I watched it on Discover plus so I will be very careful not to reveal anything but I had some thoughts:

Have you noticed that Tammy’s feeder boyfriends are never pushing her around in her wheelchair.

I feel this season has gotten much darker.

The producers are also beginning to show Amy in a negative light where they were not doing that previously.

I really like Tammy’s home care nurse. She has common sense, she is competent, and she appears to not suffer fools gladly.  I just like her.

Did anyone notice the huge blame game Amy was playing while the organizers were there?  She blamed her mother, the fans and then Michael for her mess...everybody but Amy!  And so what if Tammy gets mad at you for not buying cheat foods!  She's always mad at you anyway!  Let her be mad!

I am so angry at how disrespectful Tammy was at the water aerobics class. She wouldn’t do the moves and she damn well could and should have. The ladies looked annoyed and the lifeguard looked really pissed.

Even Amy is getting on my last nerve. Now I can’t remember what made me begin to lose my patience with her - I think I was so caught up in being annoyed with Tammy’s lousy behavior.

Tammy and Amy are so unlikable. Even Michael is failing out of favor with me. 
 

How can anyone push around someone who weighs 650 pounds? Those chairs are not easy to navigate even carrying someone of a healthy weight. I wonder if Tammy would have walked part of the way at the Meet and Greet if Michael refused to push her. Tammy seems to have more energy for her social media and You Tube channel.

Why didn't they test the motorized wheelchair at home before lugging it to the fair?  I thought if they put the arms down, Tammy would fit, but she didn't seem to want to even try.  I can't imagine pushing Tammy's wheelchair on the grass.  It must be like riding a bicycle on the grass--twice as hard as on a hard surface.  Michael seemed to take it in stride though.  I would've been pissed. 

Yeah, the going-to-Vegas idea was idiotic.  There's no way she could fly--she'd have to buy not two seats, but three.  The bathrooms on planes are tiny--no way could she fit in them or even walk down the aisle.  And if she wanted to drive, who would drive her?  Plus, she wouldn't be able to withstand a multi-day trip in a car/van.

Good lord.....just when I think it can't get any worse, it does.   Really?   We needed that closeup of Michael drooling on the camera? 🤮

And Tammy thinks she's all famous now.   Sorry to say, it's more of a side show act.      I'm thinking she doesn't really want to lose weight...    because then everyone wouldn't be waiting on her hand and foot.  It's like she enjoys it.    I would feel so bad making people push me around and strain their backs.   I would be apologizing profusely, feeling so bad.   Not Tammy.... she's just like, "oh well, I can't do it so you all need to do it"...   not even a thank you, or I'm sorry for putting you all through this.  Tammy just likes living this way, I'm convinced.   It's really scary.....and sad.  It's not going to end well....

did Amy look bigger?   She will be preg again before this season is up.   So she can keep reminding us that she's a mother now... telling everyone how hard it is taking care of children, cleaning house.   Like she's the only one who's ever had a kid... we all do it .  It's called child rearing.

I thought that was really strange too. I saw that series, it was on Amazon Prime & was called LuLaRich. It's actually pretty good, there's a thread for it in the Specials, TV Movies & Other One-Offs forum. I love Tisa! For some reason, I still have a shred of goodwill towards Tammy, so I hope she realizes that Tisa is the best thing that's happened to her in a long time.  As others have stated, as a non-family member Tisa is in a unique position to stand up to Tammy.  I sure hope she can break through and make Tammy realize if she doesn't start walking NOW, she NEVER WILL!  

Just can't imagine what their childhoods were like to produce such levels of dysfunction.

Amy was enabling Tammy long before there was DoorDash.  Even as a child (as she "tearfully" confessed to a therapist), she used to offer Tammy her food.  Amy likes being the thinner sister...  As well as the saint, martyr, victim, object of pity, and blameless party, but she's always been Tammy's main enabler.  I've said so from the beginning.  At least Tammy took responsibility for asking her to get her the food.

Tissa seems rather trashy with quite a potty mouth.  Is she really a CNA?  I doubt many employees would get away with talking to their employers like that.  There was no reason she couldn't push a wheelchair on blacktop; that sh*t was dumb.  I appreciate the tough love, but isn't Tammy likely in heart failure?

I suspect the ladies in the pool were more worried about how hygienic Tammy was versus whether or not she was participating in the exercises.  That and Tissa yelling her head off at Tammy while the instructor was talking.

