See, I saw the "did you gain weight" thing as a tasteless joke that fell flat after she said she has "much bigger things ahead." She kinda walked right into that one. 

And maybe the "try not to ruin the next one" was abusive??? IDK; I was never in an abusive relationship and really don't know how that works. But to me it almost sounded comforting, like he was telling her he was not rejecting her, that she has more control of the success of these relationships than she realizes.

Yeah Soulja Boy, not very smart.  I thought the video sucked too, as well as his "performance."  I think the women were right, Lisa's probably been sending Usman $$$, which is why she's so possessive.

I am going to defend Yolanda.  A lot of folks on Twitter think she's dumb as a pile of rocks, and some think her story isn't real.  I would not be surprised if her story is real, especially after reading this story.  I believe these scammers deliberately seek out women and men who are recently widowed.  If Yolanda mentioned that she just lost the love of her life,  that admission was like blood in a sea of sharks.  Those scammers just came running and probably love bombed the woman.  Yolanda probably thought she had met Mr. Right.  Not smart to send nudes though, and because she's not giving up any $$, they turned to the next scam, threaten her with the pictures. 

Stephanie and Erika:  I think Stephanie is one of those people whose online persona is completely different than their real self.  Not an issue, unless you get into a relationship with someone who thinks that persona is real.  I wonder if Stephanie explained that to Erika, probably not.

I feel bad for Rose because I could tell that she didn't want any part of Ed.  But she wants a better life for she and her son, sad but shit like that happens to women in the USA as well.

I saw a picture of Ed on his professional website.  He had shaved his face and his hair was short and he was thinner - and he looked pretty good.

Very few of us look like fashion models or movie stars, but we make the most of what we have.  I haven't read a post from one single person who believes his hair is even remotely attractive.  And regardless of his disabilities, his weight IS manageable it seems, as I have seen more than photo of him much thinner.  It isn't EASY to lose weight... but if you are trying to attract a mate, why not be your personal best?

I have an easy password I use and started using back 20 years when we started collecting passwords. Now I use it on any dumb site, like Print this Coupon,  that makes you register, cause I can remember it. I don't use it on anything important or sensitive.

 My email was involved in few huge breaches last year and the scammers have my email and that easy password.

 I now get, every day, 16 emails with that password in the Subject line. It then says: we have watched you watching porn, we have your password, pay us or we will release this video of you watching porn. LOL. YOLANDA GET A GRIP

And these scammer do target widows and older women who are alone. My mother went on a Catholic dating site a few years after my father died and a Nigerian hit her up. She fell for it but we were able to convince her (I found all "his" emails on a scam watch website) so it didn't go further than about a week, where she was so happy that she met the man of her dreams.  He had a name and profile of himself, stock photos and a town he was from etc. Of course this name was not found anywhere on google. It was red flag city. But she was vulnerable. I saw the emails and thought they sounded copied, general, and had a lot of typos. I also thought the photos were of different men.  He was really good looking too. It was the scam he claims he has a daughter, but then he goes out of the country and can't wire her money because she was in an accident. I am pretty sure that is the scam they were working toward as he sent a lovely photo of himself at his daughter's wedding.

Oh yes.  I didn't get that view with Angela.  I think she really loves Michael.  Same for the others, although maybe you can make the argument that the men have a thing for black women.  

I feel like Lisa treats him with scorn.  There's nothing loving about her towards Usman.  He is there to sexually gratify her while she controls every aspect of her life like she owns him.  It would not surprise me if she actually held some pretty racist views while of course telling people she dates a black man.

I wonder if Ash really just wants to get away from his ex-wife and kid.  I doubt the ex would agree to the kid going to the US, and Ash would know that. He can use marrying Avery as an excuse to leave, telling his son “don’t worry, I’ll do everything I can to get you there, too.”

My facebook was hacked and after that my email account.  I made my accounts more secure by connecting them by text to my cell phone and that was that.  Except now I get those same exact emails you just mentioned - with my old password in the subject heading of the email... and then the inside says they watch me watching porn/yadda blah blah, see me masterbating on my webcam.   I'm OLD.  Even if I WERE watching porn, who the hell would want to SEE this old biddy WATCHING it?  Annoying, but I just laugh and delete these stupid emails.

I think you are right. Because Australia is a perfectly fine country to live in, it has a very good quality of life. The only reason he would want to leave to the US is the bigger audience for his brand! He is so creepy. She knows it too, he calculates his replies to be perfect.

