I HATE Frank and his “writers” so GODDAMN MUCH. That this aging Mooby is scary enough to keep pushing Tad Sanders down and preventing him from leaving; that he was soooo scairt he blurted out that he and Cyrus are brothers? The WORST, that Diane, the ultimate MOB lawyer, said what she did about Cyrus and the bombing with a STRAIGHT face, without ️ striking her dead at her utter hypocrisy. It all had me in a rage blackout, the level of which I haven’t experienced in quite some time.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 And Diane acting as if she was in court and Tad was being questioned on the stand? UGH.

What happened to the sleazy, full of confidence lawyer who wasn’t intimidated by the likes of Diane and Mooby of a few months ago?

Man, those scenes with Sam and Jaysus were just excruuuuuuuciating! And I just 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 at Jaysus saying all he wanted was a family-a family he couldn’t be bothered to be with; always leaving to do Mooby’s bidding. For months now, he’s shown he couldn’t be bothered. And now that Sam is saying go away, he’s all, but whyyyy? With any demonstration of passion of course, because he’s willing to go away and not fight. Like I said before, his first break up with Robin was SO MUCH BETTER.

I LOOOOVED Laura at the gun range and her telling Cyrus “I was just thinking about you” after she finished emptying her gun!!! There’s my badass Laura!Fucking!Spencer!

And while SLS said he didn’t forgive his SheBeast of a mother, he sure didn’t act like it.😆😆😆

is there something wrong with KeMo's eyes? Like why can't she open them wide anymore?

She had significantly work done on her face. Totally unnecessary but she did it anyway. I don’t know when these scenes were taped but her face still seems very swollen most of the time.

I'm amused that Carly snuck around the side of the Q mansion to ask Michael for forgiveness because she didn't want to face/deal with Monica being unhappy to see her.

You would think, given how often I rage about Sonny and/or Carly barging into Monica's house, that I would have appreciated this.  Nope.  Because the tone of her saying to Michael that she didn't want to deal with Monica for "various reasons" made it sound like Monica is some harpy who is unfairly mean to poor, misunderstood Carly.  What "various reasons", Carls, there is only one reason and it's a damn good one: YOU COVERED FOR HER SON'S MURDERER AFTER SPENDING YEARS RUINING HER SON'S LIFE!!!  Want to harangue Michael for forgiveness, ambush him at the boxing gym or getting coffee, DON'T GO TO MONICA'S HOUSE EVER NO!!!!

The "heartbreaking" talk between Sam and Jason and how this is who Jason is avoided saying the reality  which is that Jason is without question choosing Sonny and Carly over Sam. He's not an international doctor who has to go suddenly to a dangerous outbreak of Ebola, or a first responder who is risking his life during a Covid pandemic or saves people during a fire. He's a mob enforcer, neither necessary or admirable.

More than that, one of them (probably Danny because they can give him dialogue) will be in a dangerous situation and Jason will save him. Then Sam can be all upset that she deprived her kids of Jason and Carly can do her "I told you so, you're not worth wiping his shoes on" to her.

I was livid. Like i'm watching this (why. I have no idea,  the things you do when you are bored). - and Sam is squinting at Jason with tears and snot and going. "our kids need to be safe. I'm scared. blah blah.." and Jason just sits there shrugging and goes "Yeah. you know I love them. but i can't leave the business so i'll go if that's what you want."

The hell? I mean it's the truth. but...still. man. Truthfully this is where I would have written Sam to stop snotting and crying, take out that hand and slap the taste of Jason's mouth. Fool can't even pretend to try. geeze.

Does Jason even bother to visit Jake? Since he keeps cancelling family night with the kid he lives with, I'm assuming that he is completely absent from Jake's life.

They should have a scene with Jake and Danny talking about what a total loser their sperm donor is and how much better life was when they thought Drew was their dad.

Re: Jason Morgan hanging around.

I want Delores(?) Sam's ex parole officer to pop up like a prairie dog and say, "I told you so!"

Please, please, please stop mentioning Morgan.  I expect him to show up at the Vermont "facility that Cyrus found" instead of Flo Grey.

Did I hear that correctly, that Martin Grey, a lawyer, needed Cyrus' money to properly take care of mama?  The "interrogation" was so ridiculous, I lost track of the conversation.

Sonny has a lot of patience when he can't get Jason on the phone.  Phones, phones again, phones Sam's number.   Way to throw a cellphone that isn't yours, Jason.

Martin has terrible taste in clients. He never got the giant payday Nelle promised him, and Julian stole from him, so I can believe he let Cyrus pay the medical bills.

Martin, you are an officer of the court. Don't let some two-bit hood like Sonny push you around. Wow, that was so disappointing.