Tammy would get to LV the same way a lot of Pounders get to Houston.  Yes, they buy three seats, and no, they don't visit the restroom (I suspect they wear adult diapers for the trip).  Again, I say let her do what she wants and enjoy what happiness she can while she can.  Between this and "I Am Jazz," there's a lot of bullying to lose weight on TLC. 

As for the LulaRoe special, it was an expose on its corruption.  The "Sister Wives" ladies are all deep into that, starting with/especially Meri.

I don't understand why the family argue with Tammy over ridiculous things.  She wants to go to Las Vegas, ok have a nice time Tammy text me when you get there.  It's just like Chris bitching about her new "boyfriend" leaving her if she looses too much weight.  How about having her actually start to loose some weight first then worry about the boyfriend later.  

So Tammy feels like she's a celebrity sitting there at the local fair as people gaze at her and take pictures.  I don't think the people she went to school with are very impressed.  Eating massive amounts of food until you're immobile isn't something most people aspire to, but good for her I guess. 

I liked that Tisa got her to get out and go to the pool, she needs more activity like that on a daily basis.  I also like that Tisa doesn't take her crap and calls her out on it she needs more of that and less enabling from her family.

All this.  I’d happily send Tammy on her way to Vegas and if the trip is a problem she can solve it herself.  Cos she’s so “independent”.

Self-proclaimed “queen” Tammy bragging that she inspires people made me laugh.  The inspiration she provides might be to stop eating to avoid getting to her size.  Not fitting in the motorized wheelchair should have made her think about getting more active and sticking to her diet so she COULD do more on her own, but Tammy’s thought processes don’t go there..  I love Tisa and her attitude to Tammy’s demands.

Tammy is 639 pounds.  The dumb thing is that people keep pushing her and they are going to seriously hurt themselves.  Chris & Mike, both of whom are likely much stronger than Tissa, are obviously straining to push her, on blacktop.  639 pounds.  I don't blame her at ALL for refusing.

So she could push her on the SIDEWALK, but not on the BLACKTOP?  That made no sense.  It's enough that Tammy was willing to go to and get into the pool for now; forcing her to walk beyond her capacity, IMHO, is simply going to discourage her from doing any activity or even leaving the house.

Not a fan of Tissa's OR Amy's (I realize these are unpopular opinions).

Right! Amy says that she can’t lose weight for Tammy and that certainly true. What she can do is not give her the stuff she wants. EVERYDAY I work to be on top of my food addiction, one day at a time.  And, yes, that is why I watch shows like this. To not become her! Again, the one that got me the most was that she doesn’t know how to clean. This is not rocket science. You use pots and pans to cook, you empty them and wash them with soap and water. You put trash in the trashcan, not all over the house!!!  The countertop is dirty from food preparation, you take a soapy, dish cloth and wipe it clean.  The floor has dirt on it, again, use soap and water to clean it. Or at least sweep it. So of all of her excuses this one is really lame.  The real reason is that she is lazy.

I know. Tammy is a gigantic spoiled two-year old, with people caving to accommodate her. She doesn't deserve any of it. What a ridiculous thought, Tammy going to Vegas. Unfortunately, this is probably a set-up for this happening in reality. If I weighed 600 plus pounds I certainly wouldn't go parading around in Vegas where she's going to be gawked at like a side-show participant.

Amy has a lot of power to help Tammy by not enabling her. Don't go and buy her junk, get used to listening to the gigantic spoiled two-year old scream and yell for her fix, and go over to her side of the duplex only as necessary. As someone said, wear headphones so she can't hear the whining. If Amy wants to order food online, let her, but don't keep catering to this enormous child.

I missed the second half of the show with the meet-and-greet and the pool outing, so can't comment - but I will have to catch that another time!

I honestly don't think there is any possible way for Tammy to fit on a commercial airplane, let alone through the door. Unless if they were still flying those old 727s with the rear door and backed the belt loader up to it. The only way it would work is if they actually took a row of seats out and strapped her to the floor, like with the minivan.

And the only reason I know that's possible is my dad once had to fly an injured employee home on a corporate jet after he'd been in a horrific bike accident. He didn't need life support so an air ambulance wasn't medically necessary, but he was in some kind of body cast contraption and they couldn't get him on a regular plane. So they pulled a row of seats from one of the corporate planes, strapped him to the floor and flew him home that way. ETA: my Dad was the administrator of the jet fleet (I think there were three) and all flight plans went through him, that's why he was the guy to make the arrangements. He normally flew commercial. I didn't want to sound all high falutin.

