That was when some of her bullshit made sense. Now, with documents coming out and poor, old addled Tom making it clear he’s not taking the fall by himself, I think she may be realizing that she needs to be on his good side. 

With all these stories lies, all the revisionist history, all the truth that is coming out, and all the fake concern, she’s fucking herself over. I cannot believe that she doesn’t know that, or maybe with her narcissism she’s convinced herself it won’t matter, and she just doesn’t care. Likely the latter.

Regardless. I’m over this bitch. This has been one of the most unenjoyable Housewives seasons in any franchise since I’ve been watching them — all because of her.

No one wants to see Slender Man on a bathing suit, while I'm not a Crystal fan I do think she has a fantastic body, even better than Teddi and her All-In... Body by Bulimia program. Let me preemptively say that I think Erika is creating a 20 layer dip of lies....but I've had people think I'm lying or embellishing about my crazy father. Example: after my parents separated when I was a teenager,  I called the cops because daddy dearest rammed his giant self into the front door, the whole thing came down, off the hinges (he gave 0 shits about the restraining order). The cop comes, and dads no where to be found. Cop loads us in his car to take us to a safe house. As we pull out, dad follows us in his big cowboy truck. Cop tries to outrun him, dad chases. Finally, cop is so scared and freaked out he drives to the police station and parks in the secure underground area. Takes us kids into station, talks to some other cops, leaves us hanging for 2 hrs. Then he tells us we can't go to the safe house because we'd put them in danger. So he, and 3 other squad cars escort us back to our house, and drop us off to fend for ourselves....with no front door, at 2am, and my mom is out of town. I guess it got too late for dad because we didn't see him again...that night.

THIS is one of my tamer stories. Not even a gun or any blood involved. And it was small town 70s, good ol boy country and before DV laws, so doubt he'd get away with so much in current times.

I'm not going to lie, this is the first season I've seen probably in 3 years, mostly because I wanted to see Erika's downfall, but at this point I too was tired by this episode and this storyline, if the entire coven comes back next year I'm done, I mean, I do love Garcelle and Sutton but that's not enough for me to watch.

I've enjoyed this season until this episode.  I liked it that we got several stories rather than just beating one dumb thing into the ground for the entirety of every episode.  Having a couple new faces  like Crystal and Kathy helped too so even despite all the limitations of Covid it's been kind of fun. 

But this week there was waaaaaay too much Erika.  I don't care about her whining about her life while drinking champagne at the San Diego Fairmont - something she's started doing every episode.  Holding court this week was too too much.  So I'm glad this season is almost over.  I don't have high expectations for the reunion either - I've sure Andy will allow Mrs. Giardi to suck up all the oxygen in the room.

Kyle used to be my favorite of all housewives but she has become so unlikeable. I always thought Kyle was supporting Ericka in order to avoid being the target and just threw Sutton under the bus. After this episode, it makes me wonder if Kyle is thinking about things Mauricio has done over the years and how if those ever blew up in his face, she'd want to be in the clear of those accusations. Maybe what we're seeing is her fear of one day being in similar shoes and wanting the public to believe that wives don't know what their husbands are doing.

Sutton looks great in the interviews where she's wearing red. Love her strength and confidence in those, calling out Ericka, mocking the other women blindly supporting Ericka, talking about how she'd be grumpy too if she lost all her money, lmao. A confident, strong Sutton is far greater than a weepy, insecure one that's for sure.

Oh, one last thing. After watching this, I'm really positive if Ericka comes back again, I will stop watching. Andy can feel what he feels about her, but no way will she get any more of my time, attention, or money as a result of continued viewership.

No. They haven't. The Housewife and the Hustler came out in June 2021. They seem to have been filming October 2020 - February 2021. However, the most incriminating articles and news stories about Tom's swindling and Erika's complicity did come out during this period.

Getting dressed up to drink in someone's house and scream at each other is a Real Housewives trope. And you can see just how foreign a concept it is on almost every franchise. There is always some new cast person who joins, dresses like a "ragamuffin," and doesn't understand any of this foolishness. It was Kim Fields on Atlanta. It was Cindy and Heather on RHONY. Probably Jackie on RHONJ. Wasn't there some big and very dumb thing during Monique's first season of RHOP where Gizelle was constantly criticizing Monique for not dressing up. And this concept has been a perennial topic of conversation on RHOBH: with Eileen and then Teddi and then Denise. The other issue is that the longer the shows go on, the more the women find themselves competing against the other franchises. They went from Sky tops, Jovani, and Louis Vuitton Alma bags to Fendi (or Endi), Chanel (or Nel Cha), and Birkin bags the actual price of a house. And whenever, someone shows up in an Endi or NelCha you feel the strain on that woman's finances as she tries to figure out how to stay sartorially up to snuff without bankrupting herself. But really it's the show.
