Is club soda needed to clean a leather/pleather skirt? Also, why would Robert have his phone set to show the content of text messages? He's in law enforcement, so why isn't he being more security conscious?

As for Esme, she's working with Daddy to get Ava back in his clutches by torching Ave and Nic's marriage. She let her emotions get the best of her with her animosity towards Joss and the teen group and that's why she filmed Joss and Cam and Ryan has called her out on her split focus. She has been using Spencer to help her get close to Nic and Ava as part of Ryan's bidding. I do find her riveting at times, but, as I've said before, her full mission has not been fully explained and a lot of the plan seems to have been too much on the back burner for most of Esme's time on canvas. Whatever the writers have meant to do with her, they been moving at a glacial pace. Some of that may have been due to Covid issues slowing things down or making people sick, but whatever it is, quite a few stories seem to have been impacted

Glacial pace is putting it kindly. I'm fairly certain there are actual glaciers moving faster. 

I do understand some of the actors wanting long vacations but they really need to plan better. We don't need half a dozen stories in various stages of suspended animation.

Joss is trash and I’m sure her cheating will get exactly as much calling out as her big brother’s did unfortunately. Olivia continuing to side with everyone over her husband will forever be grating. Though I don’t get the angst behind Carly/Drew’s relationship when it seems like everyone will know and they are still around each other in public as much as they always were. Sonny’s non reaction was funny. Carly clearly thought he would be upset and hiding the truth behind why she called Brick was beyond pointless.

It's absurd Cam hasn't walked in on Joss and Dex yet. This is a soap, writers, remember? (That question could be asked for just about every story, I know.) Also, no one is going to be looking at Dex's duffel bag, and if they are, they won't care what's in it (or not).

First time watching in months.

First, I like Carly's white coat but I could never wear it because it will get dirty ten minutes after I put it on.

Next, has Dex been sleeping above the covers with nothing but his underwear on all this time? I am sure she has an oversized t-shirt or sweatshirt that he could wear. If not, she could just some buy something PCU branded clothing at the campus store.

Next, Trina has a lot of pictures of herself up on her wall but none of her parents or friends.

Finally, Victor sure fakes killing a bunch of people. It think it would cost him less money to just kill them rather than faking their death and holding them prisoners.

When Sonny asked Dex where he has been these past few days, Dex should have said in Joss' bed. That would have shut up Sonny for a few minutes.

She needs to dump Cam or have him find out so that he can turn bitter and then find out what his mother is up to at Cassadine Island and see Esme.

For me, Esme’s storyline spinning in place felt similar to Cyrus’ early storyline spinning in place until Genie Francis returned to the canvas from wherever she was laying low during the pandemic. And there’s been too much of that the last couple of years

It's one thing for Dex to take Joss by surprise and kiss her, it's another thing for her to kiss him back and want more of that. I'm assuming this will have no consequences because she's Josslyn Jacks, the spawn of Satan and there are no consequences for things like that.

The stuff with Britt seems to be very final when it didn't need to be. Unless they go the misdiagnosis route at some point to bring KT back, it looks like the end of the road for Britt.

What? Why! It was Lucky that got a mention the other day and if we are going to have a Spencer son return it should be him. 

Joss was not at all guilty about that kiss, not even a tiny bit. And girlfriend was ready to fully get it on with Dex in that moment, infection be damned. The actors definitely have more chemistry than Joss and Cam, but she’s been extra Joss lately and add in her cheating on Cam and truly not giving a shit, and it all leads to ugh. Also where was Trina this whole time? Is she covering for Joss? I hope she manages some judgment and anger on behalf of Cam when she finds out Joss cheated. 

I am on board with @nilyanks idea though. Let’s get Cam angry and brooding and have him discover what Liz and Nik are doing with Esme.

Nik being into having another kid so much doesn't surprise me the way it seems to others.  Spencer was kept from him as an infant, and then he was super happy to have Aiden as his son, and then he wasn't.  Nik wanting a kid that he can raise from the start tracks.

But Spencer was kept from him for only a few months. I don't think it was years and years. So it still makes no sense to me. And he was a crap father after he got him. He was an obnoxious, precocious turd. So Aiden got off lucky, pardon the pun.

He's still a crap father and it's not as if he raised Spencer. And I doubt he'll raise this spawn; if it survives.

I didn’t see TC’s Nikolas as a bad father, as far as soap fathers go anyway. Spencer was spoiled and over indulged but he and Nikolas had a close relationship. His main black mark was when he had that brain tumor and was willing to die rather than getting treatment. Other than that, I wouldn’t consider him any more absent than any of the other soap parents were supposed to believe are good parents. Of course that changed when he “died” and stayed away

Kelly Thiebaud has been on fiya the past two days.  Britt's exhaustion and defeat/acceptance of her fate were absolutely heartbreaking today.  She just looked so tired and someone might have been sweeping dust and cutting onions around here.  I also love how she handed Cody hi's ass when she realized he just wanted the stupid necklace and that had better be the end for those two.

And how big of a moron is Cody?  Robert shows up with a police officer and a warrant and he initially refuses to give up the necklace.  Robert should have arrested his ass on the spot.  Loved Britt's exasperation as ripped the box out of his hand and gave it to Robert.  Girlfriend was not suffering any fools.  

I loved the Alexis/Dante rapport and how she was trying to hard to get information from him, pointing out that she runs the Invader and Dante was cutely telling her the investigation with Esme is ongoing and he can't give her anything.  It was cute and light.  I'm also glad she's going to publish the letter.  It's not like there is any movement in the case.  

So, Willow is having her first treatment yet still wants to not tell anyone what's going on?  I'm pretty sure they'll figure something up when she's puking her guts out, and her hair starts falling out.  So stupid.

I thought the Dante/Sam/Alexis scenes were cute but KM makes awkward pauses/inflections and drags out the dialogue. I don’t know if she’s struggling to recall her lines but it’s incredibly distracting.

No the dresses totally clashed, it was hurting my eyeballs!! And then Nina's dress was totally clashing with Alexis' dress too. I've never felt so "colour uncomfortable" before watching GH. Were they trying to make a statement "Nina clashes with everyone"?

Seeing Obrecht with blonde hair didn’t bother me, as the first time Insaw Gati was on NCIS, where she played the handler for the enemy agent that idiot Jenny failed to kill.

I’m no fan of Britt’s, but I 🙌🙌🙌 when she tore Cody a new one. And it pisses me off that he is Robert’s nephew. Blech.

I am also beyond ready for Victor to get his comeuppance.

I liked Nina and Auntie Liesl in their matching outfits gossiping about Michael and Willow’s saccharine romance.  They’re like those two Muppets snarking up in the balcony.

It really speaks to how totally shit this show is with pacing and flow that we are all pretty much over Victor and just want him to get his comeuppance so we can move on. ...and none of us even know what he is up to yet! 

KT is killing it. Just let her and Austin run away together. RH can come back next week as a new character. : D
