when a) no one suspected Ryan was alive, let alone pretending to be Kevin and b) she was at her office. That's not a generally risky place to be.

Margaux has a point that Kevin is Ryan's accomplice. Kevin knew Ryan was a violent criminal who was likely to commit another crime.

LOL at Griffin's departure. I mean, the reason for him leaving PC isn't terrible, but we went for months without seeing him, and now the show wraps up his story in one day? I guess it's nice it's happening onscreen and he wasn't brutally, fatally stabbed or shot. Oh, wait, that's only for young women.

Ha! Either way, Ava deserves the cash as some sort of reparation.

Kevin always struck me as someone who was financially responsible, so Ryan might have cleaned out his liquid assets, but I bet Kevin has some investments that are safe. I'm sure this sort of thing won't be dealt with at all, and I'm interested in this nuts-and-bolts stuff, Show!

I was shouting at Ava to cash in the ring and use the money for reparations of some sort.

My favourite part of today's show was when Sam was so horrified that Kristina would have to give up thinking independently for herself and just accept whatever Shiloh tells her. That's exactly what you do around Jason,  Sam. It should be very familiar.

The way Shiloh presented it was very canny: "I want you to join my inner circle, where we all trust one another implicitly. To prove you're worthy of this trust, I need your deepest, darkest secret." This story is galactically stupid, but it gets little things like this right every so often.

It's got to be about someone who killed someone.  Didn't Alexis admit that she killed someone in her past, not the guy with the car, but someone else?