But we know Tammy's not getting on any PJ out to Las Vegas to meet her feeder of the month, and he's not sending one for her either. They'd just stay in a hotel room and eat Chinese food anyway. Sorry that was mean. You'd think things like being able to travel and see the world would motivate Tammy to become a healthier person. I'm frustrated.

On 600 Lb Life a few have flown.  A whole row of seats, and diapers.
A luggage cart would push her through the airport.

I disagree with this.  She's supposed to be getting Tammy to walk, and there's no reason why Tammy couldn't push the wheelchair for support, at the pool and at the fair.

I hadn't thought of this - can you imagine, all those beautiful women, some barely dressed, young, gorgeous . . . and here comes Tammy, meeting her new boyfriend for the first time among all that. Talk about a fish out of water. Not only that, but she'd have her whole crew with her. She needs to rethink this new idea of hers through. Best to meet at her place, just the two of them.

IMHO we've given Tammy way too much credit; she's not like a 11-12yr old tween. She's more like a 3 yr old and that's being generous. 

I swear, everytime I see Tammy's stupid pouty face when she doesn't get her way I just want to smack her silly. And then she threatens to "shut down". Oooh, what a threat! Tammy is is gonna shut down. And not talk. And just sit there. And be quiet. And do nothing. And sit there. What ever will we do?!

I guess I shouldn't be shocked. After all, this is the 32 yr old woman who stuck her fingers in her ears when her sister was approved for weight loss surgery and she wasn't (season 1).  I guess if she was wasn't 600 lbs she could have layed on the floor & kicked & screamed like a toddler.

If I was Tisa I would have left Tammy's fat ass on the curb of the YMCA & drove away. What's Tammy going to do? She doesn't own the minivan as its likely a production owned vehicle. I hope Tisa is being paid well by tlc & the Slatons to deal w/such bullshit from Queen Tammy.

Lazy and eating the cheat foods right along with Tammy.   I had a two room apartment when my first baby was born until he was eight months old and it was always neat.   The baby wasn’t making a mess.   I wasn’t working so all I had to do is take care of the baby, go on walks with him daily and clean the tiny apartment. 
Even if she didn’t know how to clean the internet has everything you will ever need about how to clean a floor, pans, bathroom, you name it.

Writing this from Vegas...there are LOTS of Tammys here, far more than there are thin, young showgirls, strippers, servers, etc. And that's just based on who's visible on the street. Most Tammy-level folks are stuck at home, not strolling (or motorized-wheelchairing) down the Strip. Unless you're at an upscale resort pool or the kind of nightclub that only lets beautiful people in, most of the barely-covered asses on display belong to people who look more like Amy than like strippers.

I am still not entirely recovered from some of the wardrobe choices I saw this summer at the In-N-Out Burger at the Linq. Bring your eye bleach.

In my opinion, I feel like a lot of the dislike for Tammy is justified. I get why she's in a bad mood most of the time, I mean I'm sure it's miserable living in a body like that. But she doesn't even TRY to change. AT ALL. She doesn't take accountability for her actions and she blames others for all her problems. She has had resources to to help her live a better life (much more than most other people in her situation) but she refuses to do ANYTHING. I would have more respect for her if she put in even an ounce of effort to have a better life. She's in her mid-thirties, she's not a child so at this point she knows better. She's not remorseful for the strain she puts on others, she just expects others around her to cater to her even if it affects them negatively. That's not to say I'm team Amy, I feel somewhat bad that she has to take care of Tammy so much but at the same time that's her decision, at some point (soon) she needs to say no and walk away. At this point I feel like the only way Tammy will make any kind of effort is if her family just leaves her to make her own choices in life. She's so used to being taken care of and catered to that maybe she doesn't know any other way and that's why she doesn't do anything about her situation. Sometimes people needs a major nudge in the right direction to change. I've seen people saying Tammy doesn't care if she even lives anymore, but I feel like she really doesn't realize the gravity of her situation, like she really doesn't think she's close to death at this point. If she did, I don't think she would still be chasing after guys and talking about traveling. It's like she thinks she can keep cheating death (which after what she's gone through, who knows she might?). I think she's very immature but not a complete idiot, she knows she's taking advantage of anyone willing to help her and she's too selfish to care. Until people say no to her, she won't change.
