The person I feel the worst for right now is Ensley... she is the only child who doesn't have a way out.   I am not sure about the details of Maryssa (sp?) .... is there any possibility of her being able to live with someone else eventually?

It is sad it came to this, but maybe this will be Barb and Nathan's wake-up call to keep Kaiser and Jace away from that home.

While I think MTV did the right thing by cutting ties with Janelle, what really needs to happen is David Eason needs to be held accountable by the legal system.

I think once a bunch of advertisers announced they were severing ties with Teen Mom 2, the suits at MTV decided it was time to fire her...sadly, it goes to show that they only really cared about sponsors and not the children involved in this mess.

Other than Farrah, Chelsea and maybe Kail, I can’t see any of these teen moms being able to make ends meet after the show ends. Leah will at sleaze stay slightly above water because of child support. The others I think are pretty much screwed. How long can Janelle and David survive with what money is left? Didn’t Jenelle get a mortgage on the property so she could lose the land? Janelle and David don’t cross me as the types who put money into mutual funds and a 401k. I would be surprised if they are up to date on their taxes.

I think we will soon hear threats of suing MTV, which won’t work because they likely have morality clauses and their contracts may be one year deals. If the season is up, they don’t have to renew.

THE LAND is paid for (and has depreciated in value since she bought it). They borrowed money for the prefab and will most likely default on that loan and claim it's because the house is sinking and it's all Clayton Homes ' fault. And, she bought a new car the day after Nugget was murdered. Well, she posted it on Instagram, I need to see the receipts before I believe the lying piece of shit.

I really, really hope Nathan and his lawyer are scurrying behind the scenes to get an emergency hearing for custody. The 30th is a long way off and those asshole's are going to lose it worse than ever. Kai needs to get somewhere safe. Law enforcement, CPS, animal control and every other entity in NC is too afraid of UBT to do a fucking thing. I bet Nathan is terrified and now that MTV is done with her, contacting production probably isn't an option anymore. Jenelle changed her number and won't give it to him (in violation of the custody agreement) and UBT refuses to answer his calls. He has no way to contact him outside of MTV.

As for Jenelle, MTV made it clear in statement released today that she has not been filmed since early April, and will not appear on the upcoming Season 9B. 

“MTV ended its relationship with David Eason over a year ago in February 2018 and has not filmed any new episodes of Teen Mom 2 with him since,” an MTV spokesperson exclusively told Us Weekly in a statement on Tuesday. “Additionally, we have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season.”

Totally agree. “We’re not filming with her?”  What does that even mean?  It’s so open-ended.  And it’s been widely reported that they haven’t filmed scenes with her for awhile now post-reunion, so it doesn’t appear to have anything to do with the Nugget murder.  Plus, no statement of condemnation. What a crappy statement.  At least something was done, though.  For now, at least.

Given that Jenelle hasn't left even  though she KNOWS he abuses Jace and Kai and didn't leave immediately after the psychopath killed her dog this would be the best outcome for the kids, for David to take out both himself and Jenelle. If he only killed himself (or someone else kills him) Jenelle would just hook up with yet another abuser and continue to put her kids through hell. It could be legal reasons for their vague wording.  I didn’t think Jenelle would survive this.  

I wonder if Barb will still film?  I wish Barb was able to terminate all rights janelle has to Jace.  It shouldn’t be too hard if Barb has legal permanent custody of Jace.

Sadly, I recall someone saying MTV isn't allowed to film Jace without Jenelle's permission because although Barb has custody Jenelle never signed away her parental rights. I am beyond thrilled she's fired.  I posted the petition link to get her fired last week in a TM FB group I'm in and I could not believe the amount of people who said it's not fair to fire her based on her husband.  Or they shouldn't fire her because she's in a DV situation and someone needs to keep an eye on her.  Please.  She'll never leave him.  She's got the resources to and never will.  I also blame her for the dog incident.  Blame her for not teaching her kids how to properly handle animals.  Blame her for encouraging David's violent temper.  Blame her for buying him ammo.  Blame her for not leaving is ass after he cold bloodedly murdered her dog.  Hate them both.

It’s time they took Jenelles parental rights.  There is more than enough to show her poor decision making and incidents where she has put Jace in danger.  Now that there is a violent killer living in the house, there should be no questions.  But Barb probably doesn’t have the heart to do it.

Too lazy to go back and look, but I thought I read that CPS and Animal Control are afraid to go on the land.  As they should be ... these folks probably don't have an arsenal of guns and protective wear.  But are the police scared to go as well?   

I realize our military forces aren't there to handle things like David ... but who better than the Marines?  They have a base in NC, I believe; I know the Army does.  Maybe they could look at this as a training exercise in dealing with a terrorist?   Or how about calling on that outfit that used to be known as Blackwater.  They were based in northeastern NC at one point, so maybe they are still there and could provide bad-ass reinforcements?

You would be amazed how much it takes for the courts to do this. Unfortunately from how the courts have ruled in the past just killing the dog isn’t enough, unless there is physical proof he’s smacked Jenelle or Jace around nothing will happen.