"Baby, the bomb would have went off whether you were here or not." Sigh. The bomb would have GONE off. Obviously no one on the writing staff knows English grammar. It's embarrassing that this kind of basic mistake keeps getting made.

Remember the days when an actor would say a line grammatically incorrect like that, and someone on social media would comment on it, causing Ron Carvalati to tweet angrily how he had written it correctly. And then would screen cap the page of script as proof?

”HERE. SEE. I WROTE ‘COULDN’T CARE LESS. IT WAS NANCY WHO SCREWED UP. STUPID NANCY, EMBARRASSING ME LIKE THIS! NO SCENES FOR YOU ... FOR 2 MONTHS.” Or something close to that.

Those were memorable times. Not ON the show, mind you. But, DAMN, watching GH was like an audience participation endeavor at that time.

Sam should be furious with Jason for choosing Sonny and the mob over their family.  She never confronts him.  I want to see her go off on Jason and throw Drew in his face.  Drew had all of Jason's memories and thought he was Jason.  However, Drew got out from under Sonny and the mob because he loved Sam and their children more. Drew was a good man, a hero and loved his family more than anything.  Sam was an idiot for dumping Drew for Jason.

I don't understand this reference. (I've been reading some backpages and i keep seeing Drew, and something about Skirts of Oppression (lol)). but this was when I really wanted to do nothing with GH. but on principle - i like this Drew guy already.

But that's what I mean. Sam is there crying and sobbing and i get it. you fought hard to get him back and you feel horrible breaking up your family. But i mean. Jason is literally without even able to shed a tear (no, glittering eyes don't count here). and at least say he can try? Just 🤷‍♀️ Sorry you feel that way. Peace.  Like even with the phone ringing like pick it up and say "Sonny. i'm about to lose my family. Deal with it yourself."

(and not to mention. I did catch Sasha's overdose and Sonny is all "DRUGS BAD!" like. dude. You are doing illegal things. and the Show never wants to like to say exactly what Sonny does but you expect me to believe people wanna come all over town and try to take out Sonny because of money laundering? that's not gonna fly, Show).

Ugh. Breaking up JaSam is kind of a momentous thing for this show, and they manage to make it a total snooze. Could we not have some fire, some passion, some histrionics! Can Sam not express the buried rage she has felt all this time. Maybe force Jason to admit he chooses Carson over his own family. Does KeMo's every script direction say "play this like you have just taken some Nyquil." What a wasted opportunity.

So, Jason paused for a whole 2 seconds after he left to reflect, then went off to do more mobbin'. That's how much family means to him. I swear to God, if they now have Danny fall into a well, or get kidnapped by someone not mob related and Jason saves the day, I will lose my shit!

If Sam were really serious about protecting her kids and allowing them a normal life, she would move to another state/country, change her name, and have zero contact with Jason.

They never will because they want to continue to allow Sonny to be on his high horse about the rival mobsters and whatever they are dealing in. It’s always been dumb. Sonny doesn’t touch drugs, guns, his casinos are legit, etc.

The only thing mobster-y I recall being confirmed about him is that he shakes down small businesses for protection money, which is really gross. Coleman mentioned it years ago and so did someone else (Ned maybe?). Anyway, his need to launder money means he brings in illegal money doing something.

Unless he's just laundering it for somebody else.  But, that doesn't really make him a mobster.

I think he does deal drugs, just not your traditional kind.  It's fertility enhancing drugs.  And he tests them all out personally. Think about it. It explains a lot. And, please, they're always talking about shipments.  It's weapons.  We all know it's weapons.  Sonny might not like drugs (besides the aforementioned feritilty ones), but he's always having somebody shoot somebody.  He can NOT take the high road on weapons.  As for his casinos, the odds are heavily favored even for casinos that don't cheat, so I think the only illegal activity there needs to be beating people up to pay their debts.  Well, that and running them in the first place.  Casinos aren't legal in NY are they?  Except on tribal ground?

He can't be the moral, caring person they've been selling and still have that part of his brain scrambled because they're both in the same area.

What about attributing it to the gross favouritism the Quartermaines showed Jason over AJ. Drew was lucky to have avoided that.

Same: "Jake?" = in this house, we totally forgot Jason had another son!!

Did anyone else's jaw drop at Sam telling Elizabeth she admires her?!? I'm also stunned that Sam told Elizabeth she and Jason have broken up, before Carly hears about it from either Jason or Sam.

The writers are making these two friends?? Also, Elizabeth, you're not all stuck with each other since Jason has practically zero presence in Jake's life and Jake and Scout haven't had anything to do with each other since Drew was his active father.

"My" Franco"? Shut up, Leisl.   What's the deal with the re-casting of Dr. Kirk?

Geez, Anna is such a coward!! I at least hope she gets that Dante has not recovered. Also, could Maxie be more self-absorbed.

