I don’t see any major “work.” I think she is like me—-when i gain or lose weight, it shows up in the face first. 40 pounds lost is going to make a significant difference in her face! Her face is kinda shiny here— like maybe she got s facial or did a mask or something. But if you look at more pics of them on Instagram, she looks like the same Brianna, just thinner. If you ever see a pic of her dad you can see a resemblance in their features. Also she looks like herself in High School and on the early seasons. It looks completely natural to me. She also got popped earlier this year for blowing through a stop sign, and just days after driving drunk she gets popped for using her cell while driving.