I divorced my husband LONG ago.  I had 8 children, and the youngest were younger than one year when I left. (Twin boys.)  Kids are all grown now, and I never talked badly about him to the kids, because I wanted HAPPY, well-adjusted kids, despite the fact that they had no father in their lives, and making snide remarks about their father would just depress them and make them feel guilty because they still loved him.  In all of these many years he has lived in my state (where I moved to) and one state over - and he came to the see the kids ONCE a few years after I left him.  That's a big ONE time. *

* I had to edit this.  The only reason he even came over that ONE time is because he was in my state on business.  Otherwise I doubt he would ever have bothered to even see them that ONE time!  (Just thinking about this makes me do a slow burn and this was decades ago!)

 Never calls.  Never sends birthday cards or Christmas gifts.  I DID get child support, so that is certainly a plus.

I never remarried because who wants a woman with 8 kids?  Such a man would be hard to find, even if I knew where to look.  And I didn't want a man who liked kids TOO much, if you know what I mean.

The kids call him now and then I think, but he never initiates contact.  He has many other kids so I think he just doesn't care.

Maybe I should have found some guy across the world and they could have done a reality show about us:

"Eight kids and the dude on the skids" 

"Green Card Chaos"

"Diapers and the Dipstick"

The Divorcee and her NINE dependents"

I could go on all day.

I got one of those that I know came from a Linked In breach because every password I use for unimportant sites has a reference to the website in it, so it's easier to remember.  Plus I have my own domain, so the email address I used for Linked In is linkedin@xxxxx.com. 

What I found amusing was that the email said they knew I'd visited a porn site (which I have never done) and that site had turned on my remote camera (like @gavinmac, I've had tape over mine since the day I got the laptop).  I have to appreciate the ploy because there are probably only a few people on the planet who wouldn't react "Uh oh" to getting it.  Even I paused for a second before realizing it had to be bogus.

On topic, I think Yolanda knows Williams isn't real, and is doing the show solely as a bid for celebrity.

I would think the competition in the US for this type of (paying) audience would be just as tough, if not tougher, in the US. Plus, he lives so close to the beach he can go every morning. The odd thing is initially she didn’t want to meet because she sensed he was going to dump her in person like Jesse and she thought it could be done over the phone.  But then she suddenly decided that she is “strong” and wanted to tell him off in person.  And obviously just because he blocked her didn’t mean she couldn’t get access to those pics from others.  Or can’t she set up a fake account just to stalk him?
 

He is two-faced too.  He says that he never wants to hurt her and then in the same conversation starts throwing barbs.  Neither one seems genuinely interested in making a relationship work, the malarkey is to extend their TLC shelf life.

My aunt was a widow with 6 kids (ages 16 to 3 or so) and remarried, had another baby and were married until he passed!  But I agree - remarrying anyone is a BIG deal.

Oh Lordy, over 500 replies to read after I post....

Ed is gross and disgusting. I just can't look at him without getting the shivers. I was watching in cringed horror through my hands when he was massaging her feet and hairy legs. I love how he was very quick to point out how "gross" hairy legs on a woman are (which is true) but is fine to dress and look like a total slob. 

How happy was I to see Usman has a spine and went right at Baby Vulgar Love. You go, Usman. 

Geoffrey and Varya's scenes were a snoozefest. What person goes to meet someone for the first time (or to anyone's home as a guest) and doesn't bring something? Cookies, a cake, real flowers?

Williams of London Nigeria was on the fast forward train with the women couple. This is what you get when you send pictures of yourself to strangers on the Internet, you fool. 

Ash gets weirder looking to me every week. He's a fake and a phony. Avery was right: everything he says is textbook rehearsed. It doesn't seem as though he has any sort of emotional attachment to Avery at all. He just wants some action with her until he gets bored and then will move on the next one.

Thankfully, no "mmmmm" guy this week.

Just occurred to me as I was reading some of these posts:

Ash knows there is no freaking way that his son would be joining him any time soon if/when he gets the Green Card. But Ash HAS to make it seem like he wants his son with him because his clientele would find it unseemly for him to just up and leave the kid. His no credential “expertise” is built on emotion and irrationality. His marks clients swoon over his deep love for his son, and all of humanity! 🙄 It enhances his brand, regardless of what country he lives in.

I'm newly informed that so many people have their laptop monitors open all the time.  Our laptops are only opened once a day - in the morning when we reach in to power them up.  They are each connected to a dedicated larger monitor (because we're old), so the top of the laptop is always closed.

But we're so boring that anyone trying to spy on us would probably doze off within 20 seconds anyway.

No, I don't think he would be considered a 2nd class citizen at all. Also he's been in Aus so long I'd be surprised if he wasn't a permanent resident/citizen already. However I doubt he's too well off given that he lives with his brother. I think the biggest draw for him in moving to the US would be to grow his coaching business, I reckon he wants to be as "big" as someone like Jay Shetty who has (allegedly) made a fortune with his mumbo jumbo.