Maybe it really is coffee, probably grown with child-labor or something, and Sonny just doesn't want to pay the duties and customs fees.  And he doesn't want it to get out that his coffee is grown with child-labor so he sneaks it in on the docks.  It makes sense because there doesn't seem to be much unionization in PC, sanitation isn't cool enough for Sonny, DRUGS ARE BAD! and he doesn't have enough power to muscle in on the Mohawk casinos in upstate NY.  And bootlegs and knockoffs are run by the Triads and their meat cleavers (or so Leverage would have us believe).  He doesn't strike me as an arms dealer, because can you imagine Sonny dealing with people like the Butcher of Kiev, when the Cakemaker of Kiev can kick his ass.  But somehow he's the most feared mobster on the Eastern Seaboard but doesn't do anything in order to remain the moral center of the show.

Seriously though, Sonny's been punching above his weight for years, threatening people who should not in any way be threatened by him.

I agree with you that Elizabeth was really good in comforting Willow at the baby's grave.

However, I don't see Willow as being a friend Elizabeth could count on, like Robin or Emily used to be.

Just catching up on GH -

The JaSam break up was long overdue. Ever since Kristina dropped those truth bombs on Sam, I was wondering if the show was going to do something w/that or if it was all for nothing! I guess it was b/c Sam left Jason b/c of the danger and not b/c she and her kids are dead last on his priority list. I wish her reason had been Jason being a crappy dad and husband/partner rather than the danger, but the show would never portray St. Jason that way.  In my opinion, Jason just hasn't shown much interest in Sam or their son. Sam confirmed that he barely comes home and is basically an absentee dad. To me, that should have been the primary reason she decided to end things. Plus, the danger reason would have made much more sense narratively back when Jason first returned. We had already seen Sam so worried about the "danger" that she shot Sonny and drop kicked him into a hole, and she got "Jason" shot.  That Sam was happy Drew/Jason chose her and their kids over CarSon.  I will never understand why the show wasn't brave enough to end JaSam then. Sam could have been pulled to Jason, but realized she valued and loved the life she had w/Drew even more. I will give Jason credit for ignoring Sonny's call. Haha! I was not expecting that. It wasn't much, but it was something!

The Sam/Liz scenes were nice. I was surprised Sam said she hoped things worked out for Franco. She must be upset! LOL! My sister reminded me that when Franco was "Frew," Sam told Liz to let him go and that it was for the best! So, she's gotta be feeling out of sorts to wish him well. I hope we can see Sam w/friends more or at her job. I don't want her moping and being sad. I also don't want her getting back together w/Jason the minute he's hurt. Let this break up last for a minute. Sam needs to be less pathetic, so this could be good for her.

Anna is beyond annoying! She should have nixed the double wedding idea when Maxie first mentioned it! She can't blame Finn for her cowardice!

I did not care for the Maxie scenes, though. Maxie is like a bull in a china shop. She is obnoxious to the extreme.

I've never been a Maxie fan...don't know if it's the character or the actress.  But these past few weeks I REALLY dislike with the heat of a thousand suns.

Side note...Anyone remember if MEK as Tad was on AMC the same time Mo was Nico back in the day ?

Tad and Nico were best friends in the final year or so that Mo was on AMC, and they have known each other for almost three decades.

Here is a link to one of their scenes from back in the day:

She just needs to go!  Just kill her off.

I wouldn't shed a tear.

It just drives me bananas that Alexis - who is clearly, clearly hurting is just being nagged about being an alcoholic. Like it's not hurting anyone, more than it is just being an inconvenience to everyone else. I remember when Erica on AMC was hopped up on pain killers and that intervention was so heart breaking and they did make it about Erica and how they could help her, vs. "Well. you're ticking me off with your drinking Ma."

And it is so obvious this drinking is coming from somewhere. Alexis just didn't wake up and go "yeup. let's get my liquor on"  like it really did seem in a span of one day  she found out her lover is dead. But not just dead, he OD'ed. So basically she's sleeping with a druggie. Then she realises something was wrong with the dose so maybe he was poisoned with bad drugs. Then like before she can breathe, her bad wrist isn't just a bad wrist, it's osteoporosis, which can be painful, and it's a chronic thing that really makes a lot of people depressed about. And then  on top of that she still feels driftless because she has no job that she adores,  her daughter was in a cult, her other daughter was in prison and then doing everything to get tossed back in there because JAAYYSSOONNN.  Like this woman needs a hug. (and some help. but at least a hug).

And Sam is all "I'm sadz because I told Jason to leave. Boo Hooz. I used to be #10 on Jason's list of people he loved and cared about but now i'm not on that list at all. Boo hoozz. so go away mom and go get drunk i can't deal with you today. squint squint."

Let's call Valentine. and Ned. And Jax. Alexis needs her boys.
