Eboni takes Sonja to Philadelphia to meet a matchmaker. Leah hosts the ladies on an excursion to the witch capital of the world: Salem, Massachusetts. At Leah’s latex and leather dinner, the aftermath of the election leads Eboni to question some of the ladies’ allegiances.

It seems like one of the things that makes Eboni so tedious is that on one hand she always wants to start rapid-fire canned lecturing everyone at the drop of a hat, but then she has to dance around a simple point because she's not the best spokesperson because at heart she's got some mixed messaging going on. Honestly she seems like she's not fully being just in the role of her personal self *or* the role of an activist. She keeps trying to go back and forth, centering herself this way and that and never making a simple point. It's like her goal is just to keep talking.

I think Eboni is drop dead gorgeous but I don't like her makeup in the talking heads. I don't know if it's the camera lighting or what but it's weird.

I can't get enough of Bershan's voice LOL.  I am not making fun of it it's just so unique and it perks up my ears.  She should do something in voice.  What does she do?  

Leah went too far, but Ramona IS kind of a moron.  Bershan looks so uncomfortable at the end of the episode and Leah looks all ...... TIGHT.  LOL.  She got herself pulled too tight.  And her I Dream of Jeannie hairstyle isn't helping.

Bershan is right, the conversation is going nowhere.  What does Eboni think is going to happen?  There's no point in bringing up politics with people in this way (with people who DON'T. WANT . TO SPEAK ABOUT IT.) It's pointless!

Not every who has a different perspective than you is a white supremacist. How degrading and insulting. Labeling someone with such a horrible term is disgraceful.

Eboni won’t even listen to another black person about maybe adjusting her approsch.

It is my existential right as a human to say goodbye.

Eboni is judging people based solely upon who they voted for is incredibly divisive.

First time I deleted a RH show from my DVR. Nothing is fun anymore.

According to my mother and grandmother, absolutely!!  Hats on beds, shoes on tables - both are really bad luck!  I could go on with the million other superstitions I grew up following (some common, some very obscure), but that would be way off topic!  

And, I'd like to know how much of her own money Sonja is putting into all those charities (which she didn't really name).  She picked a few general groups that have many different charity involvements, without specifically naming a single recognizable charity.  I agree with you - I think she may lend her name and face to something, for what it's worth, but attends the actual functions for the swag and food.*

*That is, once live charity events/fundraisers actual resume.

It's not about the word garbling, for me.  Ramona not understanding why someone would care about racism if they've been successful in life is moronic in my opinion.

The problem is that Eboni won't clearly define her idea of a white supremacist.  Her message at the end was totally garbled, because on the one hand she says "A white supremacist is someone who voted for Trump" and yet in her next breath, she walks that back by bringing up her Trump-voting mother.  And she kept up that weird dance until the very end (of the episode).  It was a very simplistic, and yet totally garbled, definition of a really important term/concept.  She was asked point-blank "What do you mean by white supremacy?", and I thought she would jump at the chance to really expound on what white supremacy today looks like, and she whiffed it.

I agree!!  My mouth dropped open when I heard Eboni say that.  If she had used different words, maybe "white elitist", I wouldn't have been so offended.  That could have been a conversation that didn't go wrong.  Ramona, Sonja and Luann (and even Leah, with her sudden need for a hair/makeup artist at all times, hiring a high school entrance counselor and a Chanel logo tattooed on her hand) all live in an elitist environment.  Eboni couldn't use the word "elitist", because she also has benefitted from living the same lifestyle.

News to Eboni and Leah - it is no one's fucking business who voted for whom and why.  That is part of the reason why our country is so divided.  Everyone feels they needed to know who voted for whom, and if someone chose not to disclose that information, it was/is assumed that person voted opposite of the person wanting to know.  

Ramona was 1,0000% correct in leaving that conversation.  She knew she was going to get ripped into by Leah (who's like a rabid dog) and Eboni may have questioned her a little too much than Ramona would be comfortable with.  Ramona seems to be a smart businesswoman, but I also think she may not be super informed when it comes to politics (although I don't know, because she never talks about it, nor should she), so I can understand her not wanting to discuss her voting choice.  She may have voted based on one or two things that were important to her - as most Americans do.  AND, NEWSFLASH to Eboni and Leah - she is allowed her choice without having to explain or justify it!!!! 

EDITED TO ADD:  Eboni can just shut up with her stupid justifications of her wrong use of words.  Just because someone voted for Trump, does not make them a white supremacist, or means they align themselves with white supremacists.  You could also say that if violent gang members, rapists or other criminals (depending on the state and laws on whether criminals can vote or not) voted for someone that you did, does that make you a violent gang member, rapist or criminal, or does that mean you align with their actions?  

