Sometimes, when the women on this show actually have a job, I do find that pretty interesting.  I wish they would delve into that some more.  It's better than the million talking head interviews we get with unfortunate outfits, staring out into space, talking about how they aren't sure if so-and-so is actually using them for citizenship.

My sister works full time from home and I watch my nieces while she works. It is next to impossible to watch a 2 and 5 year old and work full time. You are giving short shrift to both and it's not fair, to both your kids and your job. If I can't watch them she hires someone else (who is much more expensive). She is in the house so it's not like a stranger is watching the girls without any supervision.

Also, in Part 1, Tiffany said that she's having gastric bypass two days after this taping.  If she had to lose weight before the surgery, she must have gained more weight than we can imagine (because she looks huge).
