(He explained on Twitter why he didn’t go to the event, tweeting “I didn’t want to go. I may be weird, but those award show/red carpet things don’t excite me lol besides I feel like I don’t belong there. That’s the beauty of Cate. She goes with whatever she FEELS great in & nothing is more attractive than confidence. I think she’s beautiful.)

well, she sure as hell doesn't go with whatever she LOOKS great in...

FILL IN THE BLANK

"don't excite me as much as being home and watching porn 24-7"

"don't excite me as much as having my guy friends over as we wear our bedazzled jeans and walk around shirtless"

Tell me this doesn't look like Tyler in drag.

Cate looks as if she's going to a Halloween party or a 70's theme party. She's not an ugly woman (physically, her personality is getting worse by the day), but she is always styled horribly in clothes that don't fit! I will never understand this.

It doesn't help that she looks like she only bathes for these special events.

Caitlyn: Go back to Party City where you belong!

I love this soooo hard!!!! Backrolls!

I actually put my hand up to the photo and covered her from the waist down.  From the waist up, she looks fine.  Not red-carpet-awards-show fine.  But more like suburban-mom-going- out-for-dinner fine.  From the waist down it's trashville!!!!  The bottom of the blouse, the pants, the shoes.  Ugh!

I wonder if Tyler will ever come out....

I'm kind of excited to see the vanity.

As awful as Tyler is, it seems he does take the rehabbing and condition of their home seriously, unlike Cate who does nothing productive (nope she doesn't care for Nova either). When this TM train ends Tyler will at least have a house to live in.

I wonder how their other "passion project" the Tierra Reign clothing line is doing? Their web page currently has 19 products for sale, 7 of them variations of T-shirts emblazoned with Tierra Reign and a pair of faux suede fringed "shorties" that are just so wrong.

Wait, I thought reuniting adopted children with their birth parents was their passion? Or at least it was until there were no more cameras around to document it.

Off Topic, But Funny: During a road trip this summer with my teen grandsons in Northern Michigan we drove through Charlevoix.  When I said I'd heard of the town, the boys asked how I knew about it.  So I told them, that's the town where Teen Mom OG's Tyler & Catelynn had their wedding.  And at the same time they said, "You watch Teen Mom OG.....how gross!

Exactly.  For how many years have we been saying "this show won't last forever"? I'm starting to feel like it might. Sophia and Carly are 8. In the fall Leah and Bentley will turn 9.  Considering their pregnancies, these bitches have been on TV for almost a DECADE now. Let that sink in.

Damn. I'm old. I remember when my daughter  was born when the show came out.

Their fans are crazy and rabid... I pointed out to them that Cate would be on government assistance if she had kept Carly and was not chosen to be on MTV.  Did they attack!  But I'm just being honest...she has no education, suffers from depression by her own admission and she openly admits to smoking pot and is a very lazy individual.  Her father fired back that she would be working at Ford Auto making 100 grand a year like he is making!  Good for him..but if he has been making that kind of money then why did he let Cate grow up with an addict mother living on assistance?

Dear Papa Cate,

there was quite a long time when they weren't filming, and I'm pretty sure that your daughter spent her time on Marriage Boot Camp begging Tyler to marry her.  I do not believe there were any business classes taken, or any ambitions stated. Also, if she had kept Carly and hadn't been on TV, there's this thing called "day care" which enables parents to go to work.  Every Day.  No, for real!!

love,

someone with eyes and a memory

"On the daily" is such a weird phrase to use in that context. It's kind of corny and flippant for characterizing a struggle. Why not just "daily"? Or "every day"? (She'd probably write "everyday," though.) I guess I shouldn't expect too much from someone who never finished her Social Working degree at the for-profit college.