I'm also not 100% convinced that Sonja and Luann didn't vote opposite the way Eboni thinks they may have - they are just better at keeping things close to the vest than Ramona is.  And, in Sonja's case, I'm not even sure she voted at all!!  Sonja plays on both side of the fence, just as Luann said.  What's good for Sonja at the time is what she'll lie and swear to, so depending on whom Sonja is talking to, she may have voted either way.  Again - it's no one's fucking business!!  

Either way, Leah and Eboni are so fucking annoying with all of their preaching and lecturing.  (Well, Leah is more about screaming at and belittling Ramona), they really are making this show unwatchable.

I do like Bershan, though.  She seems genuinely fun!

After skipping the last few episodes (I know I didn't miss a damn thing), I decided to watch this for the possibility of some interesting New England travel porn. I should've known better. Of course they sat around and argued.

Leah telling Ramona that she's what's wrong with the country was a real low point for her, and that's really saying something. Eboni demanding to know if the others were "aligned with white supremacy"... we all know she's not abandoning her Bravo paycheck, so what would she even do about it if someone were? This person worked for that network and took paychecks from that billionaire. Give me a f*cking break, get off the cross. She and Leah have managed to ruin this show.

I like Bershaun so far.

Leah, Eboni and Sonja need to exit stage left next season IMO.

Did she say they were white supremists? I thought she said "down with white supremecy" or something like that. Like what she was talking about in her talking head, that one has to be actively anti-racism, because otherwise you're supporting racism, if only passively.

But then, of course, it seems like she had her own past doing that. At least it seemed that way from what's been said on the show. So she's always talking in generalities that don't seem like they go anywhere even when it's one of the people agreeing with her.

Best line of the night was Luanne saying that Sonja works both sides of the coin.  That's been my take on Sonja for ages. Speaking of Sonja, what is with the even more daffy act and crazy laugh this season?  

It would have been nice if the group had split with Ramona, Luann, Bershan (Sonja included I guess because she would simply conform to them) going off and having a good time leaving Eboni to expound her platform with Leah who would agree to it all.  That way everybody could have been happy.

I give it one more episode before I bid farewell to The Toxic Leah and Lecturing Eboni Not-So-Goodtime Hour.

Love this!!!  And, even when the other ladies where trying to politely tell Eboni that she is taking the lecturing and "educating them" to the extreme, she still went on and on, continuing to lecture them about WHY she HAS to lecture them.

I think the other women were trying to let Eboni know she is bringing them down, that she is bringing the vibe of the show down and she needs to stop for all of their sakes.  Ratings dropping because fans are not interested doesn't work for any of them - it puts all of them in jeopardy of losing their jobs as Housewives.  

Eboni has a one track mind, and I honestly think she came on this show with an agenda that she is intent on pushing, whether the other ladies want to hear it or not.  I think she could even make a mundane discussion about breakfast foods and should they have Bloody Mary's or Mimosas another "learning experience". 

These women just want to have fun, drink (well, those that are drinking), flirt, have stupid arguments about stupid things and kiss and make up the next day.  They have a format that was working, and working well for them - that is, before Leah decided she was going to bulldoze her way into being the Head Bitch in Charge and Eboni decided every second she's on screen has to be a learning experience for everyone, with her as the professor.  No fun allowed until Eboni says so!!!

I think the Ebony problem is that she is just talking about race without any context as to why she’s talking about it. For example, if she was just followed in a store because of her race then I can see why she would bring up that conversation. It’s like her conversations about race seem to happen in a vacuum. It doesn’t feel personal or authentic. What are her personal experiences with racism?
Also she needs to talk about and share other things that matters to her. Who is she as a person and not just as a black person. What does she do to have fun? What does she like eat? All we know about her are her causes because that is all she’s brought to the table so far.  As a contrast - Bethany cared about her business and used the show showcase her products and her brand - but that was not all that she shared of herself on the show. Does that make sense?

Please stop bringing these clueless, ignorant, ill mannered, boorish, rude women to.New England.  These idiots have desecrated 2 of the nicest places we locals and tourists enjoy equally.  Last year, lovey Newport, RI had to deal with Leah and her drunken screechfest.  Now these stupids cows land in beautiful, historic Salem, MA and they can’t stop screaming, “Salem!!! BITCHES!!!” every five minutes.

New England has its fair share of idiots too, so we don’t need any additional “character” driving up from NYC.

Based on the comments it would appear that I am not missing anything by no longer watching this season and also saving myself a frustration headache. Leah, her sister and Eboni need to go ASAP, (too bad that this season is already in the cans, paid for and edited so it will most likely continue on thru the reunion shows). Sounds like SonJa also need a little time out.
