Actually I like HH and wish him happiness in life. Dont understand his taste in a wife, I think she's ruined those two daughters.  Her two dimwits suddenly think they should act as entitled as the Kardashian clan. I cant forget the episode the dark haired one listed her ridiculous demands for an apartment to Kyles very nice and normal daughter.  Ugh. I'd be beyond embarrassed if my daughter acted that way on national tv and there's Rinna grinning from ear to ear thrilled her girls are succeeding at.. what? Famewhoredom? Rinna's sick and now they're sick.  No wonder Harry would rather sleep in a tent in the wilderness.  

Harry seems rather normal but there must be something wrong with him for him to stay with that cockroach wife and the gross fugly daughters.

I don’t think Harry Hamlin is so nice and normal, not after listening to his behavior during his divorce. They covered his relationships on one of my favorite podcasts, Trashy Divorces. Here is the Harry Hamlin episode for anyone who is interested. They’ve also done a few housewives but I haven’t enjoyed those episodes much since the hosts don’t watch the housewife shows and I disagree with their takes on those relationships, particularly their take on Bethenny Frankel.

I remember years ago, Harry amd Lisa starred in some lifetime movie about sex addiction and I swear it was said that Harry was treated for it in real life but I think they had that scrubbed from the internet.

Wow, that pic of HARRYHAMLIN! is cringe.  Nothing to do with HH, but the outdated decor.  Every room we’ve seen of Rinna’s house is so late 90’s/early 00’s when everyone was into that heavy faux “Tuscan” look.  Heavy, dark, ornately carved furniture, heavy textiles, all done in dark earthy colors.  Kyle, LVP, Dorit, and many of the other Housewives are always redecorating or moving or refreshing.  To my very anti- Rinna biased eyes, the dowdy digs add credence to the rumor the Hamlins  are low on funds.

That look is waaaay past it’s expiration date…just like Rinna and her two wannabe Hadid-Kardashian spawn.

So Rinna starred for many years in a soap opera and Melrose Place, and appeared in a lot of TV shows and TV movies. Harry starred in LA Law. Those jobs paid well. The Depends ad brought in $2-3M, supposedly. Wouldn’t most people be able to invest it and not be scurrying around and trying to scrape together enough money to pay for basic home upkeep or a renovation?

I think their money issues have a few angles. First they probably pay a lot of taxes on their homes. HH has even had to sell some of his island property in Canada in order to keep/afford his place up there. Then they have two daughters who have no marketable skills other than trying to live off of their appearance. That’s not going too well for them. So all the travel, cars, clothes, makeup etc come courtesy of the Bank of Mom and Dad.  Even when you earn well in Hollywood you still have to give a percentage to your manager, your publicist, income taxes, and whatever support people it takes to do hair, make up, Botox, plastic surgery, facials and stylist. Ericka mentioned at one point it was costing her 40k per month to achieve her look. I’m sure Rinna scrimps where she can. I think she does her own makeup and hair (wig). Still it must cost a pretty penny to live the lifestyle and where they do.

Something is definitely wrong there, and my gut is that it’s deeper than just being a jerk…or “ACTING” like one on TV.  

I do wonder if someone needs to protect her (not to mention others) from herself.  If that IS what’s going on and it’s only now becoming more obvious, shame on Bravo for exploiting it.

Bravo is getting to be beyond shameless. Rinna visibly deteriorated over this season. Don’t know the reason, not going to speculate, but they are really doing her no favors by letting her appear like this on camera.

It was several seasons back. The ladies were going on a trip somewhere warm where they were going to be wearing bathing suits, which of course, brought up scintillating convos about vajayjays, waxing, etc.

Rinna had a woman come over to her house and not only gave her a bikini wax while Rinna laid on the dated carpet on her bedroom floor, Rinna had her bleach her butthole. Don't ask why! 😄 Maybe she heard the Kardashians do it; after all, they give their vajayjays mayonnaise masks.

I wonder if Rinna ever regrets joining the show? She was fondly remembered by soap fans, had the QVC gig that was doing well at one point, and could have gone a much different route than screeching glass breaking harpy with a Hilton Richards vendetta.

She could have coasted off the goodwill and done lifetime movies or something else on reality tv. Now it’s all burned down and she’s a social media nightmare with a giant mortgage.

Yup. I thought of her as beautiful Billie from Days of Our Lives I watched as a kid. I actually got a kick out of Rinna as a Housewife at first. I do think she can be quite funny. But she just takes the villain role too far.

Not if he’s never around. It could be he doesn’t want the headache of a divorce, given who he’s married to. Plus some couples drift and lead separate lives. I can see him telling her just to leave him out of her crap. The way Rinna keeps gushing on about him is a huge tell as to the health of that relationship, IMO.

I have the impression that the girls, especially Amelia, treat him like a credit card. I’ll never forget her flipping him off behind his back.

I feel kind of sorry for the man, actually…I don’t think this Rinna is the woman he married back in the ‘80s, or whenever it was.

Any chance we can trade in Rinna for the other Billie aka Krista Allen? She's around the age of Kyle and Garcelle. She's had a career that's more or less on the level of Rinna's. She's dated some interesting men over the years including George Clooney. She lives in LA. 

I actually liked Rinna when she first joined the show. I thought she was funny and she seemed like she didn't take herself too seriously. (I always think of her shamelessly wearing at cardboard sign around her neck in LA asking cars to honk if they want to see her in the new Melrose Place. If that wasn't a hint about her desperation level of doing whatever it takes to hang onto her C list place in the industry, I don't know what is.)

About three years in or so on this show, for me the negative aspects of Rinna's character started to become more and more apparent. Her thirstiness, her disloyalty and her deliberate meanness--it's become too much. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that she needs some sort of therapy.

For Rinna's own benefit, I think she needs to put herself on pause. She needs a reminder that there's more to life than this show. There's still time for her to do more with her life than be a Kris Jenner wannabe.

I posted that Krista would be great before! If they ever brought Denise back, she is friends with her. I'd just be concerned about her being too nice for the show. 

Same. I think Rinna can be hilarious and really enjoyed her at first. I admired her hustle and loved that she didn't act like she was above Housewives.

Season 1 was one of the best, if not the best season of BH. The combo of getting to know the ladies, lifestyle porn, and petty drama was perfection. It really only got dark with the finale. But talking about who's husband was more famous, who's jealous, who's insecure or insignificant, who's a fucking liar, it was so silly but fun.

I started watching Days of Our Lives when Krista Allen was Billie so she’ll always be Billie to me. I remember looking up who the original Billie was and being disappointed because Lisa Rinna was no where near as pretty as Krista Allen (I actually thought she was unattractive). 

I also liked Rinna when she first joined the show. That stopped when she backtracked on the Munchausen’s comment. While I thought her diagnosis was wrong (I never thought Yolonda was making herself sick), I agreed with her that Yolanda was clearly exaggerating things and using her illness conveniently. Using it to get out of filming things she didn’t want while still showing up for the things she did, and using it to explain away her bad behavior like calling someone an asshole. I, along with a lot of the TWOP posters at the time, were so glad someone in the cast was saying what we had been pointing out from the beginning. That things didn’t add up. Then Rinna backtracked and, even worse, blamed LVP, instead of owning her words. I have no doubt LVP was manipulative, and behind the scenes I’m sure both she and Kyle were saying similar things about Yolanda but were unwilling to say it on camera, but Rinna is a grown ass adult, and though she clearly suffers from some personality disorder, she is not intellectually disabled. She is responsible for what comes out of her mouth. Ugh. And my opinion of her has only gotten worse. Fire Rinna. #notmybillie
