I suspect from that photo, that Da'Shawn's booty may be a uniform issue.  Gianna may have the same issue too, and I agree that her Insta may be a huge issue.      

My guess is that if there really are 1,500 audition tapes submitted, that 90% are either bucket list people, or people who think they have a chance but never will.     I bet there won't be 100 legit candidates in the lot.

Great list, y'all--thanks for the sleuthing and compiling! That's a pretty impressive list of potentially serious contenders. I find myself a little sad that so few spots are open this year but there are few vets who I really want to see retire. I feel like, however training camp actually will work, there is potential for a very strong rookie class. I agree with the other posters that a lot of these ladies don't look like serious candidates even just based on superficial quick glances, but it looks like there are some very beautiful dancers and ladies in the mix.

I saw on the post below that they claim to have gotten "1500+" applications for round one. That seems wild, given the drop in numbers over the past several seasons and the exaggerated claims of 400 candidates each audition season. Still, I suppose a lot of folks who would not have been able or wanted to spend the $ on travel for auditions might have decided this was their cost-effective year to go for it. I'm guessing they will have ample footage for the are-these-women-really-trying-out sequence in the first episode from these submissions. Loved the post Kelly did watching one of the videos (with the cows) and hope we get more of those, too!

Some of them don't have a snowballs chance in hell, but there are some good contenders in the mix. Paige is cute but the dancing, at least in the video posted, is weak. Juliet is Vivien 2.0. Morgan picked about the most unflattering shorts and pose she could find.

Kinsey would greatly benefit from a visit with Marshall. Can someone who knows something about dance look at her insta and report back? She has a ton of videos and I can't tell of she is good or not. Lol. She does a lot of leg extensions with her foot flexed. It looks weird to me, but maybe it supposed to be that way?

Let's face it, if Kelli wants more redheads or any other hair color, then Marshal, and the Tangerine people will do it.  I just wish that there was a salon that was allied with DCC for the women of color, or those with curly or other textures of hair.

Cheyanne is definitely gorgeous.  But she is in need of a makeover.  Her hair is very long and a little too dark, but that's an easy fix.  I'd like to see her make it to training camp just so I can see how she dances the DCC style.  I wonder if she is friends with Bridget?

Most of the extensions with flex feet look like a stylistic choice to me based on her videos. She's definitely trained but not amazing by any means. I enjoyed her pom better than the contemporary I watched but she doesn't stand out as a likely choice dance wise in my opinion. She had great turns though.

Aryssa, Kennedy and Shaelyn all have the look. Kennedy might need a hair makeover but she was dancing so it's hard to tell.

I have not seen her join the audition classes anywhere and I have not seen her respond anywhere. When she was cut last year she gave me the impression that she would not come back.

We still have to hear about the fate of Miranda, Christina and Bridget. The are allegedly not re-auditioning but I still have to see it to believe that the number 1 point girl Bridget is not coming back.

I AM IN SO MUCH SUSPENSE WAITING TO FIND OUT WHO MADE IT TO SEMIS! When is banquet again? I need verification that Christina is retiring and Bridget is staying for another 3 years.

I really hope they give us good training camp tidbits through the summer. They can still surprise us with things in the show and not spoil it too much while still giving us glimpses of who's in camp, what they're doing, and how they're going to pull this off this year.

I was hoping Shaina would come back, but I don't blame her one bit if she doesn't.

As for Christina, I have not seen her in any photos (involving anything DCC) lately.  While she was one of my favorites, in a way I would be glad if she is indeed retired. I always feel like I want to defend her on here. I'm glad that Brennan will be back (she will be back, right???)

As for the photos of the new candidates, I can hear my late mother saying, "What was she thinking?" It does weed out those who haven't a clue what the DCC image and look is. Thank you so much to those who posted them for us. That was a LOT of work.

You know, they could just post all of the audition videos, applications and whatnot here and WE could whittle it down. We could totally do the first round of auditions.  We have our dancers who could judge dance ability, we are the fans and I think we are a great representation of different demographics. We have male fans who could give the male perspective.  What else do we need?  I think we’ve got the complicated yes/no/maybe system down.
